I pleaded with her and she continued to not allow us in the restroom. I've emailed management, she needs to be trained on how to focus on the customers. I spent $10 on a movie ticket so he could use the restroom, then proceeded to pay $30 for my parking. Never go here - these employees have not beeen trained on how to care for the customers or put them first. I'm actually shocked, we've never had an experience at a celebration studio like this before. never will we ever go to this location again.

We went on a Monday and the price for all movies was only 5.00, you will receive that same low price on Tuesdays too. Concessions right now seem cheaper as well. You still get refills, but they will give you a new container for each refill. The seats in our theatre were the reclining seats.....not sure if they recline in each theatre. While comfortable, the reclining seats might very well put you in a position to fall asleep if the movie is boring. Attached to each seat is a side tray where you can place your snacks. The workers were all wearing masks, and they were wearing them properly. We felt safe here and will return.

I was really surprised at how nice and updated this location is! Walking in to the main lobby area I noticed the clean carpet and updated bar/concessions area. Everything seemed really clean and even though it was a bit of a slow time, it looks like the facility has been updated recently. The employees were friendly and efficient, and even offered me my complimentary real butter because I'm a Platinum level rewards member. (They rarely ask me if I want it at the other locations.) The theatre we were in was very small, only a handful of rows, but the seats looked brand new, especially compared to the super worn out seats at Studio Park. The sound and picture were great. I did some research and found out this location was updated in April 2024! There's plenty of parking in their lot and it's pretty easily accessible from the highway. We went to see a summer blockbuster and decided to try their Ultra Plus extra experience. It was…read morefrankly unacceptable. We have smart devices that warn of loud environments. The opening sequences and dialogue was at 85db. We tried to put up with it for a bit but after an action sequence started to reach 100db I went to talk to the staff. They said they would not reduce the volume and that was the point of the Ultra experience. I asked for earplugs and was told to use toilet paper. Our cashier was super nice. Offered to let us see a different non ultra experience and to comp us appetizers and meals. In the end our ringing ears forced us to ask for a refund. The theater is nice and clean and clearly very new. The service is mixed with helpful and less helpful employees. The sound issue is a health and safety issue and should be investigated. Hearing protection should be provided for employees and theater goers to the ultra experience.
