Unfortunately, I've had unpleasant experiences with some of the other staff in the past. A few were quite rough during the service and didn't handle my eyebrows with care. One staff member, in particular, was often visibly irritated and came across as rude, which made me uncomfortable. Because of that, I actually stopped going for over a year. I happened to return last month when my regular stylist was out of town, and I was happy to see Rani. She made the experience smooth and pleasant again.
