We met Matt our Salesman and from start to finish Matt was friendly, professional, kind and knowledgeable of the entire inventory! He allowed us to take our time to look over the the showroom floor and he answered all the questions we had! The Finance Manager Peter we found to be rare! He was a fair and honest numbers man, family man, and hospitable! By the end of the visit everyone was satisfied! The paperwork was seamless and the car care was exceptional! We left believing in our purchase as well as satisfied with the kind service we received!! Well, because we were so pleased with our prior service we returned to Matt after a few months of owning the vehicle! Our daughter needed something that better suited her busy lifestyle! I try to avoid buying from a used car lot because of the possibility of dealing with dishonest people. However, I am happy to say that I have had a very positive experience dealing with James (sales), Amir (financing), and Alan (manager). I talked w/James over a week period before coming in to look at the car. James was always friendly and seemed sincere and honest. I checked the car fax and called the original dealer and had them look up the service record to confirm what James was telling me about the car. Everything checked out. The price was the best I could find after a week of shopping from LA to Mesa so I went to look at the car after we agreed on a price. No heavy sales push from James. It was actually pleasant working out the details. Amir did the financing w/my credit union and did the deal straight up just as we agreed. He even reviewed fixes that they needed to do to prep the car for sale (paintless ding removal, polished scratched wheel, etc.). I also had a chance to deal w/Alan several times. Each time I found him to be very polite, professional, and conscientious. Everyone worked to make sure I was happy w/my purchase. Since my purchase, I have had several followup calls to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I must admit that during this process I was suspicious - looking for inconsistencies, exaggerations, half-truths, etc but did not find any. After I graduated high school, where I drove my sisters old 2003 Honda Accord, my dad decided to get me my very own car the summer before leaving to college. I researched online looking for cars in the greater San Diego area and stumbled upon Mira Mar Car Center's website. I have always wanted a BMW, but my dad found a great deal on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata at another San Diego pre-owned dealership. Before finalizing the deal for the Sonata, I begged my dad to take me to see a BMW I saw on MCC's website. Once I saw it, of course I fell in love with it and so did he. I got a great deal, and I mean GREAT deal, on a 2010 328-i BMW. This year I am a Freshmen at an LA university and I love having this car. I am so happy MCC gave me a great deal. Let me say something about the customer service. The salesman that helped me out was great. He didn't hound me showing me cars and persuading me to buy a certain car or that their car dealership would give me the best deal. He told me first to "look around" and to let him know if I need any help or have any questions. That's what I liked the most about dealing with MCC. A few days after seeing the BMW, I came home with my BMW. Without a doubt, I would recommend MCC to anyone looking for a great deal on a pre-owned car. Ok its Tuesday 6 20 23 and we called and found out these guys at Mirimar Car are total liars and unbelievable manipulators - on today's call the sales manager who previously told us the salesman who originally spoke with my daughter and posted online that she was a prostitute on 6 18 that they would not identify him was fired on Sunday 6 18 - then today 6 20 we were told he was never fired and they couldn't figure out who did it he would fire all three omg these people are total liars - then used car sales manager admitted it's all a lie because they were just trying to get rid of us. We have filed a Police Report and were told this is a potential high misdemenor/ low felony and by the sales manager lying and covering up for the salesman on 6 18 makes him a potential criminal as well - the police said they will get the ip address and figure out who exactly was the actual perpetrator of this outrageous behavior on my daughter . Now we are contacting the FBI as these behaviors by Mirimar Car centers practices and low standards exhibited by their staff / employees have caused us to proceed with these actions . Mirimar car centers low standards have put my family in a compromised situation as the calls continue . I warn everyone to be very careful as these are scary people- I will now proceed with civil action and let law enforcement investigate then report on an ongoing basis read more

Came to this dealership over President's day weekend as I was on the hunt for a car and knew dealerships would be having holiday specials. Sure enough, Miramar was having a red tag sale- the prices were much lower than what was being advertised on the website and autotrader which made me ecstatic. After visiting 3 different car dealerships that same afternoon, I felt most at ease here. No one was pushy and they were actually very busy so I got to roam around in PEACE without being followed by salesmen. I have always driven BMW's, from 1 series to 3 series and don't think I will ever drive anything else.. I never thought I would be able to afford a 5 series and sure enough, Art (finance manager) was able to get me financed despite my super thin credit. Miramar Car Center has spectacular service and they are one of the most professional dealerships I have ever dealt with. The cars are seriously pristine, I thought most of them were "new" but all of them are previously owned. They definitely put care and time into reconditioning their cars which is a breath of fresh air when buying a car. The showroom is air-conditioned, has comfy modern leather couches, plasma TVs and best of all: free water and snacks! Where should I start. First impressions of the lot and staff 5/5. Plenty of very nice cars, clearly labeled with prices and sale prices *for certain vehicles* I had the pleasure of working with Alessandro, who laid the ground work right off the bat. This is not your typical used car lot, there was 0 pressure whatsoever and he didn't linger and try to chat me up when looking at cars. He was always close by so that if I did have any questions or wanted to see a specific car, I didn't have to go hunting to find him. I have to say the best part about the dealership is their "No Haggle Pricing" I know what you're thinking, they jack up the prices and then don't want to play ball, NOPE! Most of the cars, if not all of them were priced below KBB, so the fact that the pricing on the car wasn't inflated and it was a no haggle situation had me sold. I've always been one to stay clear of used car dealerships (not like used cars on a Dodge, Ford, Chevy, etc. lot) Mainly because of shit service, lying sales guys and usually cars that are in less than good condition. Every single one of the cars I looked at was pristine and I was offered up any of the latest paperwork to verify services and the likes. I would recommended MMC to anyone out there looking for an affordable used car. Ask for Alessandro and you cant go wrong! read more

Do Not buy your car here. They have all fake reviews. They're shady. They don't disclose all information about the car or their policy. They had a buyback offer agreement; they did not disclose that to me for extra cost (I would of had done it). When buying your first electric vehicle do your research on the full charge of the battery limitation first (My big mistake). Sold me a car with a bad battery. They train their employees to lie and push their commission. Nissan leaf Battery range old one: 90 to 100 or newer one 130 estimate range. Don't buy the car if they're less than 7 years. Can't remember double check. Government warranty the battery if it failed. Other Electric car: Double check for range. Always ask them to fully charge the car before making an appointment. The battery replacement will cost more than the car. Its 10K for replacement at the dealer. Some dealers are 7K I got lucky and sold the car for nearly what I paid for it because they launch a government program when you buy used EV or new one. I pitched that to the place I sold it for. They me more than people I see selling the car with bad battery privately. (I will not give out that information, Trade secret) read more

Honestly, I am shocked to see anything less than 5 stars from previous reviewers. It's a shame that people are so skeptical and cynical, clearly biased with misconceptions of used car dealerships. It gives the good guys like Miramar Car Center an undeserved disservice. My good friend has used this dealership for her last SEVEN cars, so I knew as the time was approaching to get another car exactly where I'd go. Al exceeded my expectations. He found me the most pristine car, beyond my wishes and explained thoroughly each step of the process for no surprises or hidden fees. His years of experience, passion for vehicles and desire to please his customers is so evident in all that he does. I've had the car for over a month now and absolutely love it. What can I say, I think everyone is a little apprehensive about purchasing a car from a used car lot. I'm here to tell you that you don't have to fear anymore. GO TO MCC to purchase your used vehicle. I was referred by a family friend to have them assist me in obtaining a new BMW. I spoke with Al who went over in detail what exactly I was looking for. I needed a bigger car to transport clients to and from meetings in SD and LA. He not only found me the exact car with the exact specifications (low mileage, spotless, etc.) but he went over every detail to ensure that the car was perfect for me before I received it. It's been about two weeks and I absolutely enjoy starting the car each day. I feel very fortunate to have met Al and the staff at MCC, everyone was extremely nice and professional.
