Computer had not been used for a couple of years and would not get on Internet or print. Prior to service, Brad quoted me the repair price which was reasonable. He picked up computer and called 2 days later it's done. He brought it back, set it up.... And remotely the same day he fixed the computer/printer connection due to the fact he had another appt he had to rush off too... It has been a week later and everything is working great. (shoutout ComputerTech Brookhurst) To make matters worse the man at the first repair shop also took my GPU support bracket as well!!! My daughter's iphone broke while she was getting out of the car, so we needed to get it repair asap. We checked at the apple store but their prices were to high so we decided to look for a local business. We called a few places & most of them required us to schedule an appointment. We were in a hurry so we could't wait. We called Orange County Computer Repair & the tech there, Joe, told us to just stop by, there was no need for an appointment to get our iphone repair. So we drove to the store & brought the iphone to get it repair. When we got there, Joe was there ready to assist us. He right away jumped on the phone & started breaking it apart. While he was taking care of it, we decided to replace the mic since it was giving issues to my daughter when speaking on the iphone. Joe took care of all the work for almost half the price apple wanted to charged us. We're really please with the service we received from Joe, & from now on, this will be our preferred place to get our devices repair. By the way, at first we thought it was an iphone shop, but they also take care of computers which is good to know, specially if you get the same service on your computers that you got for your iphone. My friend Jay recommended me this place, he's been coming here for years now. So I decided to give it a try. I needed all my data transfer from my laptop to my external hard drive since I was about to travel & I couldn't bring my laptop with me. I brought my laptop last Saturday & the tech there, Joe, right away started backing up all my data. The only issue that I had is that I forgot to pickup an external hard drive at the store but good thing Joe had a few extras. I ended up buying one from him, an external WD SSD that I couldn't believe the size of it, it's so small, it fits on my key-chain. Anyway, while I was waiting, I went to get me a coffee & while I was placing my order, Joe called me to let me know my laptop & my SSD where ready for pickup. The backup was quick, Joe explained to me that it was because we were using the new SSD's instead of the old & classic drives. Now, after I tested, the speed & loading are fast, great decision I made when choosing between external hd's & good thing I came across Joe, really easy person to work with & knowledgeable on his field. What can I say when you find excellence, I feel it prudent to make note of it. I brought in my Sony touch screen laptop in for service : for a hard drive replacement as well as a memory upgrade / fan replacement. Joe Mike and David offered consistent excellence in their assessment of the problems as well as in the actual work performed, all the way up unto completing the job within a timely manner. Their pricing was well below fair market rates for the parts and their demeanor was professional, yet personal. I tried two other places which didn't work out. The most important aspect of my experience with these folks is that they made a backup of my data files and held on to it for a week, which was really needed when I brought the system back after messing it up myself. I should have read and followed Paula J. 's review and advice first. I also left my DELL laptop with Joe at Los Alamitos Computer for a diagnostic examination. The power-UP was intermittent and delayed, but otherwise the computer worked OK. Three days later I received a call from someone at the store informing me that the computer needed to have the motherboard repaired or replaced at an estimated cost of $350.00. I declined to authorize the service and retrieved my computer early the next day. Upon examination the computer continues to work OK but now there are several defective keyboard keys. It becomes apparent that not only did they fail to perform any diagnostic examination to support their "defective motherboard" claim but they somehow managed to screw-up the laptop keyboard during the four days that the computer was in the shop. It was soooo annoying using my phone while the screen was cracked & full of weird lines that I had to get it repair. Taking pictures or watching videos was worst, so it went from bad to worst, to the point where I just couldn't deal with it any more. It was frustrating every time I used my phone not to mention my friends making fun of me : )... Any way, I stopped by at cerritos mall to get it repair at the apple store but with their prices I can just buy a new one, but I love my old phone since it was a birthday gift so I wanted to repair it instead of replace it! Don't you hate braking your phone in the middle of work? Wow, what a headache! While taking some measurements for a job-site in Cypress my phone fell off face first & shattered the whole glass. Running like a headless chicken I started calling all over the place, first was Apple of course, but I had to make an appointment & drive 20 minutes, made me feel like if I was looking for a doctor, but somehow I was. Long story short, Apple was too far & a waste of time, so I called a few other places. So I broke my iPhone screen (nothing new right?) while getting off my car. This is not the first time that it happens neither I think will be the last. so I was going to stop by work to get it repair but while visiting my sister in the OC, she recommended me this place to get it repair since she got her iPhone repair here as well. I had come by this location with my phone after first going to Verizon but they told me that it would be 200 dollars to replace it even with insurance so I came here with my phone which worked fine but just needed to have cracked screen replaced and their pricing was very reasonable and they had very helpful and speedy service I was highly satisfied with not only the speed of their service but the excellent job they had done they had even installed s protective glass on my phone which I had brought in but I would definitely recommend anyone with a cracked or damaged product to come her and you will be highly satisfied as well read more

I had my iPhone 12 PRO screen cracked so I called a few places until I mentioned to my friend who recommended me Orange County Computer Repair. So I decided to stop by during the weekend to get my screen replaced. There was no line so I didn't had to wait, it was an easy and quick repair for which the tech took no more than 20 minutes to get it done. I'm pretty satisfied with the results, there's no difference between the old and the new screen, the new screen is bright just like the old one. This place is horrible and I will tell all my friends not to use their services. I lost 2 laptops with all my pictures . They advertise free diagnosis but nobody tells you that is free only if you let them fix the computer. I wanted to fix my 2 laptops but it was $ 270 and $ 300. When I told them that it is to much and I wanted my laptops back I was asked to pay $ 70 for each diagnosis. When I came back to pay and take my computers it was to late, so I lost them. I had an old, abandoned macbook pro form late 2012 that I had not use in a while so I decided to get it fix and up and running again. I brought it here and Joe right away got into it. The battery was completely dead and it had no hd. Joe installed a new hd with a new OS and also got me the battery as well. These things are expensive, so I looked at repairing it versus replacing for a new iPad. While the Apple store will perform some work, they are closed during the pandemic, so I started Yelping alternatives. I contacted a phone service shop, and they explained the work required micro-soldering, which they don't do, but were nice enough to refer me to iTechCare. I contacted iTechCare and spoke with Xia. She is clearly very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what the work entailed. She made a recommendation on changing the battery since the case will be open, and the battery had a few years of charging cycles on it. I opted to just have the charging port replaced. I wanted to keep the time the iPad was away as short as possible, so I paid a deposit so the parts could be ordered. Then a couple of days later Xia notified me the parts were in, I dropped it off that evening, and she had it ready for pick up the next afternoon. Xia showed me photos of the old very-damaged charging port, which had several charging pins bent and some missing all together. It's been a couple of weeks now and the new charging port is still working flawlessly. Thank you!

My daughter's Galaxy S22 Ultra screen cracked inside her backpack, and she needed a replacement ASAP. Other places either tried to upsell us, couldn't give a straight answer about pricing or availability, or became pushy the moment we asked about the difference between original and aftermarket screens. One store even called me four times after I politely said I would look elsewhere. Edgar was the complete opposite. He answered every question with patience, honesty, and zero pressure. He didn't rush me, didn't try to upsell, and didn't call repeatedly after giving me a quote. He simply provided clear information and genuine customer service, something that's rare these days.
