Mine was good it just took a couple times to order over the phone (I think they were busy). Although I got take out, the place seemed clean and organized. Last time my bf and I ordered from here they gave me the wrong burrito, which was so sad!!! It had blackened chicken, and beans, so many beans, and i hate beans, and normal rice. Tried the Cowboy Crunch Burrito with Shredded Beef this is a delicious combo of Beef, Rice,refried beans, sauce lettuce, tomato & cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla I did choose a Jalapeño flavored. The Combination was delicious. Service is fast friendly. Not so happy that they are strictly card payment! Neato Burrito and I go way back, like 22 years? Wow. I can say they are super consistent even after all this time. Still love my cowboy crunch burrito and it's still exactly the same as the early 2000's...except for the price. Right around $11-12 depending on tortillas and toppings. Better value than a couple of my other favorites. Service is always pretty quick and the workers pleasant. The restaurant has not received an update since they moved to this location, but it really doesn't need it. Still looks pristine and is always kept super clean. I'd go five stars if they had some more protein selections but remember what I said about their consistency! Same as it ever was. read more

I should've known by the name... The food here unfortunately just has no actual flavor at all. I'm not sure they even use seasoning. The Spanish rice used just tastes disgusting. This was actually the nastiest burrito I've ever had. Not only was there no flavor at all, the beef was like kind of wet (so strange) and the Spanish rice was just foul. Our friends who live in Camp Hill, absolutely love it here so the 4 of us got take out on a rainy Saturday and WOW, so big (burritos) and very delicious, if not so traditional. I had a bowl with rice, black beans, BBQ sauce (what??), Pico and Guac. I also tried the Pineapple Salsa (very good and to me was not so spicy) and Salsa Verde (to me this was medium to hot). The pico was your standard pico (mildly spicy) and the guac was pretty bland but very fresh. (I like it that way). I wish they offered grilled tofu or another non-meat protein. (Tempeh, Seitan). I definitely have a love hate relationship with Neato. Neato has been around since I can remember and has many locations around the central PA area. When I was younger I hated Neato. The building wasn't well lit and service was awful. They have make major improvements in the best years and now I don't distaste friends when they want to visit here. I saw another Yelpers review and comment about the lack of meat they give you. They definitely aren't piling it on like chipotle would BUT they have a few key menu items that chipotle doesn't either. 1 being the sour cream, jalapeño and feta cheese topping. This was my first visit...I heard so many great things, so I was excited. It was the VP's birthday at work, and he wanted Neato. My job is in Hummelstown, so I shoot for the location on Paxton Street next to Cafe Fresco. I started calling since they opened at 11 am but only got a busy signal. I thought they were busy so I decided to pop up. Low and behold as I approach, I seen the smallest sign ever stating they were experiencing electrical issues. I got in my car and drove to Lemoyne still sold on the idea that it would be all worth it. Plus, it wasn't about me we had a birthday to celebrate. I ordered a bowl which was just ok. In my opinion it was bland, a small portion for the price and about time I opened the container a small puddle of juice had formed on the bottom lol. I was not impressed, I had better burrito bowls, so the standard was already set. One thing I can say about the Lemoyne location is it's really cute inside. Basically you state your burrito choices to the server behind the counter and they make your burrito fresh to order depending on what you want. After working in the area for over a year and hearing all the hype I was actually excited to try this place for the first time when I drove by and saw a location close to my office. This wasn't a burrito, it was soup folded slightly in a tortilla. Flavor was bland, way way too wet and pickled jalapeños!? Really. I ordered a chicken burrito with brown rice and re-fried beans (fairly basic). When I got to the guy putting on the salsa, I asked what the Salsa of the Day was? His response: "Dude, it is all salsa of the day." First, I am not your Dude, I am a customer. Second, I didn't even know what that meant. Anyway, I get my burrito - very large and when I opened the foil and took the first bite, the whole tortilla and burrito fell apart. The only way to eat it was to finish unfolding it and use a fork. Come on...this is a burrito shop - isn't the training on how to roll a burrito the first day. We enjoyed the cowboy crunch burger: cajun chicken, crushed nacho chips, bbq rice, refried beans smothered in a ranch dressing wrapped in a flour tortilla (6.75) and the neato burrito (7.00) this location has a retro interior, with all sorts of advertisements from the 60's and 70's. So I see that there are a lot of positive response here and I'm sure I'll come under scrutiny for being picky but this place is not good for the price. The best way to explain neato burrito is "its better than El Rodeo" and that shouldn't be an excuse. I do still partake in Neato burrito once every 2 months out convenience factors but I think the first sign that they need to redo something by the fact that they "season"(i use this word as lightly as they use it literally) there meat in water which just washes away what ever taste it did have. We vegetarians really luck out here -- one of the filling options is Tröeg's Nut Beer Chili, which makes that enormous burrito one of the most delicious things in the world. I haven't been to a Neato Burrito since college maybe? I don't remember what I thought then but I decided I wanted to come back. The place is very bright and clean inside and they have a Chipotle style ordering system. I decided I wanted a chicken bowl. They offered lettuce or chips at the bottom of my bowl. I chose chips. On top I had the cilantro lime rice, black beans, the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, and salsa verde. They have craft fountain soda (Kangaroo I believe? Something like that) and I chose a diet cola. They packaged my bowl in a nice plastic container with lid. Perfect for transporting it back to work. The bowl tasted good but it was lacking in meat. I felt like most of my bites were lettuce heavy. I tried mixing it up good hoping that would redistribute the meat if that were the problem. But no, it was really lacking meat. So I after making 4 perfect bites of meat/rice/beans/veggies I pretty much had nothing left but lettuce. The ingredients were fresh and tasty and I really enjoyed that. The variety or salsas available were intriguing. I just needed it to be more. I was still hungry when I finished and I am not a HUGE eater.
