The big-size paper tabloid 11*17 was selected for copying, and most of the time, someone always helped cut out the excess bottom length from the paper using the Professional Rotary Paper Trimmer/Cutter available in the store. This time, however, we were strongly denied by both agents because they were "too busy". They couldn't help us even if it would take only a minute or two. Instead, they suggested we do it ourselves using their scissors. We then addressed the issue with the manager and hoped for better customer service in the future. We did leave the store disappointed as we wanted the copies to look neat for our daughter's professional performance. We don't think we will go back there again though.

(I confirmed this by having to step outside to pull up the address it was going to.) But the last three experiences I have had with them have been just awful. After the second bad experience (last year in 2018), I promised myself I would never go back. However, I am doing an appeal for a client, and I need about 3" thick of papers (regular pages, 8 1/2x11) copied double-sided and bound for a record extract. They just told me they can't do it. They can't photocopy pages double sided and bind them for a record extract. Nothing more difficult than that. As a lawyer, I need a copier center that is reliable. Unfortunately, Germantown Copy Center is the furthest thing from reliable. I will never go there again.
