I went here for the first time last week for color correction, while the stylist, Shayla, did a good job with getting my boxed red hair dye out and getting me back to blonde she chopped ALL of my hair off. When I sat in the chair I said I had wanted 2-3 inches off, she said how about 4 which I reluctantly agreed to - and then she proceeded to chop off 8-10 inches of my long beautiful hair. My hair is now shorter than it's ever been in my entire life, I cried for hours after leaving the salon. I called back after I collected myself and they refused to do anything about it, including my charges of $325 (it did take a long time for the color to process however she couldn't even finish blowing out my hair as I had to leave to pickup my kids from school yet I was still charged in full and despite receiving the worst haircut of my entire life). I WOULD NOT recommend going here. read more

I love Jill. She's my hair dresser at Signature Salon. I walked in one day and asked for a haircut. I wanted a drastic change. I had been getting my hair cut in various different salons all over Acworth, Kennesaw and Marietta. I could never find one I liked. So I tried this place. I figured it would be a bit pricey, but I hoped it would be worth it. It was. Jill has fun cutting hair and you can tell it. I love the way she took the time to really look at my face and tell me what she thought looked good. I told her what I had in mind and she made it work for me. Jill is also great to talk to. She's funny and a great listener. She is everything you need or want in a hair stylist. I've been back to her every time I need a haircut, and I'll go back in a few weeks when it's time for another. I finally found a person I can trust to do my hair. This review isn't really about the Salon, but since Jill works there, they get the credit too ;p read more

Are used to go here routinely and then I stopped because it kind of felt at times like more of the gossip get together then a place that you can go for relaxation and pampering I guess it would depend on when your appointment was and who else would be getting their hair done at the time. Sometimes when I was there I even would overhear employees complain in the back room when I was getting my hair washed about their personal lives and I would also hear arguments and they weren't done in a quiet voice to say the least. It just wasn't at all what I expected and I gave them more chances than I should have. I also didn't like how some people were treated and they were just so many reasons why I left and I also know other people that left as well but have not returned. read more

I have gone to this salon in the past and been moderately pleased with the results. However this past time I left extremely unsatisfied and frankly, pissed off. I went in for a balayage, which is priced at $120. The girl doing my hair (Alex I believe) says that SHE always adds some baby highlights in to make it look more natural... she makes it sound like it's part of the balayage process itself. I say sure and we go on with the rest of the process. I finish everything and check out and it comes to $175! I am so shocked I did not say anything in the moment, I just paid and left fuming. I understand salons up charge things, but it is dishonest and NOT okay to just do things and not say that is an extra charge AT ALL or say how much extra it is... will not be returning here again. Okay, so let me start off by saying: I LOVE my stylist, Mallory. She is very cool and it is so easy to talk to her. She is such a pleasure every time I come in and she definitely knows her stuff. She knows how to translate what I want into what I need and has no problem explaining it to me. GO SEE MALLORY. That being said, the rest of the salon is fine if you're okay paying an arm and a leg to get your hair cut and colored. Seriously, I paid $110 for full highlights and a cut WITH a 20% off coupon. I know that might be cheap for a salon and, honestly, that's totally okay if other people want to pay for it. But I gave it 4 stars because I wanted to warn 20-somethings to stay away if you don't have a ton of money to spend. read more

Samantha Trumble is a superb and artistic stylist, a great listener and has a wonderful demeanor in delivering the best customer service, cut, color and style. I receive so many compliments on my hair, I am going to start carrying more of Samantha's cards with me. Both of my teenage boys are customers of Samantha also. I was able to get a same day appointment at the salon with Tamara...she listened to what I wanted and understood...I showed her a picture to give her an idea of what I wanted also...she gave me the best shampoo and conditioning I've ever had in a salon and the haircut turn out perfect ...she's very knowledgeable and confident and I felt very relaxed knowing that she was going to do a good job ...the shampoo, condition, hair cut and style was $45...I felt that was pretty reasonable ...I will be returning... read more

Incredibly annoyed that they actually said they couldn't do a simple hair cut. For a guy, buzz the sides and leave the top as is isn't a hard cut but they were incredibly unprofessional. Great experience with color and cut but beware.....I recently received a splash of color to cover my roots. I was told on the phone it would be $40. When I walked up to pay they said my total was $70. I asked why the price difference and it was because my stylist blow dried my hair after so they consider that a "style". I did not ask for a style. I love this salon. I've had cuts and waxings by different hair dressers and have always had good experiences. Everyone seems friendly and professional and the prices are better than the salon I was going to in Kennesaw yet they still do the extra touches (like a little mini massage before they cut my hair, I love that!).
