The maintenance work has been a nightmare since day one. Despite a hefty weekly price tag, their crews zip across our 0.6 acre property and are sometimes in and out in 40 minutes flat, leaving grass, sticks, leaves, and other debris on site, and leaving gates open. We've had multiple plants die, and our grass is brown despite repeated calls to address. We've had to prompt their crews to do all the things they promised in the contract -- weeding, pruning, cleanup. The few times we have managed to get the maintenance manager Ben onsite to see the mess, he always apologizes and says he's going to make things better, but then the next week we get the same messy, rushed service.

Then, Cory had a vision, a "zen garden" for the side of our yard, which my husband thought was brilliant. Together they came up with a plan that totally changed an unused muddy spot to a magnificent walkway with new bushes and personality. Daniel and Alberto made sure that everything was perfect when they put down the stones and did the new plantings. Cory then suggested we add lights, which we then did. KUDOS to Cory for her creativity and enthusiasm. She is wonderful to work with and you can see how much she enjoys what she does. They carefully dug out all the stumps, taking care to avoid any underground utilities. On top of that, they removed about 3" of gravel, cleared out all the remaining weeds and trash, and hauled everything away for disposal. The entire job was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. Manuel was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process.
