But the last three experiences I have had with them have been just awful. After the second bad experience (last year in 2018), I promised myself I would never go back. However, I am doing an appeal for a client, and I need about 3" thick of papers (regular pages, 8 1/2x11) copied double-sided and bound for a record extract. They just told me they can't do it. They can't photocopy pages double sided and bind them for a record extract. Nothing more difficult than that. As a lawyer, I need a copier center that is reliable. Unfortunately, Germantown Copy Center is the furthest thing from reliable. I will never go there again.

Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck.
