Let me start off saying that 1) I don't write reviews (this is my first one to date) and 2) I have had dozens of massages in my life. After getting off a flight, I decided to treat myself and saw that Nava had spots available. My masseuse's name was Maggie, and I am not exaggerating by saying that this was the best massage of my life. Prices here are affordable, and the massage was a whole 60 mins as opposed to 50 mins like most places. The only negative is that there isn't a lot of parking so you may have to park a block or two away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Everyone was so professional and friendly! Everyone wore masks and they respected social distancing. My wife and I had the Thai Combination. Being walked on isn't something I usually would say I enjoy but....We do ! The rooms were clean and smelled great, they also had rails on the ceiling and walls for the therapist. The owner asked us questions about our needs and tailored the massage to help with our aching muscles. We chose to get our massages in the same room, which was spacious and very comfortable. Our masseuses had the perfect touch, when we needed more pressure they knew just the right amount. They also incorporated stretching, which was critical. Today was my first day here and I have to say I will be back! I have been looking for an affordable, clean and nice spa and this definitely takes the cake. Their reviews are what sparked my interest and I must say I see why people come here. I saw someone say that it's not the fanciest place but I think that's a little misleading. It's located in the Heights/Montrose area in a nice shopping center and their store front is honestly really nice. I expected a sketchy foot massage place but I'm so glad I still went. The spa is very inviting, up to date and clean most importantly. They had me fill out a form on my preferences which is usually a pretty good give away on how my massage is going to go. I had Sara who did absolutely great and was so gentle in the places that I asked. All in all it is a great place, they seem to cater around Thai massage (which is fine with me) and incorporate other things which was definitely nice for the massage I got today for migraines and headaches. Amy is super sweet, she greeted us as soon as we walked in. Mary and Susie were are massage therapist and they are amazing. They made sure that we were comfortable with the amount of pressure being applied throughout the massage and were very professional. The esthetic of the sitting area is very beautiful and clean. I took my mom here with me for a relaxing experience. Rusty attended me and Susy attended my mom and we did a couples massage. She got relax and I got deep tissue and I could honestly cry of how amazing it felt after. I literally melted away and came out of it so relaxed. Even the gentleman at the front desk was a joy. This place is a slice of heaven. My mom was super thankful and told me she felt no pain in her lower back when she was finished. I have been getting massages for a long time and this place is the first one where I have had lasting results. It was a nice relaxing and clean environment. I saw one review that said it was overbearing and smelled like fabuloso. I have no idea why she said that it did not smell like that at all lol. It smelled more like eucalyptus to me.
