    Strawberry mango

Negranti creamery is located in Tin city right next door to Olivias de Oro (an olive oil producer company). [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon entering the intimate space it was clean with an open layout.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you haven't guessed it, they serve ice cream and have numerous flavors. Today was a Strawberry mango kindof day, so that's what I ordered. The strawberry mango ice cream was wickedly delicious. I could not wait to make it disappear, like a lady, of course. I would definitely order that again and again. If you're ever in the area, make sure you stop by. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space was clean and the staff friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Negranti Creamery is an artisanal ice cream shop known for serving sheep's milk ice cream. It was started in 2010 by Jessica Negranti who wanted a true farm-to-spoon experience. Sheep's milk is higher in protein but slightly lower in fat than cow's milk. This location is at a small shop in Tin City tucked between an olive oil shop and a cidery/brewery. We tried their different flavors before settling on a split scoop ($6) with thai tea and crazy cookie. The thai tea was decent and the crazy cookie was essentially like a cookies and cream. It's a good spot to go after grabbing food in the area but if it's too far there's a flagship store in downtown Paso Robles in the heart of the city.

Cute stop with unique flavors, but the texture wasn't my favorite We were in the area and saw great online recommendations for this little creamery, so our group of six decided to check it out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a tiny shop with a lot of charm, and they even have a small deck in the back where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream if the weather is nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Between all of us, we tried a wide range of flavors -- everything from salted caramel to classic chocolate. They definitely offer some fun, unique options, which made it a great spot to sample and compare. We also happened to come during a happy hour special, so my small scoop was only $3, which was a nice surprise. While everyone liked the flavors and thought the value was great, we all agreed that the texture leaned more icy than creamy. It wasn't bad, just not the rich, smooth style I personally prefer. Still, it was a fun place to try something new, and if you enjoy inventive flavors and a lighter ice cream texture, it's worth a visit. P.S. the service was excellent!

Stumbled upon this creamery while walking along Tin City and I'm so happy we tried it! The ice creams are made from goat's milk so the texture is lighter and softer and i feel like the flavor is more. We tried the cookies and cream, pumpkin pie and chocolate. We will definitely stop by again when we go back to Paso Robles.

I sent a follow up email thinking that maybe our wires got crossed or the email I originally replied to did not go through. - I have received no reply to my follow up email or on this platform. - At the very least, be open when you say you will be or tell people online. It's a waste of time and has to show up to closed store front.

We were all tears for these scoops of ice cream! They were absolutely delicious. Was our first time having sheep milk ice cream and we loved it! I had the salted brown sugar and the black chip coffee. Yum! I can't believe we have just now discovered this little ice cream gem, but now that we have, we will be back!

Located in Downtown Paso Robles, this is a wonderful ice cream shop that features Sheep milk, which is a lot lighter than cow's milk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have an upscale, modern appearance, catering to a young, affluent community.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their selection is both creative and artistic. You can also build your own ice cream cookie sandwiches, sundaes, or milkshakes! I recommend their milkshake, and ordered their strawberry swirl ice cream with whipped cream.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place was adorable and the ice cream was delicious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Luckily for us they had one table and two chairs outside so we were able to sample some even though we had our dog with us![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We shared a flight of 4 scoops for $10 which one person could easily finish. It allowed us to try multiple flavors. We chose cookies and cream, strawberry basil, blueberry lavender and fresh mint chip and they were all very good. I was surprised that the mint was our favorite but it was just so fresh! The quality of the ice cream here is amazing. I would definitely come back and I recommend stopping here to try some if you're in the area.

I had never tried sheep milk ice cream before visiting Negranti Creamery. Spoiler alert - it's delicious! I ordered a milkshake and chose cookies & cream ice cream. The milkshakes are made with oat milk. I was a little confused when the server asked if I wanted whipped cream on top. Sheep milk, oat milk, and cow milk - a trifecta! The milkshake was delicious! I appreciated that the staff split the milkshake in two glasses since I was splitting it with my partner. I'd stop at Negranti again next time I'm in the area!

Sheep Trick A small one woman show that started in 2010 with a flock of sheep and a dream has blossomed into a four--and soon to be six!--scoop shops along the Central Coast and Idaho, of all places. Negranti Creamery was the first sheep ice cream milk producer in the US and is by far the most known one. Sheep milk might be the superior milk when it comes to consumption as, according to a University of Auckland study, more digestible than cow milk and has more protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. The Good: *Located at Paso Robles' Tin City, and is the only real "food" brick-and-mortar location there besides the occasional food truck. *Friendly service *Ice cream flights are great for the indecisive, as well as those who want to try it all. *My son loved their ice cream cookie sandwiches and actually asked to go back a second time, which is unheard of for him. *Small outdoor seating area *Pricing is very reasonable *Vegan options available The Meh: *Flavors were mostly a bit too muted for our liking. I wish they were punchier, especially the lavender-blueberry, which seemed like a good combo, but fell flat in the flavor dept. The Ugly: *Maybe the ice cream was mishandled, but I found it to be grainy and not as rich in flavor as standard bovine ice cream. Conclusion: Overall, it was an interesting experience and worthy of a try. It's probably 3.5*, but since my son liked it, I'll bump it up to 4*.

Not the place for you if you like creamy ice cream. Consistency is very icy and flavors seem watered down and not particularly complex.

The Butter Cakes were cold, had to heat them up. They were completely that yellow, buttery, sugary cake, that melted in your mouth. The whipped topping was liquefied when heated but did add a nice creamy taste, almost like melted vanilla ice cream. *Overall, good, but a little steep*

Young lady at the front stated she was stressed and didn't have enough for our group even though she showed up three trays. She then went in the back called her manager finally came back out and said she could sell out and didn't have enough. There was a man which was a friend of hers standing there visiting with her. He asked my family for a lighter to smoke the cigarette in his hand. It's now been 10 minutes and other people were coming in. She said she didn't have enough cookies when clearly she did because she showed us the trays twice. We asked again for cookies and we wanted to buy some too.
