It seemed like I had landed a few dream jobs only for it to slip away from me. Really trying times. Then I met Michelle! This brings a smile to my face. Instructions terrible and now that I am trying to submit my hours she is continuously shorting me hours claiming that we took lunch BUT I NEVER DID smh. She was never there on site to help us through the process or to check if we were getting proper breaks/lunch. She assumed that the other agencies would do that, but every time I requested if I should be going on lunch they would tell me that they'll tap me out for lunch and they never did smh. Taylor listens to you, notes your professional skills, requirements, then calls you often with updates and possible opportunities that you may be a good fit for. At ASAP, I never got "pillow talk" or felt like I was a burden to Taylor. He wanted me working! I have belonged to 6 other agencies concurrently when I was with ASAP, (and looking on my own of course too). All of the others - I had to chase them. And when I caught them, I was made to feel like an inturruption in their day. "Call us next week" "Oh Lisa, so sorry that job went on hold" or my personal favorite " I am on vacation right now, dont give up hope while Im gone!" then there is the famous "I cant seem to get a hold of the site manager doing the interviews".
