He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. When we told him what it was for, he gave us quite the education about purchasing online medical bracelets, and that many of them use hollow gold. When we showed him the one we were looking at, he said there's no way its solid gold at that price. Hollow bracelets scratch and dent more easily, and once dented can break. You don't want to skimp on something that might save your life someday. Nick showed us a big catalog of medical bracelets with various metals and styles. She found a solid gold one that one she really liked, so I put down a deposit and had it ordered. A little over a week later, it came in and we went to pick it up. He included the engraving for free and gave me about a 15% discount off the retail price. I'm assuming I probably could have gotten a bigger discount if I negotiated, but I felt he earned it given how he saved us from originally making a poor decision. If she decides it is a little too loose on her wrist, he said to just come back and he will remove as many links as needed for free. It looks and feels like high quality piece of jewelry, and it was only a few hundred dollars more than the one we were going to originally purchase online. Relax, I wasn't questioning anyone's knowledge or authority.
