I want to start by saying that I genuinely love this gym. It's convenient, open 24/7, and only…read moreabout 12 minutes from my house. Those factors alone make it hard to beat, and that's why I've stayed a member. That said, I have to agree with another reviewer's point about management visibility. I've been here at all different times of the day, including weekdays at 5 AM, weekends, and afternoons, and I honestly couldn't tell you who the supervisor or manager is. I've never really seen management on the floor interacting with members. The recent "grand reopening" was a bit underwhelming. From what I could tell, it mostly consisted of adding duplicate equipment and moving things around. While having more equipment is nice, it didn't actually increase the available floor space. In fact, the gym feels more cramped now and can be difficult to navigate when you're trying to focus on your workout. The layout changes also don't seem very well thought out. Some plate storage stands were removed, and now it's common to see piles of 45 lb and 25 lb plates stacked on the floor. Sure, it's convenient to grab a plate and go, but it's also a safety concern. I actually emailed management about this issue and received a response. A couple of additional plate stands were added afterward, which I appreciate, but there still aren't enough, and the overall space still feels crowded. My biggest complaint is the condition of the bathrooms. The shower stalls are dingy and look poorly maintained, and the men's urinal was out of service for weeks before the sign was finally removed. For a gym that seems to be investing in equipment upgrades, basic facility maintenance needs much more attention. Overall, I still like this gym and plan to keep coming because it's convenient and has everything I need for training. That's exactly why I'm leaving this feedback. I want to see the place improve. There's a lot to like here, but management needs to pay more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and the overall member experience. I'm rooting for you guys. Do better.

I can say this without hesitation, the worst gym I've ever been to In my 48 years. Been to about…read more10-11 different gyms in my lifetime and nothing even comes close to how bad this place is. The equipment is on the low-end, cheap, and constantly breaking. I mean CONSTANTLY!! When something does break, it takes forever to get fixed. It's obvious they cut corners on equipment quality and maintenance, and it shows everywhere. There is no visible management. I've never really seen a manager on site, and have no idea who the owner is, and the gym appears to be run almost entirely by young kids who clearly don't care. There's zero accountability. Canceling your membership is ridiculously difficult, which feels intentional. Instead of earning your business, they make it hard to leave -- that alone should be a red flag. The gym is severely overcrowded after 5pm, making it nearly impossible to get a decent workout in. Tripods and vain kids. If you like that then this place is right up your alley. On top of that, the bathrooms are disgusting -- dirty, poorly maintained, and completely neglected. And let's not forgot how bad the place reeks of weed. Overall, this place gives off the vibe that just nobody cares -- not about cleanliness, not about equipment, and definitely not about members. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are far better gyms around that actually better and value their customers.
