So I went back to get another car in 2019 but didn't have much luck, so the guy I was working with sent me to the Bandera location where we met Paul. Paul worked with me & the timing was not right to purchase a car. But as of September 18th, 2021 I went in confident I would be leaving the lot with a new car and I did just that. I appreciate Paul's patience and getting me into a car I wanted. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews but they're good do me !

Mariner finance is a predatory lending company that mails out checks and once you deposit it, you…read morehave a loan. This is one of their business models. They may offer good APRs for certain credit ratings but the biggest issue I've found is they may have an app and they really want you to use it, but if you want to pay off your loan early, you'll have to get a pay off amount drawn up by the branch and they have to mail it to you. Not email. There's no electronic version at all. When you ask them to email you they tell you email is reserved for employees. Most business like this have a fully automated system where things like payoffs can be had really quickly. They're a 3rd rate lender that has no problem calling you if you're late even by a day. AVOID.
