Glenoaks Pharmacy has great staff. Always very friendly, specially Ed is always nice, he remembers all customers and greets them with smile. He is also very knowledgeable and patient. The team is going as fast as they can, but the demand is high. Corporate really needs to add staff and more registers. Better yet, build a drive thru. After a 20 minute wait today the pharmacist refused to honor a Good RX coupon for a prescription. He was surly as all hell too. I've used Good RX several times before at this location. I asked to see the store manager, he said they required a barcode. I called Good RX, they said all that's required is the bin number which is plainly notated on the coupon itself. I called 2 other pharmacies, they said no problem. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this particular CVS pharmacy but it will definitely be my last.

Weird service (unfriendly/basic/lifeless), many staple items always out of stock (cookies, donuts) the place looks gross, unclean, see photographs. Homeless are always lingering (call the cops, it's trespassing plus aggressive begging is illegal and I do not want to cope with meth addicts and drunks both of which seem to be there all the time). The fountain is messy and gross missing items.
