Jim and his wife helped hold things together in the town by doing what they do best: feeding people. They were closed for a spell until they could get things under control, then they came back! Reservations are recommended, especially on the weekends and for larger groups. Now that we are retired, we can go during the week, so we went on Wednesday. The regular kamayan includes crispy fried milk fish (bangus), juicy pork bbq, garlic buttered shrimp, crunchy pork spring rolls, sweet mangoes, and perfectly grilled eggplant. I recommend that you switch out the steamed rice for garlic-fried rice. They have the best garlic-fried rice (sinangag) we've ever had! The kamayan dinner is so generous that we had enough to pack up for a whole other meal, and we happily ate the leftovers the next day.
