However, I am doing an appeal for a client, and I need about 3" thick of papers (regular pages, 8 1/2x11) copied double-sided and bound for a record extract. They just told me they can't do it. They can't photocopy pages double sided and bind them for a record extract. Nothing more difficult than that. As a lawyer, I need a copier center that is reliable. Unfortunately, Germantown Copy Center is the furthest thing from reliable. I will never go there again.

This time, however, we were strongly denied by both agents because they were "too busy". They couldn't help us even if it would take only a minute or two. Instead, they suggested we do it ourselves using their scissors. We then addressed the issue with the manager and hoped for better customer service in the future. We did leave the store disappointed as we wanted the copies to look neat for our daughter's professional performance. We don't think we will go back there again though.
