had a great stay, sea wall was finishing construction but didn't bother us. Beautiful ocean views and clean, large suite. Great staff

Hurricane damage beach access is gone. Waves break right at the collapsed area.

The place is very dated and needs a good deep cleaning. Me and my friend stayed here during the Turkey Rod Run. It had the only two things we needed a bed and a hot shower. This isn't a place I would bring my wife or family. The mattress was very old like probably from the 90s. Bathroom is tiny like 4x6. But the water was hot and had good pressure.

    Sewage in bathtub

Booked a ocean view room but when we arrived all we could see was the parking lot and the stairs. Then when we came back in from the beach our shower was full of sewage. 3 other rooms had the same issue. We had to vacate the room and never got to shower or anything. Management would not give us a full refund because they said we had use of the room most of the day. Issue started at 5pm and we were at the beach the whole day. I would never recommend this place. Horrible management and they could care less about the health and well-being of its guests.

Stay there for a week. As you can see we had a beautiful view. Room was clean and well stocked. Pat, The woman that ran the place, was amazing. I think she is extremely overworked. Even so she had a wonderful attitude. Very friendly

2nd time in Daytona Beach 1st time stayin here. REALLY inexpensive place to stay and has all the things you need to just have a RELAXED time. Got da room right by the pool so as soon as I opened da door... Behold the pool and Beach. Couldn't have asked for more. The rooms aren't huge but it has your kitchen with fridge, stove, pots & pans plates just EVERYTHING that you need. The staff is really friendly. The poolside also has a grill so if you want to grill anything it is there for you to use. Had a good experience here and not far away from stores or bars. If I were to come back (which is doubtful) I would definetely come back here.

This hotel was right across the street from Ocean Center where we would be headed the next morning. The hotel was massive having a south and north tower with 16 floors on each side. My roommate and I were ocean front on the 12th floor, nearly in the middle of the south tower. WOW, what a view! I didn't realize until arriving to the room there was no balcony. However, you could open a regular size sliding door to see and hear the ocean. There were bars like a balcony in front of the sliding door but you could only step out one foot on the tiny platform. I left the door open while I was reading and it was so peaceful to hear the ocean;) Parking was nearly two blocks away on the opposite side of the street and across the street from the entrance of Ocean Center behind a barbecue restaurant. This was a bit of a pain pulling the luggage that far. Plus you had to go up a steep incline to get into the lobby. I could have paid an extra $20 for parking overnight if I had used the hotels valet service. No thanks lol! We did get a discount for the parking lot because we were attending the conference. Instead of $35 it was $20 (with taxes $23). The hotel was a little dated. The light over the sink flickered. But did stop after the light was on for a little bit. The beds however were up to the Hilton standard as well as the pillows, nice and comfortable. I shared the room with a friend from church. I liked the feature of having an extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. The desk chair needed replaced as the seat was very worn in. Service at the front desk was friendly and they helped answer all my questions about parking. It was a little confusing because you didn't have a ticket and I couldn't figure out how I would get out of the lot when the conference was over the next day. But the front desk attendant advised they would have someone at the exit gate to open it when the conference let out. And they did;) Thanks for a comfortable night's sleep Hilton! I would stay here again if attending a conference that included a discount code as this hotel was pretty pricey.

The two stars are for the location and convenience it is to the beach…read more This really disappoints as a Hilton Hotel. The bathroom, bathtub and sink really needs renovation and cleaning. The water also does not go away at the sinks quickly. Really a cleanliness issue. The bath tub is broken too. Also the hotel can get some upgrade: it's really run down. Swimming pool can get an upgrade too. There is a mini fridge for you to put drinks. The beds are ok but can be better maintained. Carpet can be cleaned better. Will probably not come back to this location. Parking is $55 for valet. Opposite outdoor parking is $35 with in and out privilege and $25 per day for no in/out.

The place isn't overall luxurious but you get what you pay for. it's definitely affordable and great for families. The only cons are I wish they cleaned the rooms, but our entire stay they didn't-- perhaps we were supposed to ask but I've never had to do that at hotels recently (maybe due to COVID?) Also the shower water pressure was terrible. Nice, hot water but terrible water pressure in our room.

Pros: -Balconies that overlook the ocean -Close to some shops and restaurants (short driving distance) -Pool (note it goes over 10 feet deep, so if traveling with littles, please be extra cautious) -On site restaurant and bar Cons: -The building is not in prime condition and desperately needs a face lift -The rooms are very standard -Weather stripping on our door was almost nonexistent, allowing this loud whistling sound constantly unless you put a towel at the bottom of the door. -Water pressure? "what you talkin' bout smalls". A quick 10-15 minute shower was extended because the lack of pressure. -The onsite restaurant is mediocre (specific review of it posted directly on it's page) -Daily housekeeping advertised, but we were skipped and had to ask for fresh towels The front desk staff had a mix of good and bad. Some suffered from RBF and the inability to smile, while others were great with greeting and showing you were welcome.
