Incredible! I came here for a Mommy mental health day to relax and refresh and they did not disappoint. The owner, Amy politely greeted me when I entered. The waiting area is nice, clean, organized, and minimal, not overwhelming with products like other places. The massage room was spacious with a beautiful wood panel accent wall and a LARGE shower. They also have couple rooms. We talked about my lifestyle and my needs for a relaxing experience and she took what I told her and customized it to my exact needs. PATTY, my masseuse, was amazing! She walked on my back (first time and loved it), moved to deep tissue, then Swedish, added some hot stones, and finished with a really nice stretch. She left nothing to be desired. I've been to five other massage parlors and this was by far the best I've felt after a massage. And they were so affordable. It's only $80 for 60 minutes without needing a groupon our monthly membership. When I left Amy gave me a bottle of water and made sure i was leaving happy and rejuvenated. I would have given this business 5 stars but there are a few factors that took it down to 3 stars. 1. Gentleman who checked me, my niece and sister in asked if we wanted to share 1 room for 2 people. We said sure thinking they may not have had enough single rooms to accommodate us. 2. The masseuse was great but we booked a 90 minute massage and only got 85 mins. I know it is only 5 minutes short but then advertise it to be 85 mins. 3. Lastly, when we checked out, we were charged EXTRA for being in the room for 2 people. We were not informed that we would be charged extra and that there would be hot stones involved. Please keep in mind we did not ask for hot stones. We thought we were being accommodating to them by sharing a room. Parking is terrible. There is 1 designated space for the business. You would have to valet or street park. The establishment is clean and well kept. read more

Sue gave me what I feel is the BEST deep tissue massage that I have ever had. She focused on the areas that were bothering me and worked until my knots dissolved. The facility was very nice. It is located in a busy area. The parking lot is small . It's best to book your appointment early. The room was small and quaint but very cold. The beds are not heated, atlease mine wasnt. The oil that the young lady worked with was cold as well. My massage was amazing. We went here yesterday afternoon we had a 4 PM appointment as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the nice gentleman upfront we were the only ones present in the room the whole time during the check in process so that was nice. After we filled out our forms we were brought our wine, cheese cake and fruit tray which was delicious they even offered to refill both the food and beverages once you're done. I like the fact that they give you a 30 minute window to come in and fill out the forms and actually enjoy your wine trays. After about 30 minutes we went back to the room where our massages begun we go the 60 minute Swedish/Thai combo with hot stones on the back only. I can't complain we both enjoyed our massages my boyfriend's masseuse walked on his back and he really loved that lol! Let me start off by saying my massage was really good. Her name was Patty (i could be wrong - the gentlemen over the phone was hard to hear). I asked for a deep tissue massage but I don't believe the front desk gentlemen relayed that information so it was a mix of that with stretching & hot stones. Still very good. 90 minutes for $120 - not bad. and now... MY COMPLAINT: the front desk gentlemen was uninformative. I thought I paid for my massage when I booked it online. To my surprise that wasn't the case. I assume they could just charge the card but the front desk gentlemen told me that cannot do that - the information isn't saved on the computer. That's weird to me. So he asked for the card. I don't keep cards on me. I use Apple Pay. So he brings out the apple pay machine and it doesn't work??? How could it not work? He then asked for the number to the card -- I didn't have that information off hand. It took nearly 30 minutes to get this figured out because I had to call someone in NYC to find the credit card for me. So I want to feel bad and say this was an error because I was pretty steamed -- its not something I want to deal with after a massage and the front desk gentlemen was not helping at all. I finally get the information so he can type it into the machine. He received the information but I definitely spoke in a tone that meant I was not happy.  As I signed he said "we have a camera" ..... EXCUSE ME?! I don't give a **** if you have security at the door - what does that even mean?! I wasn't looking to be tried this morning but apparently that's what was happening. After a great massage THIS is how you want me to remember my experience? His "we have a camera" was followed by me saying "and I have a voice and you will be receiving my review" -- so this is all I could think of doing after that terrible experience. This service was amazing my best friend and I decided to celebrate her birthday with a relaxing massage we were able to book a few hours before our session online! We were accompanied by a firm asking about medication and areas to focus on for the massage. We did a 60 minute couples massage so we could be in the same room. IT WAS AMAZING I had Ms.Miya and my best friend has Ms.Linda they were both so accommodating they consistently asked about pressure making sure we were as relaxed as possible. We parked at the barnaby's next door to avoid the commotion from the other business beside it but the parking lot was closer to the business so it worked out perfectly!! So I went here right when Nava first opened and I loved it! It was so cute and clean inside , the staff was really nice. I got a massage by Cammy and she was amazing ! Probably one of the best massages I have had. I have horrible sciatic problems that run all the way from my but to my ankle , she got right in there and spent a good amount of time stretching me and working that out. She used a mixed of massage techniques which was so great ! The next time I came back, I didn't ask for cammy, (silly me) and I assumed that all the therapist would be the same, (silly me again). The massage experience was not the same with the other girl. I mean she did a good job! But didnt do, what cammy did . I think it was also my fault for not explaining what I wanted. Hi, a couple of years ago, I would go to the massage parlor at least 3 times a week . I recently went to this parlor simply because I started having back and neck pain again unfortunately. This establishment was very clean, soothing, and upstanding. However, the receptionist was very passive aggressive and a little on the egotistical side, and another thing added to that, he would not give me a receipt... I was very displeased with the service from the receptionist... I did not catch his name, but he did not state his name at any time. I was not offered water(the people that left before me was offered water and was told to take it easy) ."My partner and I was not told any of that." I feel amazingly relaxed after my session today, the Ultimate Special (massage, hot stone, body scrub, aroma therapy and hands/feet mask). I was needing this relaxation after a week of single-parenting while the power went out (!). I asked for a mix of relaxation and deep tissue massage in a specific area where my back hurting, and got both, which felt amazing.
