While waiting for my partner to be done with helping his neighbor move, I needed a place to hangout at and at the same time get my caffeine fix (my body cant handle coffee). I got there and it didnt take a long time before I was given my order. I always order the classic pearl milk tea with 50% sweet regular ice. 6/10 Oreo Ice Blended with Pearl - This was my first time branching out and getting a drink that isn't a milk tea here. Oh how I should never do that again... Something just tastes off about it. I'm not sure if it's the sugar that's weird or what, but my boyfriend got a blended drink too and it has that same odd taste. I'm definitely sticking to milk teas moving forward! 8/10 Boba - The boba was okay at first, but after 15 minutes they started getting dense in the middle. I'm not a fan of that at all. Come with Signature milk tea base with 5 toppings: pearl, herb jelly, pudding, lychee jelly, red bean, it is sooo yummy! Sometime boba spots boba the next day is hard and tasteless, but Sharetea is still soft the next day and tastes great if you have any left. Stopped by for something sweet after eating some KBBQ across the street. Tried out Sharetea recently and it was a solid experience! We got the mango green tea and the halo halo. One thing I really liked was being able to customize the sugar level by percentage, super helpful if you're not into overly sweet drinks. The mango green tea was super refreshing, perfect for a warm day. As for the halo halo, it actually tasted pretty good! It wasn't too sweet, which I appreciated, and it had some of the classic halo halo elements. It didn't have all the traditional ingredients, but it still hit the spot. Staff was super friendly and quick with the drinks. There were a few people in front of us but we got our drinks within 5 minutes of ordering. Went in to get my usual drink and ordered from the kiosk with my friends. Each one ordering back to back. After ordering, my friends got their orders right away and I was still waiting for mine. We sat there for 10 minutes and still nothing. I checked my bank account to make sure I was charged and my order had gone through. We waited a little more and nothing. Two employees that were not working that day went in and made their drinks distracting the employees that were on the clock. The ones that were on the clock were all laughs and didn't realize that my order was still not fulfilled. I got a bit impatient because there was no one else left but my friends and I. So I approached the counter and asked how much longer will my order take. And the male worker looked a little confused and then he looked back at his female coworker that had made both of my friends drinks. He then found my order receipt, apologized for the delay and made my drink. He brought it to his coworkers attention and she was just like "oh" and then went back to laughing with her coworkers that were again not on the clock making drinks. Shortly after my drink was given to me and I left with a bad feeling. I've never had this experience before at any Sharetea. Perhaps next time it would be a better experience. read more

I've stopped by this location a few times now and had pleasant experiences each time. I purchased the following during one of my visits on 8/15/2023 in the later afternoon. They ran a month-long special for August and I ordered the following +Grapefruit Tea $3.00 +Tropical Fruit Tea - $4.00 These drinks were both a steal and both quite thirst-quenching. I enjoyed them both (I got one for myself and saved the other one for my husband). I usually get them full sugar, less ice. The drinks were a little sweet but when the ice melts, it dilutes the drink a little and levels them out. I'd def recommend taking advantage of any drink specials esp since the cost of everything is so much! Unfortunately though, since I bought the special drinks, they were not eligible for any stamps. Customer Service: The workers are nice. I don't ask many questions here since Sharetea is a chain and serves similar drinks. Location: Convenient in a plaza with Dollar Tree, Smart & Final, Staples, Philz, etc. Also, close and within walking distance from the CSU Fullerton campus. Parking: No issues with parking. We live in the Diamond Bar/Walnut area and this Sharetea has been our go-to boba joint for the past nine months when we are driving to or from OC. It's conveniently located off the 57 Freeway and the staff is friendly and the drinks are very consistent, not that I get anything too exotic. For us, we normally order Green Milk Tea and 80% sugar or Green Tea with Aloe Vera and 50% sugar. The aloe vera has a slight sweetness to it, which I like. It's a fun place. It's a hit or miss and they have milk options. Is usually not too busy, but they're usually kind of slow.

I used to love this place but the new menu has not been good. Some good drinks and toppings were removed. You also can't adjust the sweetness level on some drinks. I asked an employee to reduce the sweetness on my strawberry tea but was told you can't adjust it, even though you could before the menu changed. He told me it wasn't sweet and it was just "a few drops of honey" but it was incredibly sweet. They use a syrup to make it so I'm not sure why they wouldn't allow a modification. I used to come out of my way to come here but I don't think it's worth it anymore. read more

I ordered it 80% sweet and it's still sweet but not overly. Glad i got it 80% sweetness. It's been awhile. Don't recall At 100% sweetness if it's really sweet. ~Matcha Ice Blended with Red Bean & ice cream is also a great choice too. If you're looking for an ice blended drink. The matcha has great taste along w the red bean compliments the drink. The ice cream is the Topping on top! I've substituted the red bean w boba before. The associate let me do that. If you're not a red bean person gal. Share tea boba is good and chewy. The lychee jelly is also yummy & recommended as a topping. Sharetea only has one size. Drinks are not bad but this location could be better. Came on a Sunday afternoon. There was no one ordering ahead of me so they took my order right away but here comes the wait. There were probably a dozen people sitting along the walls just waiting for their drinks. You can tell some of them were losing their patience, including myself. Read the room folks. Three workers behind the counter just taking their sweet time, chilling, and don't seem to be bothered by pressure at all. Maybe they can learn from Omomo down the street that has a whole flow going. I've been coming here for over 8 years. My go-to drink is a classic milk tea without toppings. Best-tasting milk tea around. However, I came here recently, and that drink is no longer on the menu. Now I have to order a boba milk tea and ask for NO boba, but I have to pay the same price as a milk tea *with* boba. I'm less inclined to come here as frequently because I don't want to be charged for something I don't want. It seems like it's just a way to charge customers more. I understand that rising supply costs are usually passed on to the customer, but taking a classic item off the menu in order to get people to order something more expensive that they don't want? Sharetea is by far superior when it comes to boba quality! Their teas taste great too and very tea-y (which sounds weird but I've been to some places where the tea tastes so artificial. Not sure how to explain but if you know you know). I always get less sugar and its just perfect! My go to flavors are anything lychee, peach or mango so I got the mango green tea with boba and they never disappoint. Prices are pretty fair too! Considering the size and quality, for sure worth every penny, but its a plus that its a reasonable price. Staff was super friendly and worked so quickly! Sharetea is a good place to get solid boba. This location seems to be one of the best I've been to by far. Milk tea and fruit teas are always yummy and the boba is cooked perfectly - and they don't skimp out on the toppings either! Lots of parking and it's located in a plaza with a bunch of little restaurants and cafes as well. Due to Covid, they allow only a small number of people inside the store and they have this system set up where you stand at a number and move forward to get your drink. Pretty effective but sometimes the lines are pretty long outside, but I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 min to get my drink. Every drink I've had is always good - nothing amazing but always hits the spot for my boba craving. This particular Sharetea location is it for me. In general, Sharetea has all of your favorite milk tea and boba options. What I love most about this location though is the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea. This comes with ALL of the toppings for the same price as a standard drink, and this location does it the best. The ratios are spot on with not too much of any given topping. And they are consistent. COVID SAFETY & IN PERSON ORDER REVIEW = GREAT experience This is one of the locations that does only to-go orders in person. Cerritos' location has a cap on online-only orders during busy hours. The line here in Fullerton (plus the extra drive) ended up being faster than the promised order ETA of the Cerritos location. (*shrugs* gas has been cheaper lately too..) This Sunday, I fell in line at 3:19 pm. About 5 parties were ahead. By 3:30 pm, I was outside the entrance (2 parties ahead). Ordered 3 drinks by 3:35 pm, and had my order ready by 3:40 pm. Not bad at all. (~20 min total) Inside, their current COVID set up is really safe and social distanced (4 customers total). 2 people in line inside (designated standing spot at counter and one near the exit). 2 spots along the wall, waiting for their orders. Once the 4th spot receives their order, everyone shifts, and another person is able to enter the shop. Counter is disinfected after every customer. QUALITY/TASTE (compared to other locations) My typical order is the mango green milk tea with extra mango pulp, light boba, half sweet, and less ice. It was really great here- I've ordered extra pulp in the Cerritos, Fountain Valley, and Costa Mesa location- THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT HONORS THE TERM ' EXTRA'. I am paying for more pulp, and this location actually does honor that! That alone makes it my new go-to, even if I have to drive several additional miles. Compared to other locations, their boba also seems more fresh (bouncy/springy texture instead of soggy/soft). Overall, 10/10- my new go-to for my mango GMT fix! read more

I want to start out by saying that I have only been to this place twice, but I've enjoyed it both times. The first was last summer.. I went with some family and the line was out the door. We contemplated going somewhere else, but decided not to. The line was super quick. I got a cold fruit tea (probably peach or mango) with aiyu jelly. The jelly was not my favorite, but they didn't have mango jelly, which is what I normally get. The tea was bomb though! I also tasted my cousin's ice blended taro with boba, which is loved so much, I ordered it this pet weekend. I had a small hint of regret when I noticed they had mango star jelly for a limited time, but ended up loving my drink so much I didn't mind. It was so good that I can't wait to go back and get it again! I will also say that my boyfriend and I got two drinks with boba that that for under $10. The store in Fullerton have a very good operating hours, it's always pack and the service is fast, they mend well on every of my picky request for ice, sugar and toppings. The drinks are not watery, the flavor is good and as they will also remind of the taste might get different for each request (preference on ice, sugar etc) which means good, they aim for customer satisfaction not just mending it without caring of your taste!
