Super cool spot. We are actually here right now!! Seating inside and outside, cool vibes, cool decor. Lots of beer options. Dog friendly. Food trucks! Friendly staff, like super friendly which we so appreciate!!I. They sell hot sauces and some crafts too which is neat. It's in a super cool industrial location. It's nice in cool inside too, and I overheat easily!! Only thing I'd like to see is for them to cook up a sour or fruit beer for us who like the girly beer. We just came from tree house brewing and I like it here better!! Worth the visit for sure!

Been here twice and had a great experience each time. The first time was for a private function and the tap host was very attentive and helpful in choosing a brew. The second time was during a Saturday afternoon and the place was hopping. It was also very apparent that it's a dog friendly venue. There were at least 5 puppers sitting around with their humans. How great it's that. Drinking beer with man's best friend. The selection of beer was great both times. Something for craft beer lovers and something that a a a Bud/Coors only drinker word be able to enjoy. This is a tap room so no wine nor spirits and no food. For the group event we could bring in our own food and during normal hours there's usually some food truck outside that you can purchase food and bring in. Nice fun place to hang out and taste good brews.

This place has the best beer but is also very dog friendly. My dog loves being the unofficial greeter. They don't serve food but usually have a food truck onsite. I highly recommend it just look how happy my dog is here

Nested right near some train tracks, sharing a tiny spot in a warehouse-like nook is Navigation Brewing, one of only a couple of Lowell's breweries. Founded by two very friendly guys, Bob and PJ, the operation is still in some pretty early stages of growth but already celebrated their first anniversary over this weekend. Having heard quite a bit about their operation I decided to drive up route 3 and go check it out for myself. After arriving and parking across the street in an overflow lot, I found myself entering a medium-sized room where a tap line ran and where tables were setup for retail bottle sales. A few folks were there including both founders who were very happy to not only introduce themselves but also talk about the beers. Amongst the selection of beers available were a few different stouts including a coffee one and a milk one as well as a pale ale. The latter was pretty good but the stouts were excellent. Thick, creamy and packed with flavor, I was very impressed. I loved the fact that their named their dark beer series "Art of Darkness" too, which is a nice homage to Joseph Conrad's book. While the place was a bit cramped they did mention that they will soon be looking for a bigger space and that they will also be improving their somewhat limited hours. Neither Bob nor PJ do this full-time for the time being but I can honestly say that I will be making the trip back hopefully sooner rather than later. The beer was great, the folks were great and I really do believe that they're onto something here and wish them the best of luck as they try to expand.

Limited good selection of beers with a food truck outside. Friendly service and lot of seating options available right in the downtown.

If you're looking at this review, you're probably familiar with Tree House's beer; for those who…read morearen't, the TLDR version is it's some of the best in New England with an emphasis on their flagship juicy / hazy NEIPA's. They're always experimenting, and I've also been thoroughly impressed with their stouts, sours, and pilsners. 5 stars on the beer alone. For those who know the brews but haven't been to the Tewksbury location: come! Enjoy! The Clubhouse taproom is spacious, lively, welcoming, and run like a well oiled machine. Show your ID, get a bracelet, and the staff will pour whatever, and it'll be sublime. Drink it to wash down one of their tasty house-made pizzas; honestly, the pizza kitchen is far better than most local "house of pizza" places, and could probably survive as a business on its own. Give your order and you'll get a text when it's ready. Then enjoy the pie, which features a crisp, well seasoned crust with a nice chew. I had pepperoni with hot honey and a side of ranch dipping sauce; never thought I'd gush about ranch sauce, but damn, it's seriously good. Wrap up your visit with a to-go order of cans from their lengthy beer menu. No, it ain't cheap. Yes, it's worth the price. All in all a great chilling with beer and pizza experience, and a welcome addition to the northern burbs.

We've visited several TreeHouse locations over the years: Charlton, Saratoga, Deerfield, Sandwich,…read moreand now Tewksbury. We were in the area running errands and decided to make an afternoon of it. The beer, as always, speaks for itself and is the reason people make the trip. We also knew better than to take our chances with the pizza/possible wait - even on a Monday afternoon - so we picked up sandwiches from a local deli first. I'm glad TreeHouse allows outside food because that worked out perfectly. What prompted me to write this review, though, was the cleanliness of the Tewksbury location. Unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. I'll agree with other reviewers that the place is full of unsupervised kids. The result is that there were large smears all over the windows in at least two locations - noticeable enough that I was surprised they didnt catch the attention of the staff and hadn't been cleaned as they happened. The bigger issue was the restrooms. The two bathrooms off the main beer hall have a very strong urine odor, the kind that suggests they haven't been thoroughly cleaned or sanitized in quite some time. It was so unpleasant that I opened each door, turned around, and decided to find another restroom upstairs instead. Unfortunately, that wasn't much better. The upstairs restroom door was difficult to lock and wouldn't stay latched, which made for a pretty awkward experience. TreeHouse has built an incredible reputation for its beer, and we've enjoyed every location we've visited (some are definitely better than others). A brewery that attracts this many visitors should be paying closer attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of its public spaces. And yes, the mini sign in the lobby that suggests that kids need to stay with their parents is worthless. Please parents, remember this is NOT a pizza place that serves beer. It's a beer hall with a pizza oven.

Service at tables is sub par, slow and not managed well. Not one visit. Multiple visits. We've been there more than a dozen times. It's such a unique place that I want to succeed desperately. Sometimes it is full and super busy but overtime. Some of these issues will catch up with them. It's a management issue. Food is consistent, tasty pub food at a relatively good price point. The challenge is food getting to the table in reasonable timeframes, hot and on time (apps not arriving at the same time as main course). There is an issue with the clarity of the service model. This past Sunday evening is a great example. Not busy. Server more focused on closing at 5:45pm than our table. Didn't see for long periods. We were at a table next to the bar and I saw our beers and wine.l sit there. I ended up getting them myself. One of our three appetizers came out ahead of time the other two arrived with dinner and they were warm at best. When dinner did arrive, the onion rings were cold. There seemed to be a manager, more concerned about busing our table and less about our status. In a past visit, a manager acknowledged the challenges we had and offered a gift certificate. I said it wasn't necessary. I just want to provide the feedback because I love the venue, the beer and the pub food. What is necessary is how fundamentally look at how they serve their customers consistently.
