Neato Burrito and I go way back, like 22 years? Wow. I can say they are super consistent even after all this time. Still love my cowboy crunch burrito and it's still exactly the same as the early 2000's...except for the price. Right around $11-12 depending on tortillas and toppings. Better value than a couple of my other favorites. Service is always pretty quick and the workers pleasant. The restaurant has not received an update since they moved to this location, but it really doesn't need it. Still looks pristine and is always kept super clean. I'd go five stars if they had some more protein selections but remember what I said about their consistency! Same as it ever was.

Solid place for a quick meal. Their quality is very consistent. Lots of options to make a totally customized mega burrito. Meats look like they are roasted in-house. I usually order their shredded buffalo chicken. I recommend getting it grilled at the end of the line. Neato Burrito is super clean and the employees are super attentive.

I definitely have a love hate relationship with Neato. Neato has been around since I can remember and has many locations around the central PA area. When I was younger I hated Neato. The building wasn't well lit and service was awful. They have make major improvements in the best years and now I don't distaste friends when they want to visit here. I saw another Yelpers review and comment about the lack of meat they give you. They definitely aren't piling it on like chipotle would BUT they have a few key menu items that chipotle doesn't either. 1 being the sour cream, jalapeño and feta cheese topping. Which obviously is amazing! But from my understanding cheese is an extra .75. Love hate relationship Less meat = hate Cucumbers = love Sour cream sauce stuff = love Pay more for cheese (a basic need) = hate

This was my first visit...I heard so many great things, so I was excited. It was the VP's birthday at work, and he wanted Neato. My job is in Hummelstown, so I shoot for the location on Paxton Street next to Cafe Fresco. I started calling since they opened at 11 am but only got a busy signal. I thought they were busy so I decided to pop up. Low and behold as I approach, I seen the smallest sign ever stating they were experiencing electrical issues. I got in my car and drove to Lemoyne still sold on the idea that it would be all worth it. Plus, it wasn't about me we had a birthday to celebrate. I ordered a bowl which was just ok. In my opinion it was bland, a small portion for the price and about time I opened the container a small puddle of juice had formed on the bottom lol. I was not impressed, I had better burrito bowls, so the standard was already set. One thing I can say about the Lemoyne location is it's really cute inside. They have pretty cool decor and plenty of booths for large groups. Go try them out you might like them better. Have fun!

This will be my last time ordering from this store. Obviously there's no thought process when it comes to putting the food together. There's an option for extra sour cream and I know for a fact I did not click that but I did not expect to get a half a cup of sour cream or Half a cup of guacamole. If you don't have Spanish rice then take it off the menu and inform people that you don't have it.

Overview: Local Chipotle-style restaurant featuring various burritos, bowls, and salads. Food: Neato Burrito is SO good and in many ways, I prefer it to Chipotle. They have great meat choices and a nice variety of salsas. I particularly love to get a burrito bowl, which is very reasonably priced and full of food. The meat is also very well seasoned and never dry. And guacamole is only $1 extra! Recommend: Burrito bowl with beef! Atmosphere: This Neato Burrito is probably my favorite location. It's nice and open, with plenty of seating and always very clean. Service: I have always had excellent and exceptionally fast service.

Honestly one of my fave spots in the 717 - I always get the cowboy crunch burrito. The staff is friendly and I love the quirky decor.

The restaurant itself had a few tables, a frozen ice cream box, video chance games, a huge rack of phone cards and several pictures decorating the walls. Most of the pictures depicted scenes from mexico, such as poncho villa, zapata, rural life, cows, etc... one of the walls was covered in mirrors and had a sombrero hanging on it. They have standard tacos at 2.50 apiece, chicken, beef or pork. We tried several of them. There was also a Torta for 8.50 that was pretty decent. There was some type of hot sauce (Valentina brand) here that that we put on it made it significantly better. The helado de fresa or strawberry ice cream ($1.50) balanced it out. We also had the Bistek Ranchero: it came with 6 yellow corn tortillas, onions, cilantro, beans, rice & lots of beef, mixed with red pepper. That cost 14.00 pretty decent if you ask me. What makes this place stand out in my opinion is the " tostada ceviche de camaron " or lime marinaded seafood salad on a deep fried corn tortilla. This item is occasionally also available at competitors but not nearly as good. 5 Stars, incredible food!

Margaritas (both on the rocks and blended) were very good. The blended was smoother than any Ive ever had before. Chips had a strong corn flavor, but the bowl was half full for three people and had enough broken pieces to suggest we'd gotten to the bottom of the bag. The salsa was delicious, with just a hint of heat. Entrees included a Pizza Birria, which was like a quesadilla, but more interesting. The tortilla had a well-cooked look to it, the center layer of braised beef, cheese and onions was thick enough to satisfy even the hungriest. The majority was taken home in leftovers. Another "never before seen" items was the chimichanga -- available soft or fried. What? A chimichanga is a FRIED burrito. If its not fried, its a burrito. Which, soft in this version, looked and was delicious, but I'm still confused. Finally, my Chicken Mole Poblano. So Much Food! And it was yummy! Slightly sweeter than what I'm used to, but trust me when I say I scarfed almost all of it down -- without the tortillas. A great night out, I know more family will visit it this week. I think I'd like to go back.

The parking lot is empty (not unusual for this time of day) and we're the only customers. Upon entering, the hostess/waitress seemed annoyed we came in, based on her demeanor. I had a sense to walk right out before being seated but I'm starving, so let's see what happens... Not many places charge for a basket of chips and salsa, but here they do ($3.99). I can't recall if that was the case last few times I was here. They were crispy and I did really enjoy the red salsa. I ordered two quesabirria tacos and one chicken taco since they were only available à la cart. The wife got two shrimp tacos. Mine came with a side of consommé that was mostly water and lacked flavor. I had to add salt to the tacos since they needed flavor that the consommé wasn't providing. The salsa Verde that came on the chicken was medium spicy and had a nice kick to it. It actually made me sweat, but in a good way. We ate pretty quickly because I just wasn't feeling a good vibe inside the restaurant. I asked for the check and presented my coupon. While getting checked out at the register, I asked for change for a $20 (for a cash tip) in the form of a 10 and two fives and was presented a 10 a five and five ones. I did not want the one dollar bills because I had several in my pocket already. Again, this waitress either just didn't care or I don't know wtf her problem was. No positive energy at all and left me wondering "why?" Your customers are your livelihood, treat them nicely and they'll keep coming back for more... Not sure we'll be back anytime soon based on the attitude. Food was good, not great. Sorry for the 3 stars, just couldn't "get it up" to 4.
