Excellent! I had a small electrical issue with my address light. I spoke with Charlene to arrange the appointment and she is incredibly friendly as well as accommodating. My appointment was with Roberto, I received a text with his photo letting me know he was on his way. 10 minutes later he arrived and he was able to fix my light in no time all. Roberto is incredibly knowledgeable and answered a few questions that I had and he even noticed that one of my tiles on my roof needed to be fixed. I contacted them to fix my 3-prong dryer outlet. I was told by Tesla that I could charge the car with that outlet. I took a photo of the outlet and sent it to them and the lady told me it's $125 plus materials. The electrician came 30 minutes late. He (Roberto) walked around to my box and told me it was very old and cost $1000 to change to a new box. Then he said the wires were small and could not be fixed. He then told me to buy a $400 charger. All these suggestions are fine but he left WITHOUT FIXING ANYTHING and still charged me $125. If this is a quote then $125 is very very steep. A caution to others is to ask them if it's a quote or quick visit and nothing will be fixed do they still charge the $125 fee. The lady Charlene call it a troubleshooting fee. I am not sure why because they DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING!!! It's better to look for another company who won't charge you a steep fee to give an opinion. I don't mind paying for the electrician's time and gas but if they didn't fix anything maybe just charge less. read more

Mom decided to pop a GFCI outlet in the kitchen (again) Lol. Usually its an easy fix by hitting the Reset button but after a bunch of attempts, nothing was happening. We even tried replacing the GFCI itself and resetting the breaker. None of us were licensed to work in an electrical panel, so we decided to call in the professionals. Cordan was the closest location to the house so we called 7am on a holiday and luckily, Charlene answered right away. Just over an hour later, Danny arrived on scene to assess the situation. We gave him all the details on the power shortage in certain locations and in no time, he was able to locate the main issue. Thanks to Danny, mom's back to cooking up a storm. Wow I am so totally impressed by the work and the skills this company has the staff is wonderful! The technician who came in was amazing! We had 2 pendant lights installed over our kitchen island, and a chandelier over our dining table. They had to do complete wiring and install, cutting into the walls to feed the powerlines. They retextured my walls and kept it clean and dust free. Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier. Lately I've been disappointed by outside companies that I've hired to do work for me. There is no pride or craftsmanship in the work done. They only want to get paid. Greg came into my home he was organized and neat, extremely professional!
