I've been here twice and have only ordered 2 things: 1) Acai bowl and 2) Passion Paradise smoothie. Acai bowl: 4.5/5. This tasted really fresh and delicious. Let me preface my review by saying I love my sugar, I definitely prefer things to have added sugar then just plain or naturally sweetened. This bowl had fresh fruit that made me feel "healthier" and also enough sugar from the frozen Acai blended in that made it taste good. I also liked how I was able to actually taste the Acai and individual fruits. Smoothie: 3/5. I'm not sure whether I chose the wrong flavor for my personal taste, but this was pretty meh to me. The freshness of the fruit I mentioned above? I didn't taste that here. Granted, one of the ingredients listed includes pineapple Orange sherbet, so the freshness was dialed down. It felt like all I could taste was the sherbet. I would come back and try another flavor. Service: I've only ever experienced kindness, patience, and helpfulness from the staff here. I was having trouble choosing something and they were also helpful in answering my questions and explaining things to me. I used to come to this location a couple years ago and didn't come back because they were always messing my orders up so I instead would go to the one located in orange. Today I decided to try it out to see if they might have changed staff, implemented some kind of change in how they make their smoothies and açaí bowl, but nope. The smoothies are still as watery as ever and the açaí bowls as well are like a soup rather the consistency it should be. Looks like this location is just never going to get it right. Smoothies are delicious and full of flavor and are blended well to make a great smoothie. Not sure why I never knew Nature's despite living in the area forever. Love the açaí bowl, it's straight to the point. No frills, and so good. Lots of employees, orders are received and made quickly. Very sanitary, and all employees masked and even their hair pulled back neatly The entire place smells so good. Ok the 5 star is written in stone, cuz their playlist was 90's KPop. Every time I come here, I get the Krazy Kale smoothie (the absolutely best thing on their menu, please try it, you can't even taste the kale), which includes a free supplemental boost. If you like cold brew, I recommend the Almond Brew smoothie, it's so addicting lol. Their açaí bowls are sooooo good, I usually get the Power Bowl and add strawberries & blueberries on top (it already has bananas). You can also build your own bowl :) They also have make-your-own oatmeal, super filling! Whenever I had a sore throat in the past (pre-covid), I'd get the lemon ginger shot with some cayenne pepper with raspberry chaser, it's the bomb! I'm a huge fan of acai bowls so I chose this place to go have lunch with a friend. She works nearby so this place was convenient. I also saw that it had a high average rating so It thought it was worth a try. I think for acai bowl places, the prices here were a bit steep. I know acai bowls aren't cheap, but I wish it were just $1 less for what I got. The ingredients were good, no issues there. And they were able to take my customization requests. But this is the "blend-type" acai bowl, not the "sorbet-type" so just to be aware. I like going back and forth between the two types, but the sorbet type usually has more customization, like Blue Bowl or Nekter Bowl Bar. Decent place, but nothing mind blowing. I probably won't come back again as there wasn't anything special in my opinion. But if you haven't tried it for yourself, I'd recommend trying it, especially if you're an acai bowl fan yourself. read more

I'm excited to have discovered this spot. After a day trip in SB, I was craving a fruit smoothie similar to the one I had there. Luckily, I found Nature's Juice on my bookmarks. So I stopped by here to quench my thirst. They are in the same plaza as Afters Ice Cream and L&L Hawaiian BBQ. On my first visit, I wanted to try something with a tropical flavor. I ordered the pineapple dream and it got me hooked. The smoothie was fresh and packed full of fruit flavor. I enjoyed my drink with pineapple juice, pineapple sherbet, strawberries and banana. I liked it so much and had to return within the same week to try another smoothie. I had the pineapple dragon which is now my fave. The drink is blended with pitaya, pineapple juice, pineapple sherbet, strawberries, mango and agave. My husband tried the Mango Melody and also gave it two thumbs up. Not very happy about the service I received from nature's juice today. Their online website was down and I spent about 15 mins or so trying to order two green juices. The website kept saying "please enter order date" and there was no option of selecting the order date. I then called the branch letting them know about the situation and they were not flexible at all on assisting me with my order in advance over the phone. I was in a time crunch and the employee over the phone told me to come in the branch to order. She also told me they just opened door dash for online ordering but I told her I was driving and had no way to order via door dash. I understand it may be company policy but when your customer is trying to order online and the website is down after numerous attempts -- please be flexible. Most likely not coming back after this situation; I've been a consistent customer. Extremely poor customer service!! read more

I'm a big fan of Nature's Juice - this one being the first one I tried - and being that I've been to the Walnut location a dozen times, it was only right that I give the Fullerton location a try after so long. There's really not much to say as this particular business is almost the exact same in look and feel. The drinks and açaí bowls are made well and the service is receptive and accommodating. Because of the pandemic, this Nature's Juice switched to an online only order system, which works well overall and helps in keeping the business itself decongested. Overall great place to grab a smoothie or snack, and I'm glad they're still open for business during a time like this! read more

Man, first thing I noticed was the huge crowd next to Afters ice cream, but no line at Nature's Juice. America at it's finest, but worked out for me. Ordered the nutty acai bowl and it was really good. Just enough peanut butter to make it satisfying but not too much that I'm eating a PB dessert. Toppings and granola were a good amount as well. Some places cheap out and you end up with 90% acai and 10% toppings. Not this place though. Staff was super nice and really fast. Facilities were clean and lots of parking. I'm not sure what the guys name was but he's tall, white, and skinny. SUPER friendly guy! The past two times I went there it wasn't crowded so I felt comfortable! My go to faves are the Simply Green Juice or the Green Hulk. They also have shots in 1oz and 2oz. I usually stop by this place before I head out to FYT Gym on Placentia. It's a clean store by CVS, a donut place, and afters. Parking isn't bad but you might not want to park right at the front as people sometimes drive in really fast, so backing up can take a bit. They all seem similar to me so I choose the açaí splendor. It was $5 for a 16oz. It included a free topping. I chose energy because I had an upcoming 6 hours of school haha. Toppings are normally $0.50 extra but I think they have it for free because they recently increased prices by $0.50. The smoothie was nicely blended. This place is simple but gets to the point! I came with my HUCKLEBERRY & I've been hooked on their new coffee brews they have, the almond, hazelnut & cocoa drinks. Love all 3 of them & the service is super fast & they get you in n out within 5 minutes. I come almost everyday because their drinks are that good.
