Rustic fire was really solid when it came to the food. The pizza was good and the toppings felt fresh and really fit the pizza. But a few complaints I have are the sizes are to small even for a large and the prices are astronomical for what you get. I know the ingredients are fresh but it's not hard to make bigger pizzas especially for the prices. Other than that the service was great and they felt very enthusiastic when it came to introducing us to the gelato and the pizza. Picked up a works pizza and side Caesar salad to go. Place was extremely busy. They sell beer and wine here that even goes over $300 dollars. Wouldn't expect that in a pizza place. With the mozzarella cheese, basil leaves and tomato slices, it was delicious. - Italian Breadsticks (No Mozzarella) - Not a fan. I found these to be a bit on the drier side and not very flavorful. I wish we have gotten the Cheesy Italian Breadsticks with the mozzerella. They came with the option to choose two dips, which we chose the marinara sauce and ranch. One thing I liked was that if you don't like any of the pizza options, you can build your own pizza pretty easily. Ordered was a delish bbq chicken pizza, fantastic breadsticks with dipping sauces, a tasty flatbread wrap, and the biggest medium sized salad ever! It was plenty for us all, and we took a lot home. New delicious menu, great beer and wine selections, and they have gelato!!! Many customers gone for gelato after they're done with dinner, including myself. It is a perfect setting! We also shared the Italian salad which was big enough for 2 even though it was only a Medium. The salad had the right ratio of lettuce to meat to veggies to cheese. The gentleman who took our order was super patient and very kind since we took a bit to decide and were a little high maintenance asking him to see the size differences for the pizzas. The rest of the staff was equally pleasant saying hello and smiling at us whenever they passed our table. Absolutely abysmal service. Wait times are long, but we were happy to wait as the food is good. We enjoyed the pizzas and salad and felt that the portions were fair. Ambience inside the restaurant was lively. However, we took home leftovers and later that night, my sister had a slice and she found an ACRYLIC NAIL in her pizza. We do not wear acrylic nails. We returned to the restaurant the next day hoping for at least a refund, given that she had chewed an employee's acrylic nail. The manager of the store first interrogated us about whether we wear acrylic nails and then stated that there was "nothing he could do about it." The entire time, he seemed to be questioning our experience. He did not offer a refund because he stated the system did not allow him to pull up past transactions. I wonder what kind of system that is. He did offer one free pizza, but we did not want to eat their pizzas after that. Do NOT recommend. Customer service is KEY in the food business and Rustic Fire failed miserably. Will not be returning ever. read more

It is a pizza restaurant with numerous choices for your pizza in terms of toppings. We ordered the Works pizza and the prosciutto, mushroom and arugula pizza, along with some cheesy breadsticks. The works pizza was good, but the prosciutto pizza was too salty. It made it almost inedible. However, the cheesy breadsticks were the best.
