Not having to be concered with the colors, quality or delivery regarding all of our statements, stationary and envelopes makes me breathe a sigh of relief. I came here to print some pictures and the whole process took me less than 5 minutes. Printing from…read moreyour email is a self-service process so you email your file to the staples printer inbox, then a code/QR code is sent your phone within a minute, and then you take that code/QR code and scan it to the printer you're using in the store. From there, you select the file(s) you want printed and you can preview your work before clicking print. It tells you the estimated cost and gives you a solid preview of what's about to get printed, before you click print. Also, I do have a printer at home but I like coming here when I'm printing things that I want to show a high contrast of colors, or if there's a picture or logo on the paper since the ink quality is really nice compared to what prints at home.

The guy offered to walk it down to the Hilton for me. How cool! I needed to get some business cards and stickers for a new venture. In the past, I had some cards…read moredone using an online service but for this new set, I needed to see some color options. Watson had a Pantone book so I went down there. Not only could I see different color options, but the owner was also experienced enough to give me some guidance. He also printed some samples out so I could see them side-by-side. I ended up getting a set of business cards done at an excellent price and also extremely quickly once I turned over the artwork. I also got stickers made. I actually looked at some online prices for the stickers at some of the bigger known places but Watson's pricing was cheaper and I wasn't committed to any particular number of stickers or business cards. I know a lot of people like to get the cheapest cost on things but the cost was marginally more expensive for the business card and cheaper on the stickers. But any higher cost difference is far outweighed by the customer service.

This location charged them $550 for a shipment that should have been $150 or so! The store purposefully sold them too large a box and then on top inaccurately measured the dimensions of that box to make it exactly 1 inch over a 130 inch "large package" threshold leading to extreme fees. It's all just a scam. When I called 45 minutes later to inquire how the charge got so large and to attempt to reverse by canceling the whole shipment, the owner became verbally abusive and then personally threatening. These people are crooks. Avoid at all costs. UPS Corporate should not allow franchisees like this to sully their name. There is a reason why this location has so many terrible reviews. I wish I would have checked these reviews before today's events. I guess there are much better franchisees in Needham and Newton.
