I finally told her I had to leave because I had a doctor's appointment in Charlotte at 4:00 p.m. and I live in Gastonia, so I needed time to get there. At that point, she said, "I'm ready for you now," but by then it was too late. I had booked an appointment for a reason, and my time wasn't respected. The lack of honesty about Kathy and the long wait despite having an appointment made for a very disappointing experience. She didn't even offer me a discount so I give a neg start I would.
