    Great selections for the whole family and home. Store is usually well organized and staff is there to help. The Amazon drop off is way in the back. Some items are more expensive here than other places so shop smartly.

    So I've been coming to this Kohl's for quite some time. I can't say I have ever considered reviewing one until today. Not to say anything has been a bad experience, it's just always been an ordinary one. I'm not typically a Kohl's shopper, I usually utilize them for my Amazon returns as it's the closest to my house & has the least wait time. Usually when I go in, it's high school boys or people in their 20s just there to work. And there's nothing wrong with that. I'm not complaining about it one bit. Not everyone comes to work like Arouge. And no, that's not a figure of speech. That is her name and she is so awesome. By far the most personality I've ever seen come out of that store. I never recalled seeing her work there until tonight. I walk up to the counter to start my returns and she was about to walk through the double doors to the back, then saw me and asked if I had returns. so she happily scurries over to behind the counter. Another employee came over the intercom announcing the store would be closing in 15 minutes. Most employees would be stoked their shift was almost over, and yet this employee with a good ass attitude says "Already? I don't know why we close at 9. I feel like we should close at 12" ! She happily waited for me to get my ridiculous amount of returns in order which I am so grateful for. I usually am good about having it organized ahead of time, but this time there was a little bit of confusion on my end. Nonetheless, she was very understanding and kind about it. Then I heard someone on the walkie asking her about her break. After hearing some responses I discover this sweet woman was doing my returns on her break! I asked why she's not on the dayshift because it's employees like her that would definitely brighten up someone's day. So Kohl's can you please take the time to acknowledge her awesome attitude in some fashion? I see those employee of the month parking spots in the front. If nothing else, give her one of those as long as she's an employee there. She deserves more than that and I know I can't be the only customer she's gotten a compliment from. Her name is AROUGE (I don't know if I'm spelling it right but that's how it sounds :)). Thank you for awesome customer service Arouge!

    So picture this: three water fountains, standing side by side. You're thirsty, desperate for a sip. But wait--only the one on the right works. And where's the sign? Smack dab in the middle. Not on the broken fountains, not where it would actually help, but floating in no-man's land, leaving you to gamble your way through disappointment. You press the button on the first one--nothing. The second--still nothing. By the time you reach the one that works, your trust is shattered. A sign should clearly mark the two broken fountains, not leave people guessing. Fix it.

    FOUR pending charges, no completed purchase.  Their online order support told me to hold on for a manger and I was transferred to survey.

    Employees and manager are all so friendly and welcoming at this location. It's also nice to do my Amazon returns while shopping.

Well stocked, but if you see something you want, better get it or it'll won't last long on the shelves. And even though it appears to be empty during the week, it gets cleaned out by the weekends. It's still relatively reasonable, especially since everything is going up, prices are a lot lower than going to a high end department store & Amazon, as you know has outrageously priced clothing & low quality material blended w/materials that likely contain questionable or toxic chemicals. Some decent small furniture pieces, home decor, bath & bed- list goes on. Let's not forget what they were originally known for- Coats and jackets w/smaller inventory than it was in the beginning, but come shop in fall asap, as they sell out quickly. The baby department has also shrunk, especially furniture which I don't think they sell anymore but they have baby necessity items and clothing. Finally. I have to bring up a message of caution when purchasing beauty products: primarily skincare. I bought makeup wipes here because you get more bang for your buck on quantity but the quality did not match! The wipes smelled horrible! I didn't notice at first, but as time went on, I noticed an unpleasant odor and threw them out. I should've known better as you take chances with skincare products, especially discounted prices. Same should also apply to food items. That is not stopping me from regularly shopping here. Plenty of parking, next to Five Below & Harbor Freight-bring your will power, too much temptation.

They don't care about their customers. UPDATE* So my husband tried go pick up his suit again. Of course, they closed at 6pm on Memorial Day. We had called earlier that morning and the phone was cutting in and out. What we both heard the associate on the phone say was "Well since it's Monday..." and then it cut out so we just assumed it was normal Monday business hours because why else would you begin a sentence like that? What she should have said was "We close at 6 today." It's a holiday. Call any other place and that's how they respond. The lack of efficiency and unnecessary verbosity when it comes to service and communication in this location is beyond frustrating. My husband headed to the store after 6PM unfortunately. For the record, we live about 20 minutes away so it's a 40 minute round trip drive to go each time. So that's an hour and 20 minutes he has driven to still NOT HAVE A SUIT!! (Also gas is $6/gal) At this point, I feel like they should just give my husband his suit for free or perhaps he should return it because this is not how it should be!

Before even allowing him to try it on, the man questioned whether the price was "acceptable," then went on to complain about customers on a budget wasting his time by asking to try things on. This was unnecessary and off-putting. My boyfriend tried the shirt anyway. While the fit was fine, the fabric and overall quality did not justify the price, so he decided not to purchase it. At that point, the situation escalated. The owner became visibly irritated and began criticizing my boyfriend's current shirt, insisting the one in the store was far superior--ironically, the shirt he was wearing had been purchased from that same store previously. The entire interaction felt argumentative, dismissive, and unnecessarily condescending. Shopping should not feel like you have to justify your budget or defend your decisions as a customer. There are plenty of places that offer both quality products and respectful service. This was not one of them.
