    We used Cordan to install solar panels on our home and they did a fantastic job. Charlene who works in the office and handles quotes & scheduling (among other things) is one of the best people in customer service in all of the Las Vegas valley. When we needed maintenance we got additional excellent service. Danny and his team are extremely skilled and will show up on time, clean up after each day, and will meet the deadline at a fair price. We couldn't be happier with this team.

    What an incredible experience. After being blown off by 2 Taskrabbiters, I finally said I'm just going to call an electrician. Super glad I did. Cordan is a highly professional small business that was totally transparent when I called about what I thought was a simple task. Installing a new outlet for a new TV wall mount. Charlene is awesome, quoted a project based price and got me on the schedule as soon as possible. The company kept me updated via text of when my tech would arrive and when Roberto did arrive he was so friendly and helpful. Completed the job to perfection. I will only be using Cordan electric for all my new home needs going forward. I have tons of projects and will only trust them!!

    sent picture to Cordan before they came and was given a quote of $125. They cam , didn't fix anything and still charge me $125

    I contacted them to fix my 3-prong dryer outlet. I was told by Tesla that I could charge the car with that outlet. I took a photo of the outlet and sent it to them and the lady told me it's $125 plus materials. The electrician came 30 minutes late. He (Roberto) walked around to my box and told me it was very old and cost $1000 to change to a new box. Then he said the wires were small and could not be fixed. He then told me to buy a $400 charger. All these suggestions are fine but he left WITHOUT FIXING ANYTHING and still charged me $125. If this is a quote then $125 is very very steep. A caution to others is to ask them if it's a quote or quick visit and nothing will be fixed do they still charge the $125 fee. The lady Charlene call it a troubleshooting fee. I am not sure why because they DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING!!! It's better to look for another company who won't charge you a steep fee to give an opinion. I don't mind paying for the electrician's time and gas but if they didn't fix anything maybe just charge less.

We spent close to 50k on solar panels. Our inverter went out late August. They sent out a tech to try to fix it several times. The fix would last a few days then fail. We were finally approved for a new inverter. We had to wait for the warranty to be approved then the unit to be delivered then for it to be installed. We lost the ability to generate energy on and off until last week. (Aug-Nov) When I asked to be compensated for the loss of the ability to generate power due to faulty equipment I was told that the company would look into it and ask management. I was contacted today that $69.00 is all that was approved. So from late August to the end of November we were not generating power from the panels consistently. We were patient waiting for a fix and to be told $69 is disappointing today the least. Please be careful when considering to do business with this company. I understand needing to take time to fix an issue but not to help the customer with the loss of solar for over three months isn't how you take care of customers. I wouldn't recommend them.

Went with bob due to their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Our solar stopped connecting due to burnt and damaged wires from a poor install from Kayo. Called up Bob for a service call to diagnose and the price was decent probably somewhere in the middle from the other quotes I received. Not cheap but not too expensive either. After the service call I scheduled for the next week for the repair and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted the repair to be done correctly and they did just that. Plus they have a 5 year warranty on parts and 10 on labor! Will definitely go with them again for any of my solar needs and hvac issues in the future!

Save yourself the money time and headache!!! I spent $12,000 cash for what is supposed to be top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which is called the train. I wish I would've just stuck with the Lennox and whatever else extra I had to get to get the same air-conditioning unit that I've had in my house for 23 years without a problem! The 24th year of me living in my house, my air conditioner takes a dump and I call Bob's air conditioning and heating. Not even one year later after they install the train that's supposed to be a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit with a price tag of $12,000 cash ( $15,000 if you had to finance through them ) that was spent. The coil wall is separating in a vertical line in multiple places, seven places to be exact! The separating is wide enough that you could almost stick your hand through each separation point of the coil. I communicated this to Bob's air-conditioning. They sent a tech out. The tech said that somebody may be have opened up the unit and got in there and separated it as if. Someone had some type of benefit to open up the air-conditioning unit panels take off the top of the roof and everything else what he had to do to access the unit and his so called professional diagnostic conclusion is that. Somebody probably did this to sabotage the unit in so many words. I finally get a call from whoever Frederick is at Bob's AC unit air-conditioning and the conversation didn't go so professionally. Voices was raised as if I'm the bad guy, unprofessional tone, unprofessional delivery, unprofessional comments on him, saying he'll be letting the manufacturer know that he had a customer that was complaining about a coil, which I stopped him in his tracks and let him know when you write that make sure you put a paying customer that paid $12,000 cash in your message of the complaining customer. I was told that he's looking at brand new units that has the same issue right in front of him this separation on multiple different units. I immediately told him you shouldn't be putting your name on that unit if the manufacturer is starting out with that kind of a product and have issues with it. He advised me that this is a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which I beg to differ cause it ain't even last a year without me having any issues but it's supposed to be the top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit for $12,000 and not even a year later, separation in a coils in a vertical line that is beyond deterioration and I'm pretty sure it's gonna get worse rapidly. So now I'm just AOL of $12,000 because it's not not working and it's past 90 days I was told. So I guess I need to figure out where I'm gonna come up with the next $12,000 to get the original air-conditioning unit that I had in my home prior again because this unit is trash!!! Morale of the story, is that I wouldn't recommend Bob's air-conditioning or unit along with their materials that they're selling as in top-of-the-line product because it didn't last a year! Stay away from the train if you don't have money to buy an air-conditioning unit or fix your air-conditioning unit yearly! Lennox is the unit that I had prior that I will buy again even with this unit working still. To be honest I really don't even want it anymore so good luck with finding a good air-conditioning guy company that is gonna honor a one year warranty because I was told that to one year warranty was that the unit had to fail for the warranty to kick for labor and I'm past my 90 install so in so many words.     TSPS and Independent Solar…read more I have been in and out of the market for solar for over 15 years. I just needed it all to make sense. Brian Ralston was finally someone who could not only make it make sense but was more knowledgeable than I had become. There was always some reason not to do it before I met Brian. He listened and focused on my reasons for solar instead of telling me why I should have it, and that made the difference for me. A lot of promises are made when someone is trying to gain a new client, so I always take them with a grain of salt while making my decision, expecting only 75 to 80% of them to come true. However, not only were all promises kept, but my solar was installed in 10 calendar days. Seriously, I signed on the 6th, and it was completed on the 16th. Fast usually means subpar workmanship. Believe me when I say that the workmanship was that of a crew that takes pride in their work, there's just no other reason for it. Inspecting it was fun for me and my son because it was a great excuse to break out the drone again . Seriously, even the conduit was routed to show on the exterior as little as possible, and the inverter was placed in my garage to keep it out of the Vegas heat and sun (even though it's built like a tank). Additionally, Me and my electric vehicle are very happy as they also installed my wall charger! I almost forgot: lastly, I could never get my head around leasing solar, but now that the tax credit has expired for residents, it made sense not to have the loan on my credit and to have the option to buy out the contract at any time after the 5th year, without all the complicated hoops that other companies make you jump through.

    I wanted to post a quick follow-up to my earlier review. After I shared my concerns about the…read morenon-disparagement clause in the contract, I got a call from Solar Optimum's Director of Sales. He was professional and respectful, and took the time to explain their side of the clause. They're not trying to silence honest feedback across the board -- they're asking for 45 days to fix any issue before someone goes public with a negative review. I appreciate the clarification, but this is still an effort to silence consumer's right to free speech, which is something I take very seriously. I work with several brands that compete in various marketplaces, and this is a tactic I would never endorse. The clause, as written, sends the wrong message. It's written in very strong legal language, and yes, it absolutely reads like a threat. Telling a customer that their warranty could be voided over a "disparaging" comment -- even one that's truthful -- feels more like protecting the brand at the expense of the customer's rights. If a company's service is great and they handle problems with integrity, their customers won't feel the need to "disparage" them in the first place. To be clear, I otherwise had a good experience with Solar Optimum during the proposal stage, but ultimately decided not to sign due to what I consider to be a big red flag. I have no reason to believe that the positive reviews here are not genuine. I just have to assume that part of the reason they seem to out-index the rest of the industry is due to this type of tactic. I don't have a crystal ball - but the solar industry seems to be littered with companies who deal in deceptive practices, so if you want to be the "good guy", then you should have confidence that your customers will advocate for you. This isn't personal -- it's a broader concern about consumer rights. If you're thinking about signing with any solar company (not just this one), read the contract carefully, ask questions, and make sure your voice doesn't come with fine print attached.
