I was referred to The Corner Cabinet by the tile store I was using for my bathroom renovation. When I called, Gerry answered. I explained my predicament. I was in Mexico on vacation & my bathroom renovation was in progress. I'd intended to reuse my existing vanity but it turned out the old vanity had water damage. I explained my taste & what I was interested in (Shaker style,dark wood furniture style vanity with matching mirror). Gerry quickly directed me to look at a few styles online. Being that you do not purchase cabinets every year, I relied on Corner Cabinet to cover all the bases. There was some assumptions made as to how a piece would come - I thought fully assembled but that is not the case. The overall quality of the KraftMaid was nice but some screws were missing which seems odd for a quality company like Kraftmaid. I was supposed to get get screws from Corner Cabinet but ended up putting in the screws myself. There was also some confusion on the corian countertop and what I ordered. It was finally cleared up and looks beautiful. One piece is still not complete as we need to order a new corner - I fear it will not look at all like what was expected. Again because folks do not order these items very often, I was expecting more hand holding from Corner Cabinet. read more

Corner Cabinet and specifically, Dave Mauricio, were a pleasure to work with. Dave gave us excellent design ideas to maximize cabinet space in our kitchen as both my husband and I are cooks. He also gave excellent advice on cabinet pulls that ended up saving us 75% over the ones we originally chose and the ones we opted for in the end are fantastic! We also appreciated his advice for which counter top fabricators to use and the counter tops are among one of my favorite things in our home renovation. One cabinet arrived in the wrong size (a fault of the manufacturer and not of Corner Cabinet) and Dave did everything he could to get us the correct cabinet quickly so as not to hold up our project. Also, when our contractors made an improper cut to a piece of molding, Dave sent us a replacement within days, at no additional cost. My husband and I are real estate appraisers in the Boston Metro area and clients are always asking us for recommendations on contractors, plumbers, designers, etc...and after working with Corner Cabinet, I have already given their name out as my preferred cabinet shop for kitchen renovations several times within recent months. read more

I am lucky enough to be doing my second kitchen renovation with Gerry Turcotte at The Corner Cabinet. I worked with Gerry six years ago on a recommendation from my contractor and our experience was fantastic. Gerry was patient, meticulous and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and our kitchen came out looking beautiful! Now we are in a different home and the dated kitchen in this house needs a remodel. I am happy to work with Gerry again on this complicated project. He keeps a sense of humor and is so responsive so it is again a delight to work with him. I would recommend The Corner Cabinet to anyone. I did not give them a 5 only because I wish they had a slightly larger selection of cabinetry but that is not a huge criticism. A great place regardless. read more

I shopped around to several area stores for my new kitchen. I decided to buy from Corner Cabinet because I found the salesman to be honest and friendly. The price was very good, it was less that I had been quoted from 3 other kitchen stores but a little bit more than Home Depot. I decided the 200+ dollars was worth it on such a large purchase because these people seemed to know what they were doing vs. the horrible service and design I was treated to at Home Depot. The Corner Cabinet also did my installation. I did have one problem when the contractor found something none of us anticipated after ripping out a small wall we had. I was worried that the problem would cost me hundreds more and as it was no body's fault, I was sure I would be footing the bill. The contractor and Corner Cabinet came up with three options for me and really kept in mind that I had spent my budget. After all is done I am so very happy with the service and expertise they gave me! Thank you...I love my new kitchen! read more
