Housekeeper opened our door with the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door. Kinda scared us.

Didn't grab pictures of inside , but it great! The clerks were all sweet , the facilities we all clean , and the breakfast was delicious . The little one enjoyed it ! Great pricing as well! read more

First part of this comment,this isn't my first stay at this hotel. I have written reviews that weren't the best but being their lack of options in the area options are limited. This visit I made aware to the office that I have a small dog this dog is house trained. I have just gotten a message regarding my charges which my family and I are quite clean compared to most stories of hotel rooms that I hear. I have been charge a pet fee and a deep cleaning fee which doesn't make sense cause my dog didn't make a mess or use the restroom in our room. I am being charged for things that I have not done or shouldn't be charged for. My family was there just to sleep and to visit family. So regarding false charges I believe that these charges are unjustified. The hotel does offer a breakfast but not the most desirable in the taste factor. There is juices and cereal oatmeal. The pool area the hotel does or did say heated indoor pool. I am only in town for family visits during the holidays and the NON HEATED POOL was a disappointment. The jacuzzi's and sauna are great in the holiday season just wish the pool was heated. read more

The staff was friendly & efficient. The room was comfortable. I've stayed in over 25 hotels this year and I got the best night sleep here. I really liked the bed & pillows. Only downside - no elevator to the 2nd floor. Well worth the price! read more

I like thiis place. Clean room, bed & bathroom. We had wmicrowave & small refrigerator. Check in was fast, people are polite & helpful. One small complaint & it could have been easily fixed, was the curtain was hanging down. See pic. Not a deal breaker. I used tape to keep curtains closed overnight and told the front desk to fix it. Our room was nice, like the photos in the hotel website/Yelp website. Pool was out of service. Currently they have free breakfast: Jimmy Dean egg sausage biscuit, bagel, cream cheese, small orange juice, bran muffin and its in a bag for pick up at front desk or they'll deliver to your door. For us the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The TV wouldn't change channels using the remote lol but the volume control works. The front of hotel looks nice and the back too but part of the road in the back is eroding but is perfectly fine to drive on. The room cost was reasonable. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the place overall. I am picky about where I stay and sometimes I tend to stay away from inns or motels but I read good reviews about this place on Priceline so I have it a shot. It was a great deal and the rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room (TV, fridge, iron, blow dryer, Keurig coffee machine, microwave). They do require you to wear masks in the lobby area (which is understandable) and they gave us a small breakfast in a bag in the morning (orange juice, muffin, bagel and cream cheese). Another very cool thing about this place is that it's in the Navajo capital of Window Rock, AZ which I didn't know. They have native shops, food, markets, Window rock, and a museum among other things. It was neat to be able to spend the morning exploring here. I highly recommend it! read more

Hotel has been under new management for over a year now. The new owners have made renovations to the entire property; new beds, linens, furniture, and even a new paint job for the exterior. Great place to stop in for my meetings in the Window Rock area! Breakfast was provided even during COVID restrictions! read more

We just stayed here last night on a trip around the 4 corners region. We paid $90 for a "suite". What can I say? The best thing about it was that we got to check out the next morning. The hotel was not in good shape at all. My wife wouldn't even let my kids use the bed spread provided on the pull out couch. The pool was under remodel - be nice to have been told that when booking! And the "restaurant" they advertise is the Denny's in the front parking lot. If staying in the region, best to drive on to Gallup or somewhere else.... Definitely a let down. read more

I wish i could say the stay here was comfortable and relaxing, that it was enjoyable but i can't. Stayed two nights here with my husband and kids whilst visiting family in the area. I chose this hotel over the other one in the area because it had a pool. Both nights here no one got any sleep because the beds were uncomfortable. Room service never showed up to clean the room because we slept in late and had the "Do Not Disturb" sign up on the door and had to come back after an exhausting day to how we left it with no clean towels. The front desk said they couldn't send anyone up so we asked for more towels since they only gave us three for the four people staying in the room. We went to the pool with the kids and immediately the police showed up and pulled an inebriated adult out of the hot tub who almost drowned themselves, with our kids present. How awful! Four police officers and a paramedic hauled the person away. Upon checkout, we got hit with a fee for apparently destroying their washrags. How could they say we did when no one ever came to our room to clean it? The receptionist reversed the fee after we questioned it. Next time we're in town we'll try the other hotel or one in the Gallup area. Hopefully we'll have a more pleasant experience. read more

NO STAR!!! I attempted to make reservations for Sept 4, 2015, and the gal that was making my reservation, Harlithia, was very, very rude. I wish the hotel reservation telephone lines were recorded. One comment Harlithia made was "for security reasons, you need to check in every month for my reservation". I opted to pay my reservation in full that day, but she declined. I never had any hotels decline payment. I asked what she meant by "for security reasons". She got frustrated and started yelling at me. She said she was going to let Char know and "Char can deal with you", and she hung up on me, while I was still talking. It was very unprofessional. Tonight (6/1/2015 at 625pmPST), I called the hotel again. I spoke to a Jolisa. She could not find that reservation on 9/4/2015, under my name. I told her I have the reservation number of 210534, and she told me they do not find it by that number. She continued to say, "when she finds it, she will let me know". I never got a call back from Char and I emailed the owner Romero Brown. Did not respond to my email or got a phone call. I hope you have a better experience. read more

Just an average motel. The outside looks like it would be nicer than the inside but it's not. The inside is more like a motel 6 with plain beds and comforters. The rooms don't have microwaves or refrigerators either accept the suites which have a king bed and a separate room with a king size bed and another tv. This hotel doesn't have any type of breakfast not even pastries even though they have enough room for it with seating ( I believe this is because there is a Denys right next to the hotel which they also own). This hotel does have an indoor heated pool with sauna and hot tub but the hot tub was broke and freezing!!!! They also have a workout room with a treadmill and a knock off boflex. If there was another long term selection of hotels here in st michaels I would stay there but the only other hotel around a quality inn was booked for some of the nights I was going to stay hence the option for this place. The rooms are fairly expensive as well considering there is no breakfast, fridge, or microwave in the rooms. The suites are 15 dollars more a night. I paid 69.00 dollars a night and this was as a commercial account for a regular room. If given a different option I would bot stay here and I wouldn't recommend this place to someone passing through. If your passing through make the 25 mile trek to Gallup new Mexico and stay there much more options!!! read more

I've never stayed here. But always figured it was your average big franchise hotel. Until you read the reviews. It's a shame they don't keep it running in better condition. Tourism is all the rage on the Rez. If you call the Navajo division of economic development they might do something about it. read more

Keep looking for a place that cares about their customers this place does not. They will give your reservation away and make it your fault that they did that. TV does not work and they do not care. If they give your room away they will give you another room for a higher price. Front desk girl told me, if I wanted to I could go to a different motel, but they probably don't have a room and I would have to come back to them and she does not give discounts so don't ask. Ceiling was water damaged and room was just a plain semi clean room. Toilet made a noise all night long and when I called to the front desk on the toilet and Tv nobody ever fixed it. Keep looking this is a dive. read more
