I travel for work and I personally rely on yelp for reviews... so here it is.. Great location- love the oceanview- right on the water. Room is large- has a fridge, stove, extra sink and small two seat table if you'd like to eat in the room. Balcony is decent size. Here's the con- Cleanliness is... somewhat questionable. At the end of the day- cleanliness is huge for me especially on the beds. Sheets look clean. The fuzzy blanket - is questionable as their material catches things like hair/ Although it may be washed. I found some hair all over the blanket so I disregarded it without hesitation as I just don't take the chance. Bathroom is where it got me. Hair all over the wall and a little bit in the sink. YOU CANNOT MISS ALL OF THE HAIR on the wall and where the soup holder is. I do not have that hair type or hair color so it's 10000000% not mine. 3 starts for location- I hope this is a miss. They are fully booked so I'm screwed.... It'll be okay for a few days.... Thank god for Clorox wipes. If you don't bring some during your travel trips- definitely do so!! Here's your sign!

We stayed here in an ocean view and the room was amazing. The pool area was great and plenty of chairs. I wish that the breakfast area was finished but the coffee was still good. One older lady at front desk was not always pleasant but we just smiled and kept moving. I recommend this place but I would prefer a Tiki Bar for the poolside.

    5th floor view amazing

Impeccable service great view of the beach. Came in from Atlanta and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Will be coming back. It was perfect in its location and I love my morning workout on the beach so it was a great match. Loved it.

Stayed her a few times now, always been a great experience and I would stay here again. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as there really isn't one, just a couple muffins and coffee vs the full breakfast they have had in the past. The lack of the breakfast alone is what's keeping it from 5 stars for me, just because I know they have offered it in the past.

Hi I have booked flights and car to Daytona beach in October. I'm looking at accommodations and for some reason I keep coming back to Nautilus. I will be there with my four year old daughter. Is this a comfortable spot?

We went with my 7 & 2 year old they had a great time. At happy hour they even gave them shirley temples so they felt included!

I believe Longboard might be the only tiki bar on the beach that is located on the premises. The best part is that you are steps away from the beach. The folks in the adjoined room were there to party, we were there to relax. You can hear almost every word people say, because the doors to the adjoining rooms are not very well insulated. The night staff was extremely responsive and made phone calls to the room which seemed to quiet things down a little bit. The next morning, the situation was tense and management reacted and promptly moved us to a different room. Thank you Becky!! They saved the day. This hotel is a great beach location with a fun tiki bar with a great happy hour. Rooms are clean and well appointed. If you value your peace and quiet, make sure you do not get a room with an adjoining door. Breakfast was a standard Hampton breakfast, but it was included which we enjoyed. 2 stars were deducted because the pool is an absolute free-for-all. We had a balcony room overlooking the pool, and for two days watched random people show up, enjoy the pool for hours and steal towels and leave. Not once but several times!!There's no one that monitors to make sure that the pool is hotel guest only. We felt like this might be a safety issue.

This hotel was right across the street from Ocean Center where we would be headed the next morning. The hotel was massive having a south and north tower with 16 floors on each side. My roommate and I were ocean front on the 12th floor, nearly in the middle of the south tower. WOW, what a view! I didn't realize until arriving to the room there was no balcony. However, you could open a regular size sliding door to see and hear the ocean. There were bars like a balcony in front of the sliding door but you could only step out one foot on the tiny platform. I left the door open while I was reading and it was so peaceful to hear the ocean;) Parking was nearly two blocks away on the opposite side of the street and across the street from the entrance of Ocean Center behind a barbecue restaurant. This was a bit of a pain pulling the luggage that far. Plus you had to go up a steep incline to get into the lobby. I could have paid an extra $20 for parking overnight if I had used the hotels valet service. No thanks lol! We did get a discount for the parking lot because we were attending the conference. Instead of $35 it was $20 (with taxes $23). The hotel was a little dated. The light over the sink flickered. But did stop after the light was on for a little bit. The beds however were up to the Hilton standard as well as the pillows, nice and comfortable. I shared the room with a friend from church. I liked the feature of having an extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. The desk chair needed replaced as the seat was very worn in. Service at the front desk was friendly and they helped answer all my questions about parking. It was a little confusing because you didn't have a ticket and I couldn't figure out how I would get out of the lot when the conference was over the next day. But the front desk attendant advised they would have someone at the exit gate to open it when the conference let out. And they did;) Thanks for a comfortable night's sleep Hilton! I would stay here again if attending a conference that included a discount code as this hotel was pretty pricey.

The water also does not go away at the sinks quickly. Really a cleanliness issue. The bath tub is broken too. Also the hotel can get some upgrade: it's really run down. Swimming pool can get an upgrade too. There is a mini fridge for you to put drinks. The beds are ok but can be better maintained. Carpet can be cleaned better. Will probably not come back to this location. Parking is $55 for valet. Opposite outdoor parking is $35 with in and out privilege and $25 per day for no in/out.
