I have been going here since 2001. The quality of Service has always been great. Depending on day of week you may get a different person doing your nails but always good. They can get real buzy too. Have not used the Pro Hair salon yet. read more

I stopped in to receive a pedicure 11/20/19. Approximately five workers there and I got Andy. Andy did a good job. What I didn't like about the facility is the walls near baseboards are filthy. Pedicure spas are not functioning, dust all over mirrors and fixtures from ceiling. They have products on display Dermalogica but the display bottles are so filthy, you will never want to purchase or receive any esthetician services. There are German cockroaches on the floor, and lots of flies. There is no menu with services and this is a basic place to come for standard rate service. Pedicure $18 and I had my eyebrows waxed. When I got home and looked closely I had to re tweeze them both. I will not visit again but if you do .. see Andy he does good Work, the owner just needs to shut down a week and del clean and organize. read more

But this time I said no my nails shouldn't have broke 2 days after getting them done. i mentioned to him my nails are thin and he said "dont worry I use high qulaity powder". So I went to this nail shop because I was in town. I went to Jonathan. Jonathan is a cool person but he was rushing to fit me in. I went on saturday 3/7/20, got a full set with gel. It's now Tuesday 3/10/20 and my nails are literally POPPING OFF. Something was not done right on the nail shops part. I didn't pay how much I paid for my nails to be popping off. I will be calling because I need to be compensated. Since now I have to pay to get this set taken off because the nails are popping off with no pain or anything like that. I just happened to look and the nail was missing. I will be calling because I refuse to have paid that much and they are coming off within less then a week. I don't usually come here, but when I do it's for a pedicure. My mom comes in for pedicures only and always requests May or Kim. They have spa chairs but don't use them, I'm not sure if you have to request them. They do not have a wide variety of colors to choose from which sucked because I felt pressured in choosing a color I didn't really like. A big thing I noticed when coming today is nobody greets you when you come in. I saw other customers come in and they were not greeted either. You basically have to interrupt the nail tech working right next to the door and tell her what you are there for. I know they see you come in, but the staff does not bother taking 2 seconds to acknowledge any of their customers. Besides that, I really liked my pedicure, I felt like the young gentleman that attended me really took his time clipping and filing my nails to the exact length I wanted and he cleaned up my cuticles really good. I've never been here before but I decided to come because I broke a nail and my current nail tech is in Corona. Worst mistake ever! The nail that I had replaced looked deformed and was not shaped properly. He was filing my nails so much that he cut the side of my finger. I wanted to have it fixed but at the same time it was too painful to go another round. I asked them to just please not charge me for that nail since it looked really bad! But of course they insisted on "fixing it". I told her I did not want to go through fixing it because my finger hurt from all of the filing. But she sat down and did it anyway. I should've just walked out after they botched my nail. As she was fixing them she cut me three times.!!!! And they still look like crap! I was there for two hours!!!! I was in Perris for a meeting and with a few hours to kill, saw this place driving by so I thought I'd give it a shot. Place itself is not the best, definitely not the cleanest nail salon (as far as salon cleanliness). I came in at 9:30, was immediately greeted and sat with Tammy. I'm so glad they sat me with her, she did an AMAZING job!! I love the shape of my nails, they came out exactly how I would've hoped. Her attention to detail on each nail to make sure they were exactly even on all sides and extra care around the edges (no cuts! ;)) was awesome. She made sure they were completely dry before I left my seat (which is SO important when I'm on the go). I would go to this salon from time to time. This time I went to get a balayage. Let me tell you at first it looked good, but after I washed it on the third day...i was horrified. My hair is soon dry and brittle. I used up all the deep conditioning treatments I own. My hair kept breaking everytime I combed it. It looks like straw. I was so angry and embrassed. Everytime I wash my hair it smells burnt. I didn't know bleaching your hair shouldn't take over 40 mins. Noemi had me under the bleach for over three hours and a dryer. From 9am to 3:00pm including blow dry and "deep conditioning treatment". I had to go to Elyasia Hair Salon to get a protein and deep conditioning treatment to get it soft and smooth. I'm not coming back to this place anymore. Go elsewhere. It is hard to find a good hair stylist. Hair butchers are everywhere. Where I went in Moreno Valley they won me over with their experience, skills, and knowledge. read more

Let's talk about the sanitation violations , I am a cosmetology student and literally experienced the most dirtiest salon I have EVER been to. The nail tech who did my acrylics was larry, larry did a good job on my nails HOWEVER his station DEFINITELY needed to be cleaned. Larry's station was absolutely dirty with nail file dust EVERYWHERE and ALOT of real nail clippings in the corners of his station and ALOT of glue stuck to his table. I mentioned to him I was in cosmetology in hopes he would clean up his station and be more sanitary, but NOPE he was not phased. When clipping my nails he used an obviously UNSANITIZED nail clip that he would just grab and throw back from his draw that also has money touching the nail clippers the entire time ( money is very unsanitary) , nail clippers had nail filing dust all over it. When Larry was finding my tip size he would drop the tips on his dusty station table and would pick up the right size and put it in my nail ( UNSANITARY) so now I have a mixture of other people's nail dust glued to my nail. The nail file he used was OBVIOUSLY used from previous services which is so gross, the only thing new he used was the buffer for my nails. When he was done filing he used a fluffy brush from his dusty draw and " cleaned " off the access dust from my nail. I saw the cap to the brush in his draw labeled " clean brush " ...... there was nothing clean about that brush especially since he just threw it back in his draw not even putting the " clean brush " cap on it . When my nails were finished I had to go clean them in the sink .... NO NAIL BRUSHES AVAILABLE, i asked a lady near by if I can have a clean nail brush for my acrylics and she said the salon doesn't have that ........ soooo imma just have dusty nasty crumbs underneath my nail?a nail salon need to provide that. DO NOT EVEN get me started on my pedicure and how the lady just threw my cuticles on the ground when there was a mini trash can next to her... that salon floor was nasty. All together my nails alone were $25 plus gel remover $3 plus coffin shape $5 plus my pedicure $18 plus tax all together $53 read more

Went here a week ago with my daughter to get our fills done and within 2 days nails broke and chipped. Not only was the job done horribly but both of us were injured by how bad they were doing. I love getting my toes done here by MICHELLE. She always does an amazing job. I ONLY return here to do my toes because of her. I'm very sensitive when it comes to clean the sides of my toes and she has NEVER made me bleed. Her English is ok but her work is always great. I give her 5/5 stars. As for as full set nails from anyone here, that's a 3/5 I'm rarely satisfied here. The men do the best work but since they get so much clients their work is sloppy now.
