We initially came in for a different vehicle but found out it had been sold. So minus one star for poor communication among staff. We had been looking at it for a whole week and communicating with a salesperson about it after test driving. Thankfully they had another of the same van we wanted and they worked really fast to get it ready for us. The van is great and we're very happy with our purchase. They said they would follow up on a missing jack and get back to us. I don't love the mandatory 2 years of tracking that they require you to purchase. It feels weirdly big brother and why do we even need it? All in all, we enjoyed working with Miguel and we're happy with the quality and price of the vehicle. I just bought a 2005 Chevy SSR from Miramar. We found the car via the internet. They had excellent photo and details videos of the car. I called and talked to Miguel Soto. After several conversations with Miguel I did something I've never done; I bought sight unseen. I sent the a cashiers check and planned to have it shipped from San Diego to San Francisco area, but that got too complicated so I flew down on Sunday morning to drive it back home. They offered to pick me up at the airport, which was unexpected and very welcomed. Rod Gaton, (a sales representative) picked me up and brought me to the dealership. rod is a very nice man! The car turned out to be even better than expected. 20 years old and almost like new. Working with Miguel was very easy and transparent. The car drove perfectly on the 550 mile trip home. I purchased a car here on 10/24/2024. The advertised price was around $20k, but at signing the salesperson added a $900 charge for an "optional" alarm service I didn't want and that wasn't advertised. I was told the car would not be sold without it, and the manager even said this is how they "pay their guys." Their excuse was that fine print excluded "optional upgrades"--though it wasn't optional if I had no choice. I asked if the alarm service was already active and was told yes. Reluctantly, I agreed, but later discovered it had never been set up. The alarm company referred me back to the dealership. The dealership offered to activate it, but since I was forced to buy it against my wishes, I did not consider that acceptable. I disputed the charge with my credit card and it was reversed, but now the dealership is suing me for payment on a service they never provided. Misleading, deceptive, and unfair. Strongly advise avoiding this dealership. read more
