    Donut shipment

The guy who works there tries to double charge me every time for whatever I am buying "if I buy 1 water, he charges me for 2". I asked him about my change from my order and he then yelled at me and tried to take the money out of my hand and keep it, basically robbing me of my change due after my purchase. Also they ship and package their donuts in a milk crate

Don't put on your hours you are open if you are not ! Make people waste time getting off the freeway and head there just to be closed , waste of time at 430 in the morning

    Address 600 N Glenoaks, Burbank

"This 7-11 store 600 N Glenoaks skims money on customers!!!" Specially this guy in the picture. I went to 7-11 store in Glenoaks&Alameda instead an employee who used to work there told me it's true! I bought the same item at the Glenoaks&Alameda store and it was $4.00 cheaper. The 7-11 at 600 N Glenoaks store total skimming store. I went back to show the receipt and he went ballistic. I'm told to report the store to the city attorney's office and to corporate. Maybe a class act lawsuit would suit them right. I wish I read the reviews before I started going to the store. Really bad reviews about how people are ripped off with their hard earned money.

I was driving to the grocery store. At the streetlight, I envisioned myself like with a baby girl. So I made a right turn to 7-Eleven. I was thinking Durex has vegan condoms like the whole time too. Well, don't knock the 7-Eleven experience until you've tried it. It's like the simplest way for a single person to be somewhat normal during the national holidays (and/or weekends). Open 24/7 for like everybody's convenience. Have a happy and safe 4th of July.

I would give a 0 star if I could! The lady at this "in-convenience" location is a lier and has no heart! My father's favorite coffee is unfortunately 7-eleven... but no longer. For 30 years, he has been their committed #1 fan. This morning, he asked me to take him for our ritual 'father and daughter' coffee and donut stop. While there, my father pressingly had to use the bathroom. After I asked... then begged... then pleaded with her to allow my father who is 84 years old to please use her restroom, she refused. My father was so embarrassed; yet I knew if he did not use the restroom he would have an accident. I very kindly begged her one last time as we left... she said 'my boss will be mad at me'... she was the boss! Any store who lacks compassion or heart for the elderly, does not deserve any stars but should go out of business!

We stopped by this location to pickup some snacks for our movie showing. Everything in the store was dusty and looked expired. Since were were tight on time we decided to buy our snacks anyways. Once we got to the theater, opened our snack everything was hard and staled. Obviously we weren't going to go back after our movie and asked for our money because cause people who work at these location rarely give you your money back. We ended up throwing our snacks away. We won't be coming back to this location ever again.

They also have local baked pastries from a bakery in Glassel park. This cafe also carries cute little gifts, as well as a cold case filled with snacks and tea. For our drink, we had ti try their best seller, which actually put them on the map as a must try-spot for coffee in their cinnamon toast crunch iced latte. Then I ordred an iced matcha because they said they take their matcha seriously, it's ceremonial grade and this is also a popular drink item on the menu. The staff at the Palm coffee bar were so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They really helped us pick the right drink and snacks for us. It's the hot coffee you brew plus ice. Last I checked, that was the most common coffee order in the US. Ended up with a cold brew, which is not the same thing as iced coffee (and again... a "world famous coffee house" should know this). Cold brew has a different flavor profile and more caffeine. Either the employee is really uninformed about the most basic things about coffee or this business refuses to pour their normal medium/dark/flavored roast coffee over ice because they charge twice as much for cold brew... neither of which is acceptable. If you want to wait in a 30-minute line with kids running into you and the decor completely unattended, and overpay for a drink that wasn't what you ordered... this is the place for you. Otherwise, any of the other local Burbank coffee shops are better. Literally, pick any of the other places and you will have a better experience.

This cafe is run by a family of wonderful, empowering women who support their community and their customers with engaging events and delicious coffee. When I first moved to Burbank I was given a warm welcome by the ladies behind the counter and since then I'm happy to be a regular. Their drinks are on the more expensive side compared to larger corporate chains, but the taste and quality well makes up for the expense. They have a comfortable selection of bakery items, a diverse drink menu for all kinds of pallets, and signature lattes that hit the spot. This location offers a free library where customers can take a book and leave a book, reading in the shop or taking home, with an honor code of being expected to keep said book in good shape and to return it eventually. Their book vending machine is a huge hit, the interior is beautiful and relaxing and their location has a restroom. On the weekends they invite other small sellers, clothing entrepreneurs, bread makers, up-in-coming pottery shops, and more to use their store as a venue to expand their business. The Three Sisters' dedication to their community goes as far as sharing their success, which I admire! The cons of this location however, are that I firmly believe they've outgrown their space. Lines often form out of the cafe regularly and onto the street. It can take quite some time to wait when this happens. When they have sellers inside too--it becomes difficult to move it's so crowded. There's often not enough tables and chairs to go around, and it's uncomfortable to wait outside when it's sunny with zero shade or seats. While I love the shop encouraging people to stay and do their work, or relax, the limited seating capacity makes it so many customers are often left standing. I hope Three Sisters considers moving to a larger space, adapting outdoor seating to the experience, or grows their business enough to comfortably open multiple locations in the future to give their dedicated consumers and neighbors more space to enjoy their products.

I was very embarrassed to go up to the counter and ask for a redo, but did it anyways. They redid it without a hassle and I was very thankful. Me and my friend sat down, and I tried my friend's drink and commented that it wasn't sweet. Which is what she ordered, I didn't say it loud or nasty or anything that would excuse the following. The owner then yelled very loudly (I'm not exaggerating either) from the counter and asked very rudely if I didn't like my drink again, thinking that my friend's drink was mine. The entire coffee shop went silent, and it was very, very awkward. I was humiliated, especially since I was already embarrassed to ask for a redo. I stated that it was my friend's drink, which my friend responded and said that it was fine. She didn't say anything back other than a clipped "okay." I've been in the food service for a long time and have been a manager a few times as well. If I ever suspected that someone did not like what they had received I would come over privately and ask them. I understand that we all have bad days but it was highly unprofessional and embarrassing. Who would want to sit for another hour after you practically got yelled at for not liking a messed up drink. I will keep returning since their drinks are lovely, (especially their strawberry matcha!). The atmosphere is very cozy, and I'm happy to be a regular. I'm just hoping that the owner reflects on how she handles these type of situations for the future.

The location has a small lot behind and the spaces behind the Garry Marshall Theatre are available for Priscilla's customers M-F 8-3:30! So we were able to find parking without too much of a hassle. There was a lot of seating! The place was busy but still had table options, so if you need a spot to sit and chat with a friend, I'd say check this out. I was impressed with all their tables. Service: 10/10! The workers kept the line moving and were quick to take and start orders even while people were still in line to get to the register. The line moved quick and the workers were kind and efficient! It had a busier feel than other coffee shops I go to, there was just a higher sense of urgency in the drink prep and in the customer base. I kept on feeling like I was in the way just going from waiting to order, to paying, to waiting for my drink. I've never had so many people have so many reasons to brush past me in such a short period of time. It might not be a spot I continue to go to just based on that alone, but it is worth trying and might be YOUR complete new favorite. It has the charm of a classic coffee shop and has a very "Stars Hollow" feel, which is fun, especially so close to WB. I can see why people like this spot. It feels genuine and they do what they do well. My iced latte was okay- it had a very creamy texture. My boyfriend said his didn't taste like anything special. But we were happy to have tried some place new. Definitely check it out! In terms of dietary restrictions kind of food options- I only glanced because I wasn't getting anything, but they did have a gluten free muffin and a couple of pre-packaged vegan snacks, but I didn't otherwise see other vegan options (there was a spot for a vegan carrot cake, but they were sold out). So plan accordingly! Their pastries looked great! So if you're not dairy free/vegan, you'll find something
