This CVS is busier than what I'm used to in other areas; however, they appeared to be well staffed. Unfortunately, one of the staff members, Marlen, ignored and dismissed our request for assistance at the photo center. When we explained that the printer was out of paper, we were told, "Well, then it's not working." When her coworker told her to call the manager to help us, she instead slowly taped up a box that would later sit while we continued to wait for assistance. She then curtly told us to wait which we were patiently doing all along. After repeated requests, the manager finally came and appeared to be unaware of how long we were waiting or what just transpired. We gave him a quick update, and he assured us that he would have a discussion with her. Marlen continued to dart her eyes in our direction while we were there. The manager printed our pictures and personally checked us out at the register. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience; and although the manager was helpful, I will not be returning to this location again. I can purchase the same products in a different environment where my money may be better appreciated.

She's a standout employee who makes the experience smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, the current pharmacist, Jessica, is the complete opposite. Her rude and dismissive attitude toward non-Spanish-speaking customers is unacceptable. She seems more interested in exerting authority than providing care. She arbitrarily applies policies and even made up a new requirement, insisting I couldn't pick up my prescription through the drive-thru. She instructed the teller to tell me it wasn't ready and that I had to come inside to request a refill--despite no line at the drive-thru. After I waited inside, it turned out the prescription was ready. Still, I was made to wait an additional 15 minutes while Jessica walked back and forth, appearing to avoid assisting me, even though my medication was clearly available. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Based on my experience and the consistently low reviews, it's clear CVS corporate needs to take a serious look at what's going wrong here. When will CVS start holding its pharmacies accountable?
