Within 5 minutes of being there this Chris weirdo decided to tell a child who was not acting up mind you, to "DONT EVER LIE TO MY FACE EVER AGAIN". In an extremely aggressive tone. That kind of response is never warranted to let alone an adult but a 5 year old!?? He very lucky it was not my child. But it disturbed us enough to bolt out of there. This man has some serious control issues and I would never trust him with any authority especially over young children. I've reported this establishment to the right authorities. They took the time to return my call (I like that they put the customers in the actual store above the my phone call) and called me by name. I felt like they were ready and waiting for my son to come in for his gift. When my son came in, they helped him, advised us and let him shoot the bow in the store. They taught him a few things about how to shoot it and how to take care of it. I am so glad we came here and got to get what I felt like was "custom" service vs going to a big name hunting store. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the staff..... they were working with other customer's but they made sure that I was acknowledged. The guys were awesome, they tuned by bow and inspected it because I had bought it elsewhere. Our instructor did a really good job. She taught us all we need to know so that we'd be ready when we went to shoot. I actually felt I did pretty good. She went around and helped us individually while we were shooting. That improved my shot a lot. And I noticed it improved a lot of other peoples shots too. After placing said order, I went to the store to pick it up. Mind you, it wasn't a firearm, but a simple scope mount. Instead of fixing the issue, I was not provided any solutions, just a "you should cancel because our stock was wrong." No ship to home, no call when it is available, just a "you're out of luck" response. I don't think it's unreasonable to be treated more than just another number here to buy something. But instead, I just get brushed off to the side like I'm trash.
