I paid for a package of two rounds and had my last treatment was in Jan 2026 for the PDGF microneedling. I also got the laser removal package for underarms and upper lip, chin. Amazing experience so far! At the end of January, I decided to get lip filler for the first time with Rita. Despite it being a bit painful, she made sure to take her time. I'm so happy with my results. She's amazing! I also received a Skin Glass Tri-Infusion Facial (Vitamin A, Exosomes & Liposomes) facial right before my birthday trip with Katie. Avoid this place at all cost.. all they care about is charging you. I was fighting an infection and made my appt days after the second round of antibiotics. The night before when the nurse called me, I explained my entire medical situation to her and let her know that I just started the third round of antibiotics minutes before she called as my body wasn't reacting to the antibiotics I had been taking. The next morning of my appt I wasn't well, very nauseas. I called to let them know I'll have to reschedule after my antibiotics were done. All she said is... well you spoke to the nurse right and she cleared you regarding the antibiotics? I said yes.. she said so we'll have to charge you... hope it was worth the $50! Response to Mary after my original message... Thank you for the response, Mary. However, it misses the point entirely. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, they are typically designed to prevent 'no-shows' or casual cancellations, not to penalize a client experiencing a sudden medical crisis. I was proactive and transparent with your nurse the night before. Unfortunately, health situations--especially those requiring multiple rounds of intensive antibiotics--can escalate unexpectedly overnight. Expecting a patient to 'predict' they will be too ill to leave the house 24 hours in advance during a medical emergency is unreasonable. Offering to have me come in 'later that day' when I had already explained I was unwell and under strict medical care shows a complete lack of empathy and basic listening. To charge a $50 penalty under these specific, documented circumstances is a choice that prioritizes a small fee over human compassion and long-term client relationships. It is a disappointing introduction to a local business, and I will certainly be taking my business back to facilities that value their clients' well-being over a cancellation fee

I heard about the Laseraway Clear and Brilliant and decided to look into it. After a consultation and the aggressive sales pitch, I settled on a package of 6 treatments. They suggested 6-12 but I wanted to see the results after 6 before committing to 12 given the cost. After 5 - and following the instructions carefully - I saw no results. I was already frustrated at how every time I was there I was constantly waiting in the room after getting numbed and had to go into the lobby and remind them I was there. Deciding to just take this as a sunk cost, rather than waste my time with a 6th treatment given the ensuing downtime, I did a hydrofacial instead. Figured may as well get something for my $. During the hydrofacial, the nurse said I'd be a good candidate for the clear and brilliant for the age spots. Which just reaffirmed how utterly useless my investment in time and $ was. I brought up how I did 5 and she said minimum 12, which is news to me this was a minimum given I was told initially 6-12 would get me results. I was sold 6 as the minimum. After the hydrofacial, I received an email from Laseraway asking for feedback. I used this opportunity to give my honest opinion about how I felt it was ineffective and the sales pitch was dishonest. I spoke to someone and the pushback was I should have not been "cheap" and did 12 treatments rather than 6 AND did some add-on that would have cost more $. That's what it all boils down to. Results are only gotten if you do the max they offer but they will still offer and accept a lower package knowing it won't be effective. At worst, they get your $ for the 6. At best, they get you to fork over even more $ chasing results. Ok here comes the HUGE issue that I have. I was told during this feedback call that the nurse - who no longer works there and it sounded as if they let her go due to this but that's just speculation - who did my treatments did not follow procedures and rather than incrementally increase the strength of the lasers to generate results, she remained on the low level for 4/5 treatments and only on the 5th did she increase it. So I was effectively being robbed of potential results. I spoke to the representative who told me this and I asked how this situation would be rectified given this new information. She said she had a meeting with the management team that day and would call me back the following day to discuss next steps. Note: Following day. Well....... 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. So I reached out on my own for an update and also asked if I could just have my remaining $120 on my account credited back to me (the hydrofacial was less than the cost of the 6th clear and brilliant treatment, so I had credit) as recompense and we can just move on. What I got was an email that said all sales are final so I would not get any refund and, I quote directly from the email: "After discussing the situation, we cannot offer any further options or adjustments". Seriously. That's what the email said. So basically they admitted I got screwed over by ineffective treatments, heard my complaints and are actively choosing to do nothing. They wished me the best per their email. What amounts to a SORRY, NOT SORRY. I am so over this place that I won't even use my remaining $120. I refuse to do business with a place that won't make things right with their customers. Take that into account before you consider doing business here.

First of all the prices on yelp page do not correspond to reality, they are MUCH higher! Secondly, the girl who made my waxing was COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL!! She didn't even hesitate to tell me that it was her first waxing !! no wonder I have patches of unwaxed hair on my legs! for 110$!!! Thirdly, it was soo freezing in the room!! I got so cold! so now, I caught a cold, I cough, have a high temperature instead of enjoying my weekend! At the reception I told girl Mia that it was freezing and my feet got stoney cold! instead of apologizing she just said: Oh, yeah, some of our estheticians like it cold during procedures!! Hello Everyone - I never have time to leave a review, but I had to for this one! I've been to so many different spas from Santa Barbara, to Beverly Hills and I am so unhappy each time I leave, I just don't feel as I should after the massage. A friend of mine, highly recommended I go see Catarina at Naya. And so I did about a month ago. The moment she introduced herself, I felt her amazing energy, that my friend told me she loved about her. I handed her my intake form and from there, she asked specific questions, that no other spa that I have been to ,bothered asking me. Her touch is amazing. She had a few candles lit in the room, in which I love. And the music was perfect. It was Native American with different flutes. I chose the 90 minute hot stone massage. Recently I had the pleasure of receiving a Massage at the Naya Spa Boutique on Devonshire in Chatsworth. When you walk through the door, you are greeted with heavenly essential oil fragrance and a very kind person who welcomes you. The receptionist was warm, sincerely nice, and helpful. I was immediately escorted to a resting area and offered wine and chocolate. I chose Pinot, (it was excellent) and the chocolate was surprisingly good. My masseur was Robert who just started to work there. I've followed Robert over the years to various spas because if I am to get a massage, I want the best - and he's exactly that. He is a quiet, professional, experienced, very skilled therapist, and he always gets the pressure perfect. He can go deep without hurting me. He's amazing. This spa turns out to be my favorite now because of the staff, the natural products, and the wine/chocolate. I look forward to my next appointment. read more

the other day i got a brazilian wax done by christina. this was my first time. she was very professional, nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time- i didnt feel akward at all during the treatment. she answered any questions that i had and chatted with me the entire time which helped my nerves. its funny how nervous i was, i guess it was the first time jitters- but it didnt hurt at all. another thing i liked was how i got to pick the music that we listened to which kept the atmosphere relaxing. i also got my eyebrows waxed the same day. i love getting my eyebrows done there because i can run errands right after and not feel insecure. usually when i get waxed at other places i leave completly red, bumpy and have irritation for a few days. i think my skin reacts so well with the naya products becuase it is plant based, thank you naya! read more

I have gone to many places for injectables and Carolyn is as good as it gets. She is caring and attentive. Many other places you're just another patient, another sale. You can tell she is extremely educated about any type of product or procedure. She is pretty conservative in her treatments because she doesn't want to make you look fake, which is so important to me! had some unevenness in my lips from former injections and Carolyn easily evened them out. I have gotten so many compliments on them! She also sends me newsletters and personalized texts to inform me about promotions and also reminds me when my points are expiring. I have had 2 treatments of PDO threads and I LOVE the results. It lifted up my sagging face and immediately gave me a more youthful look. I now have a really nice defined jawline and cheekbone. I attended the Luna Lounge (they have it every full moon) - and it was very nice. You pay $15 per person or (if 2 people arrive together $15 together) and you receive a mini-facial or mini massage. While waiting for your turn, they have wine and appetizers and you get to enjoy good conversation with other ladies. I had the mini facial with Caitlyn and it was wonderful. This is one of the best spas around. It's small and intimate. What it lacks in the amenities of a larger spa (lockers, changing rooms, etc) it makes up for in the personalized service. I love having my personal selection of music and aromatherapy during my facial. The music and scents combine to make the experience one of a kind -- unique and personal. That is a scam. For the services provided, it was overall an okay job. My issue is the dishonesty and inflation of price. This is really the Valley's best kept secret. Tucked along Devonshire Street on Jordan, you'd never expect one of the best spas in LA. A friend had tried it with good results. I haven't had any fillers or botox in about a year and thought I would give it a go. They were having a special price, so I bought 3 sessions. I noticed a difference immediately in my skin. After 3 sessions, approximately 5 weeks apart, my fine lines on my forehead are going away, my skin is glowing and smooth, pores are smaller and my usually combination skin is now leveled out to normal. My only regret is I didn't include my neck when I did my face, but I will start. I've tried just about every skincare product you can imagine, been doing various injectables for over 12 years on my 56 year old face. Micro needling is hands down the best thing I've ever done for my skin. The staff couldn't be more warm, accommodating and making you feel at ease. I've had to change appointment times due to work conflicts and they have been very helpful and nice about it. Lisa is absolutely fantastic! She's grounded and honest, super knowledgeable and has the sweetest demeanor. Carla at the front desk is a sweetheart and very helpful. I'm going back soon to try Daxxify for the first time and looking forward to meeting Ebbie to help with under my eyes, my biggest concern. Ample free parking in the back and pricing is way better than all those spots in Beverly Hills!
