Was hesitant to try sheep's milk ice cream, but was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the ice cream was! They had a great selection of flavors. The staff were very kind! Super cute interior.
Stopped by here during our browsing in Tin City over the weekend and enjoyed sheep ice cream milk. I got the strawberry ice cream which was very light, tasty and delicious! Loved every bite especially on a hot day like this past weekend. Summer days are the best!
Stopped by for dessert in downtown Paso Robles. Heard this was a popular place and jumped in the longish line. Apparently sheep's milk is their specialty. Got an Affogato with vanilla bean. Take was good, consistency is less creamy with small ice crystals. Tasty and the espresso was good. Service was good, place was clean, place was bustling.
Negranti Creamery seemed like the spot to be on a Friday night! The place was filled with family, friends, and couples, even near closing time. Once we walked in, the smell of the freshly made waffle cones filled the air. There were several people in line ahead of us, but the line moved fairly quickly. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I took them up on their offer for free samples. I tried the Thai Tea and decided it wasn't for me. It had been a long night, and for lack of patience, I landed on chocolate, which did not disappoint. It came with a piece of a fresh waffle cone. They have a some Negranti Creamery merch that was on sale that lined the walls of the indor seating area. There were mugs, and a nice mixture of adult and children's size shirts. Full transparency: I didn't notice a difference between the last ice cream shop's ice cream I visited, and Negranti Creamery. Nothing stood out that made me want to absolutely return if I'm in the area again, however, the establishment has a nice vibe, and great customer service. Our visit made for a great nightcap.

We went with the ice cream flight where it comes with 4 generous scoots of flavors. We went with the mint chip, cake batter, crazy cookie, and salted brown sugar. They were all so delicious - the only one that wasn't made with sheep's milk was the cake batter. Both types of milks were amazing - definitely slight different textures but both so creamy. Our team member who helped us was, Sky! He was great and had fantastic customer service with a smile. He took his time and had a very friendly attitude. We believe the overall customer experience starts with customer service and he nailed it. We aren't from around town but look forward to our next visit!
Stopped in Negranti while on the coast starlight train. I had a salted brown sugar scoop made from sheeps milk. It was delicious and not very fatty, so felt almost like Italian Ice crossed with Ice cream. Lovely texture and lightness. Also, not as sweet as cow ice cream. I would definitely return for another scoop!
Mmmm mmmmm good! Negranti Creamery is in the middle of Tin City in Paso Robles, and it is the cutest little ice cream parlor ever. The flavors are divine, the service was as sweet as the cream, and the interior was also adorbs! It was a crazy-hot 100+F temperature day, so I opted for a shake. The price of a shake was just $2 more than a regular scoop, so it was an easy choice for me since I am a slow licker - haha. It was delicious. I wish I lived closer, so I can frequent Negranti weekly... though my waistline is thankful I don't. Haha

We took our annual trip to the central coast a little late in the year in 2025 and had to do a little visit of downtown Paso. We'd been to this ice cream place in the past but I'd been a while. The gal that helped us was kind and helped us with a few samples. We ended up getting a split of their crazy cookie and blueberry lavender. Both lovely and divine. Enjoyed it inside, which was warm and the decor clean and inviting We love a good ice cream place.

It was a hot day and I wanted a sweet treat and stumbled upon this cute ice creamery. There isn't a ton of seating and they have a different taste since they are made of sheep milk. I tried the strawberry mango sorbet which I loved and also got the coffee chip which had really good flavor. The complimentary waffle chip was good I wish they sold a bag of that with the other merch they sell.
The only Negranti that opens late. Staff were super friendly despite us coming in 30 mins before closing time. There were a few parties that came in after us so at least they were accommodating to everyone. They had some unique flavors like blueberry lavender and peaches and cream (my fav)! We got the P&C milkshake and it was divine!!! Ugh just melts in ur mouth. We were able to bring one dog inside so thank you for letting us do that! Would try their ice cream next time! read more
We stopped at Negranti on our way out of SLO, wanting to get some ice cream. We got the lemon and the peaches & cream. Overall I'd say this ice cream was decent but also nothing amazing in my opinion. It wasn't quite as rich and creamy as I was hoping/expecting, but the flavor was pretty good. Their waffle cones were very good though, very soft and crunchy at the same time. It's in a cool spot with lots of other shops and things to do, which is nice. read more

We used to like this place, but this time when we had it, it felt like the ice creams were watered down, not creamy, not thick and it's also too sweet to our liking. Super cute place serving sheep's milk ice cream. My friend and I tasted a few flavors, strawberry basil, blueberry lavender and a chocolate one. My friend said the chocolate tasted watered down. The strawberry basil and blueberry lavender were good, but I feel the sheep's milk gives all the ice cream a lighter less creamy texture. This is great if you prefer a lighter tasting ice cream. I can imagine in the summer it would be very refreshing. Service was friendly and there were cute tables to sit and eat. I ended up getting a chocolate chip mint flavor which was good. If you are into fancy flavors or lighter ice cream, give them a try! read more

The ambiance is very nice, packed but, very organized. The crew are very nice and smiling as they speak to you. I ordered the ice cream flights, the best way for me to enjoy and choose my favorite. And I ended to enjoy Blueberry Lavander... so good. Then I read the story, their milk is coming from goat... interesting, so good and well recommended to try. Love this place! I ordered the flight so I could taste a couple different flavors. The young man who helped me was very polite and patient while I tried to decide which ones I wanted to try. The place overall is very clean, crisp black and white tile floor and white walls. I enjoyed all the flavors I chose but my favorites were the strawberry and peanut butter chip, so good! Unique flavors and ingredients make this small creamery a delightful stop when you are wandering around downtown Paso Robles. They serve sheep's milk as well as cow milk and vegan ice creams. I highly recommend ordering a flight if you can't decide plus it's a bargain! read more

I love finding boutique ice cream shops with some unique flavors, all made fresh from scratch. The mint chip was good but the salted brown sugar was unique & DELICIOUS - 2 scoops for the hubs wasn't enough lol. A line quickly formed but service was fast and friendly. They had pre-packed pints (& quarts I think) to go - we would've bought some if it wouldn't have melted during our 3+ hour car ride home. I loved the decor inside and all the unique ice cream accents everywhere, yet classic black, white & brass vibe. We'll definitely be back again when we're back in the area. read more

This was my first visit to Negranti and I was excited as I'm a big fan of exotic flavored ice cream..let's gooooo... This Ice cream shop is white walls and ceilings all around. I loved the Negranti merch offered. Hats, shirts, mugs, etc. On to the Ice Creams, here's what I sampled with the squad... Strawberry Basil - Yes, the flavor is as described and these two flavors worked well together. Peaches and Cream - Flavorful and not too sweet. If peaches and cream is your thing, stop by here. Thai Ice Tea - hands down my favorite. Literally Thai Ice Tea in a creamy ice cream that I could pound all day. Excellent job with the execution here. There's always room for Ice Cream, and they'll always be room for Negranti when I'm visiting in the Paso Robles area. Enjoy! read more
I wanted a cool treat on a recent afternoon so I stopped in here. Their ice creams are almost all sheep's milk which is great since I am lactose intolerant of cow's milk. I had one scoop of the peanut butter chip. This had a nice strong peanut butter taste with crunchy chips throughout. I definitely want to go back and try their other flavors. read more
