A gentleman came out to great me and I told him about the type of faucet I'm looking for (I have so many stipulations that it's really narrowed my search). He also suggested looking into a water filtration system (in the basement or under the sink) -that was one of my issues. These were all really helpful suggestions and I really appreciate a sales person being upfront, honest and helpful. As I'm in sales myself, I always think it's important to guide the customer in the right direction rather than only focusing on "what can I sell to them". I left the store with a good feeling about the company and I would recommend them if you are looking to renovate your kitchen or bathroom. They have lots of options, examples and helpful service!
