My hair was ruined. I think she left my hair with tin foil too long that my highlighted hair had breakage! They don't care about providing quality care. Their goal is to see multiple clients at the same time. You spend your time sitting with without them checking to see how the highlight are coming out. The hair stylist is expected to be an expert and explain to the customer if a hair color or highlights are is safe on already treated hair. Lack of professionalism. read more

My mom took my grandmother here for a perm and the service was terrible! the perm itself was a bad quality, but that was really the least of issues. the hairdresser didnt want to put a towel under my grandmas neck when washing her hair! my mom had to MAKE HER. explaining something basic to the hairdresser. even then, my 92 yr old grandma was left soaking wet because the hairdresser didn't apply the towel correctly. she had to leave the salon that way. poor service & disgusting hospitality. do not come here. read more

We just moved to Perris I took my mom here since it's close to the house, she got her hair dyed one color I think it was the owners daughter that dyed her hair one of the workers said that girl who dyed my mother hair is the owners daughter this girl had the nastiest attitude didn't greet us didn't smile not once it was as if she was forced to be there ok so she dyed my moms hair washed it and said she was done left my mom dripping wet didn't even think of blow drying her hair I felt so bad for my mothers bad experience DONT COME HERE!!! read more

Service was great until the end of my process the lady who was doing my hair left in the middle of my process being done and left me with Someone else I paid $225 and was very unhappy with the results I asked the lady if she could fix my hair and she said yes Untill the weekend but she never gave me a time and I even messaged her 2 days prior the day she asked me to go and even then she didn't give me a time . I should have known that the services wasn't as great since while I was getting my hair done another lady came in and complained about her hair being cut uneven . Definitely won't be going back and I would suggest making sure everything is well made before you pay . read more

My daughter was in Perris visiting family while my husband and I went on vacation and her hair became matted from swimming in the pool and not braiding it. Multiple family members worked on her hair for two days with no success. My mother made an appointment for her to get the matted mess detangled and (with my request) no cutting. I wish my mother could remember the stylists name that worked so diligently on my daughters hair but she couldn't... I would like to say thank you to the stylist and say what an amazing job she did! They messed my hair before graduation and I do not like it and I'm getting bullied a school

First of all I went to the hair salon on a weekend. It was busy, Maria the owner lied to customers. First she says she does not accept debit or credit cards. But when I sat there waiting she accepted I saw "her friend"handing her her card! Avoiding credit card processing fees?? The Air conditioner is not even turned on the few times I went. Mind you it's over 100 plus degrees outside! Hairs get stuck everywhere it's so hot and uncomfortable there. I've also seen Maria sun dry her towels! Outside of her car!?? She has a messy station and don't seem sanitary. I doubt I will go back to her or this salon. If she's cutting corners I wonder what else she's cutting out!? read more

Worst experience ever! Let me start by saying I have naturally curly hair. I went in with my hair almost to my butt. And came out with almost shoulder length. I told the lady (didn't get her name, she has short blonde hair) that I had really curly hair and to cut it in layers and I literally showed her with my hand to my back where I wanted the last layer to be which was About 2 inches below my bra strap. This way when it dries it would be to my bra strap when the curls dries. Well she obviously doesn't know how to cut curly hair or understands how it works. She cut it above my bra strap so now it's super dam short. When I saw it in the mirror I told her that was way too short she picked up the hair and said that's what I cut. Yea exactly way too much. I literally wanted to scream at her but didn't. I was so upset. I later called and asked to speak to the owner( which is Berenice but I didn't say the me) and the lady that answered it's me. I went on to complain and when she pretty much said I can't do anything for you but we don't want to lose you as a customer I said to late for that. I told her you should hire competent people that know how to cut various hair textures or speak up if they don't. She then proceeded to tell me she is not the owner her name is Maria the manager. So know I was like no wonder she answered with there's nothing I can do she cut it already. Horrible Service!! read more
