They came in time. It was easy to communicate and they clean the my apartment really well.

I paid for a "deep clean" (~$300). I would say it is not worth paying the price unless you need your kitchen drawers reorganized, and the inside of your oven and fridge cleaned. It was ok. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady accidentally spilled oven cleaner on our dark wood floor, which stripped the stain. It looks like she attempted to wipe it up, which just stripped more. She then proceeded to cover it with a kitchen mat so that I discovered it 24 hours later. I contacted the service immediately and they were apologetic and prompt but refused to refund my service, offering only $25. In addition, I have to go through an insurance company to attempt to get my floor repair reimbursed (and the current estimated cost is around $2,000!). Needless to say, I will not be using this service again. read more

I reached out to this company COMPLETELY last minute--literally the day before I had to turn my keys in.... and they were kind enough to book me for a same-day appointment, no questions asked I have a dog who sheds like crazy, so I was honestly bracing myself for what could be done... but when I walked back in, I swear my jaw literally dropped. The place looked SPOTLESS! Like brand new. They cleaned everything from top to bottom, inside and out: appliances, baseboards, windowsills, even little corners that most cleaners overlook. It looked (and smelled!) like I'd had a team prepping for weeks instead of just a few hours' notice the day of. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality-- it was the care. They showed up on time, worked quickly but thoughtfully, and treated my apartment like it was their own. Was scammed out of $750.. and almost injured my cat I was looking for a good cleaner that was a reasonable price so out of all the quotes I got this was on the lower side and still had good reviews. I was quoted $400 for my 4bed 4bath apartment. I was told that it would be 8 cleaning hours (2 ppl for 4 hours) which seemed reasonable and is how long it has taken to do a deep clean of my apartment every other time. I explicitly asked the company / person I was messaging to let me know if it goes OVER the allotted time. I also had paid a bit extra to get the fridge cleaned and laundry done. At hour 4 I reiterated to please let me know if they would need more time. They didn't respond for a few hours and came back to me hour 7 to tell me they had indeed gone over time by 3.5 hours (7 hours at 30$ per hour). My bill came out to be $740 which is unheard of to me. When I returned there were still dirty spots, my laundry wasn't done, the fridge was barely clean and they had broken one of the drawers. I don't understand how they were cleaning for 15 hours total and yet I have a basket full of dirty Don't use this service you'll pay an absurd amount for truly mediocre work. horrendous experience, do yourself a favor and stay away. I reached out for a quote. Spoke to someone over the phone gave them. My information was told then to fill out a form online, which I did. A short while later, I was called and asked for the same exact information. I gave the first person I spoke to. It took them close to an hour to figure out that they had already spoken to me. I attempted to schedule a cleaning only to have the form select the improper date. When I was contacted, I told him I wanted the following. Sunday they scheduled it for a Wednesday. I only noticed the issue when Sunday came around and nobody was here. I was told they would try to get somebody out here, but then was told they couldn't be done. I asked for them to come out the following Sunday. They said not a problem I asked for them to show up at 1 PM. I got a text asking if they could come at 2 PM instead I told them no it needed to be 1 PM. Then Tuesday they told me they had to come out on Saturday and I told him that was fine as long as they could be here at 1 PM again they asked if they could come at 2 PM. I said that would be fine. Saturday comes I receive a text indicating that my cleaners will be here between 130 and 2:30 PM. At 2:30 when nobody showed up, I called. They told me that they were 27 minutes away. I explained that nobody had reached out to me to tell me they were running late and that they were supposed to be here at 1 PM and it is now 90 minutes. They agreed to take $25 off the cleaning. At 3 o'clock, they were still not here and the company was getting ready to cancel when the cleaners finally showed. Then I get a text indicating that they cannot do the cleaning for the Price that I was just quoted at 1:45 because the department was too big. I received a call from the owner who told me that the original price quote of 165 for three hours was for one person not three individuals. He could only do the 145 for 90 minutes. I told him that was fine. The cleaners rushed through cleaning now I only asked them to clean one full bathroom 1/2 bathroom to clean the floor in the bedroom and the floor in the living room and the dining room and the stairs and the kitchen that was it no other rooms needed to be cleaned. Apparently that was too much for three people to complete. According to the website, they clean the grout in the shower or the bath bathtub they failed to do that because there were still evidence of mold in the grout in the shower. They were not thorough. The apartment is cleaner than when they came, but you could tell that they rushed through it to get. This company is highly unprofessional. They do not have their act together. They do not know what they are doing, and then they tried the old bait and switch and get me to pay more money after giving me a quote. This company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away you will save yourself tremendous amount of grief and aggravation. They do not have the professionalism to contact you when they are running late then they try to give you a discount only away from you later. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. It is no wonder that they're actually still in business. This company is horrific. Do yourself a favor and find somebody who actually knows what they are doing because they obviously do not. now you making things up. I never sent threatening messages and nobody calmed me down I never raised my voice to your cleaners that's an outright lie. which is just more evidence that you're not only a poor business man but a liar. And I told you they only needed to clean one full bath and one half bath and just the floor of one bedroom. It doesn't matter how many rooms the place has when you're not cleaning them but obviously you're not able to understand that just like you're not able to send someone on time. I gave you multiple opportunities and now I regret giving you any opportunity. Seeing is how you fabric lies about me. I was nothing but respectful to your cleaning staff, despite the fact that they were 2 1/2 hours late. I never once raised my voice to them. Yes, I sent you messages, expressing my extreme frustration and disappointment in your lack of and your inability to properly book a cleaning job. I should've just let you cancel the job. Instead, I have to defend myself from an incompetent business owner who likes to fabricate lies. Just had a wonderful first clean with Yaritza. She was very communicative, thoughtful and incredibly thorough. She spent a lot of time making sure the kitchen and bathroom were spotless, which I appreciated. She was also very sweet to my dog. I really felt that she went above and beyond and I'm definitely hiring her again! In general, Neatly Yours was really great at communicating promptly and I was able to book this clean at the very last minute. Especially during the holidays, this was much appreciated. Their prices are also very reasonable. I assume they are somewhat new given that they don't have a high volume of reviews, but I definitely would not let this get in the way of booking them to clean your home.
