Muy Bueno! We ate here because it's simply in the parking lot of our hotel and after a long drive from Florida, we didn't want to get back in the car. It truly did not disappoint. My husband isn't really a fan of Mexican food and he said this was the best he's ever had. The plantains were delicious, the shrimp appetizer in oil, garlic & white wine sauce came with a serving of grilled bread to soak up all of that delicious flavor. The bar was well stocked and the Cadillac margaritas are strong and good. 4 of us split the fajitas for 2. The was a good amount of steak & chicken, with 4 grilled shrimp and 2 chorizo links. Also comes with 4 warm flour tortillas, and a serving of rice, beans and guacamole. For $33, it was well worth it. Plenty of seating inside and the bar is well stocked. Due to "other" local Mexican restaurants being full I came to Naty's for the first time. Today is Cinco de Mayo & Taco Tuesday so preparation for today should have been done. The abysmal performance of the staff and owner were astounding. Staff that didn't know where the DoorDash pickup was located, didn't know how long happy hour ran, didn't clean the area I sat at after others left, didn't offer chips, didn't explain promotions of the day. A family sitting next to me left because no one came to greet them after 15min! Today was your 1 day to shine and show those of us who had never been to Naty's what great service was & they ALL failed. How can you all look so exasperated on a day that is easy money for a Mexican restaurant, that's bad management and training. I will not be returning and recommend all others to go to other local spots to spend your hard earned money. The prices here are too high for such mediocre service. I was staying at the holiday Inn express across the parking lot from the small Mexican bar Grill so I decided to walk over and grab a bite... My waitress was extremely patient with me so I couldn't decide what I wanted and I chose the steak enchiladas.... The ambience was exactly what I expected from a local Hispanic location my waitress checked on me continuously and made sure I was comfortable. It was quite obvious that this was a local spot. It seemed like everyone knew everyone, but I did feel welcome from my waitress. Once the food came out, my rice was a little different from what I'm used to which threw me off. It was completely white rice with what looked like carrots and peas in it. Maybe that's how Spanish rice looks on the East Coast and I expected refried beans but they were not refried. I ordered take-out and the gentlemen taking my order was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The item I like the best was shrimp burrito, was well seasoned and tasted good. Calamari didn't have any seasoned and the marinara sauce was very plain as well. Queso was also plain and wasn't that thick. Chips were just okay, salsa was plain. Horrible experience. Our waitress didn't even ask if we wanted a drink and just poured us a glass of warm water. We ordered the Chimichanga's with beans and rice. Beans were just pintos out of a can, no seasoning. Rice was just plain white rice, again no seasoning. Beef was tasteless and tough and burned. I tired this place maybe 3 years ago and it was ok. The bar had like four stools and I don't think any TVs. I decided to give it a try again today and was surprised to see a much larger bar to big TVs. I thought it would be a great experience, but it was not. What a great surprise! I was staying next-door at a Holiday Inn Express and was hungry, so I walked across the parking lot. At the front desk, they said this place was good, and Yelp had good reviews, but I wasn't expecting a place THAT good! The food is very authentic. It's not quesadillas and fajitas. They have a lot of great seafood choices, making it hard to choose. A Yelp photo of a fried whole red snapper is what hooked me to go there, but I ended up getting the Sopa de Mariscos after the waitress highly recommended it. She was right! This soup was absolutely delicious! The broth was buttery and flavorful. All the seafood was cooked perfectly. There were huge, plump, juicy scallops; moist, jumbo shrimp, and tender calamari, as well as plentiful mussels. It was an absolutely spectacular dish, and for $24, with four scallops that large, I thought it was surprisingly under priced. read more

To make matters worse, they don't refund the charge to your credit card, you have to go to the restaurant in person to get your money back. Naty's Mexican Bar & Grill is a very good find. The esthetics of the restaurant is ok. The seating area is in a medium sized room with enough spacing between tables to sit, but not to have privacy for any discussions at your table. There are no booths. Most of the tables are 4-tops with 2-tops around the side of the room. The wait staff was quick to seat, bring water and chips and ready to take your order. They checked back to my table when I wasn't ready to order without being annoying. Professional and courteous describes the guy and gal working when I went around 7:00 pm on a weekday evening. The menu options have something for most people. I had the NY strip with shrimp. I asked for an adjustment to the sides that came with the normal plating. The waiter took the order without complaining and the food came out plated correctly. The food flavor was good. The quality of cut of steak was a downside. The size and flavor was good, but the cut had too much connective tissue to be a very good cut. The temperature was warm, but not hot. Not cool enough to send back, but not as hot as I want for my steak. The shrimp were good size and flavorful. Like the steak, the quality was not great. I don't know if it was the quality of the shrimp or if they were just over cooked. I think a bit of both. I did not have alcohol so I can't comment on their selection or quality. I did notice several tables were enjoying glasses and I didn't hear any complaints. I recommend Naty's Mexican Bar & Grill. I'll return and try their fajitas trio. read more

Don't eat here! They have horrible customer service. I placed an online order for Carne asada which online said it comes with rice and beans. I get home to discover it had rice and steamed vegetables. I called to ask about this and a man named Tony said let me tell you something, it comes with vegetables. I asked him to look online at their menu to see what I saw ans he refused and hung up on me! I called bqck and he picked up the phone and hung up again. I do not know who is giving this place 5 stars, but it really makes me think they've never eaten Mexican or even American Mexican food before. The good: The waitstaff. I had a chicken quesadilla and hubs had one of the specials. It was all just... bland. No spice. No real seasoning. It made me think someone named Jessica or Chad was in the back cooking because it honestly tasted like a midwest taco night. No shame to the midwest, but like... where was the jalapeno? the onion? the flavor? The bad: It is 2024... why are we serving soda by the can in a sit-down restaurant? No free refills. Just a can of coke. Overall, I would not return to Naty's. I think the only reason they've got such a high grade is because it's the only restaurant next to a hotel. I don't typically leave reviews, but this place deserved one. Even though it has 4 stars, there were some very negative reviews that almost scared me away. I'm very glad that I went for it. The Cadillac margarita was very good and my meal was delicious, I got the seafood combo with salmon, shrimp and scallops that came with carrots, broccoli, asparagus and rice. The chips and salsa came out and the salsa was very good and thick enough to stick to the chips, which I like. The downside was the service. The server was friendly throughout. I was just very slow and spotty. One person waited about 10 minutes for a margarita. The food came out in fits and starts, and two of us were served the incorrect meal. Luckily what we had (enchiladas) was good enough that instead of making a scene we just ate it. The enchiladas themselves were quite delicious, but everyone at the table commented how the rice and beans were very bland. I had to pour salsa on them to give them flavor. The quesadilla was cooked very well, with the tortillas cooked just enough to keep the structure, but soft enough to be chewy.
