Cake Pop and Samoa Cookie Latte
    Alyssa H.

I have to say I'm very disappointed. I hardly ever leave reviews but I have to speak up this time. This was my first time here and I was so excited because it got such great reviews. The service was slow, and the lady in front of me was upset because she didn't get her drinks and others behind her had already received their orders so it automatically put a bad taste in my mouth. I got the Samoa Cookie Latte and was shocked to see that it was not filled to the top and there was no whip. It tasted very average. The cake pop was okay. Getting out of the shop was a struggle because there was a semi truck backing into the already too narrow parking lot. I thought the shop looked nice aesthetically but I probably will not return here due to my poor experience.

Food is 10/10, ambiance and decor 10/10, the staff is a 10/10. A really great weekend spot when you're looking to enjoy a nice cup of joe and a Mediterranean, that's until the gal in the Benz and Prada sunglasses came in disturbing the vibe with their phone call. Whomever the gal is in association to this fine establishment does not discredit the amazing details I mentioned above, it was just annoying. Shout out to the barista on the cookies n cream latte.

New cute and quaint coffee spot in Maricopa!!! Close to the high school; great for parents, teens, and especially the high school staff. I love that they have a drive thru window. There is a cute patio area outside to sit at and soak up the atmosphere. There is a paved parking spot for people with special needs, ok corral style; for the rest of us. There are two menus one video screen and a hard copy. I think that was smart, depending on the direction of the sun it can be difficult to read. I ordered the lavender latte, large, with oat milk, and no ice. Once I got to the pick up window, my drink arrived in about three minutes. Speedy service. I really want to go inside next time and check out the interior. I just heard about this place yesterday and wanted to make sure everybody knew about this new little gem. Support small business!!! The owner is a young woman named Brooke and she's 23 years old. Congratulations to her on her new business endeavor!!

Overall good experience however I'm not sure if we will be going back. The reason for this is more personal, we don't really like drive through coffee places like Duch bros and this place is set up like a glorified drive through coffee shop. Service: Great! The staff was very friendly and had advice to give on menus items like tea and baked goods. They did this while wearing headsets for the drive through part. Atmosphere: Inside was tight with only 2 small tables. Outside was nice featuring a patio with two bigger shaded tables. There was also a fake grass area with nice space to sip coffee. Lastly the location for this place is kinda weird, it's across from the school but away from most everything else. Food: We tried the raspberry pop-tart and it was sweet and tart but sadly nothing special. Coffee: I was happy with the quality of coffee. They use whole milk as the standard. I am disappointed that they only have to go cups. This is very sad as I think they have potential to be a great coffee shop. But this is what you get when they are focusing on drive through. To recap: Decent coffee, good service, setup for drive through, poor setup as an actual cafe, and lacking pastries.

Neaux Coffee 19428 N Taft Ave, Maricopa AZ 85139 April 8, 2023 Saturday - 8:20 AM for breakfast and coffee 2 Adults Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - We been trying to hit up the newest coffee place in Maricopa for sometime. Atmosphere - Just on the west side of the high school in a strange building. You can not miss it, a 2 or 3 story white building with a drive thru. There are few tables inside, and a few outside. Found a spot outside. Dang that speaker box for the drive thru is load. Food Drink - I went my classic Mocha, perfect temp to start drinking. I would love to see real mugs. Breakfast - I am late to the party. I ordered the fancy avocado toast, known by their name, Signature. Besides avocado it is topped with prosciutto, and burrata. Also shared one of the poptarts with my wife, a raspberry prickly pear. Spot on. Service - A third person started her shift as the place just started to hop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Future - I could see coming back here.

Cute small coffee shop with great coffee and the pastries are delicious. You have to try their everything bagel as it is to die for! It may be small but this coffee shop has a lot to offer in our small town of Maricopa. We definitely come back when craving Neaux coffee

What we got vs what was advertised

What we got at Neaux coffee vs what was advertised. We were there by 6 AM and they were out of anything for Valentine's Day. We didn't know until they handed us our items almost 40 minutes after we ordered them. That took up all time we could've had to go get actual Valentines treats for the kids this morning before school. Super disappointing. If you're looking for your Neaux coffee Valentine, they don't have it but they'll sell it to you anyway. I commented on their advertisement on instagram to let people know but they deleted my comments so I thought I'd warn people here.

So happy to have this little gem in town. The staff is always chic fila level cheery and the drinks and snacks are delicious. My daughter gets so excited for coffee dates with mom cause she get to run around their turf area and play with the rocks. The drive through is so convenient. I love being able to support a small business... and not always have to unload my kids to do it.

Signature toast and Pumpkin Spice Latte

Neaux coffee has 10/10 signature toast and their pumpkin spice latte definitely did not disappoint!

First time trying Neaux Coffee. One word. DELICIOUS. We got the pop tart and chocolate chip scone and it was amazing. The mocha coffee is nothing to snooze on as well and it was made at the perfect temperature to where you did not have to wait for it cool down. The staff there are patient and kind, they answered our questions regarding the pastries even though we knew it would be an inconvenience. Thank you to the hardworking staff. It's right across from Maricopa High School, give this a place a try.

The second you walk in, you're surrounded by a romance book-lover's dream. The ambiance feels like stepping into a cozy Hogwarts library. It's warm, magical, and the perfect place to get lost in a book. There is also a vintage-style Photo Booth that will print out two photo strips for $5! I also love the story behind this place starting online and growing into a physical bookstore that now carries such a fun variety of books, plus the cutest hip and trendy merch (hats, book pins, shirts, and more). The coffee is good, and their menu is surprisingly extensive. I ordered the cookie butter latte and was genuinely impressed by both the size and the taste. On top of all that, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether you're looking to study, find community, or just yap with fellow book lovers, this is such a fun and inviting space!

They also have energy drinks so I'd say this is a typical "quick" coffee shop style where you shouldn't expect in house flavors being made or anything and very sweet drinks (which I love). I got an almond croissant which was delicious. They get their pastries from the Gadsby Bakery I believe. They're so good. The service was so friendly and we got our drinks so quick!

You order at a counter and the staff will bring food to your table. My favorite item is the breakfast sandwich. The brioche is tasty, the eggs are extremely fluffy, and the sausage has nice flavor. The garlic aioli helps bring it all together. For coffee, I like the King, but make sure to order it half sweet. It has a perfect balance that way. The cold foam on top is delicious. There are plenty of events going on here too. Bottle & Bean regularly schedules live music to play throughout the month on their lawn. I love seeing them working together... I love their coffees and drinks! However, the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that their food menu is lacking and it takes so long to get it when you do order something. For instance I once ordered some sort of pastry I think it was banana bread, and it tasted like the Starbucks one that come prepackaged like airplane food and it took 35 minutes until it was delivered to my table. Another time I ordered a breakfast scramble or similar w Potato wedges and it tasted like something microwaved and took over 40 minutes to get ...so personally I just stick w drinks when I come here. Thankfully, Where U Bean has decaf espresso, which means I had lots of possible options for drinks. They offer direct trade coffee and organic teas, and homemade treats as well. You can sit at tables and work, or sink in comfy couches and look around at the eclectic art. And eclectic it is, maybe my only semi-negative feedback is that it was hard to see how the name related to the decoration theme, or whether there was an overall theme at all. That's hardly a criticism though, I like places that go in many directions, it give them character. That wall of vinyls is epic! Parking was easy as the shop is located in a plaza. Plenty of spots available on a Sunday afternoon. Based on other reviews, it sounds like it's not always the case. It was delightful and distinct with the date syrup and rose water. Next time I would choose almond milk because the oatmilk (+1. ) overpowered the delicate rose notes. To my surprise, gluten free food options were available at this non chain business. A chocolate chip almond cookie, peppermint bark cheesecake and an almond cake all tempted me. I went with the almond cake and enjoyed the fresh, moist, sweet treat that was topped with toasted slivered almonds. Winner. Even though I think the tab was a tad high for a morning coffee break ($16.36) I would return. I enjoyed my time here while observing the local patrons interact neighborly with each other.
