Tammy and Jeff were nothing but professional, empathetic and informative!! I filled out the online form ahead of time and Tammy called me personally to go over the arrangements I had chosen. She didn't try to "sell me up" on any of my choices and even told me if I wanted a different Urn then they offered, that Amazon had a lot of options too. Sadly, my mother passed away at 12:30am on Thursday and they personally came to the Hospice and expressed their condolences and then took full control of cremation arrangements. It was 20 years ago that I lost one of my favorite students in a tragic auto accident. He's never…read moreleft my memory. But after all these years, I've never had a chance to visit his gravesite. On this beautiful, sunny day, I found myself across the street from Williamson Memorial and I felt it was time to get some closure and see the final resting place of my former student. He was a brilliant mathematical mind. But I had no idea where he was buried in this vast cemetery. I walked into the main building to ask for assistance, and the staff was busy juggling multiple memorial services and a number of funerals. I already felt intrusive and hated to bother employees with a simple grave location request on such a busy day. And that's when I met Joe. After a sweet young lady told me she didn't know how to find a grave but knew someone who could, that's when Joe emerged from an office to assist. He could have easily told me he was too busy, or blown me off because he was coordinating bigger events. Instead, he looked up the name I gave him and found the site. But that was hardly the end of his generosity. Joe literally walked with me into the cemetery to show me the precise location. He actually took the time to leave the main office just to help me find the gravesite, allowing me to get closure on a day that was long overdue. This is the most wonderful example of customer service I think I've ever experienced. And if that's how they handle a random person stopping by for a visit, just imagine how they work with families during their most difficult time burying a loved one.

The family visitation room was so very comfortable and the view looking out at the water garden and the burning fire pires with the snow blowing around was just so serene and beautiful. My mother's Funeral was planned and prepaid something I highly recommend everyone should do if they can. They have several facilities in middle Tennessee so they can help you with your final arrangements as well. I was there to visit someone very near and dear to my heart. The last time I was here, I had his brother to help me locate the plot, but he was unavailable to help me this time, so I had to try and figure it out on my own. I ended up calling the funeral home. The wonderful lady who picked up was able to locate the plot and, not only that, was waiting for me right there when I arrived to make sure I could find exactly where it is. Cannot even begin to express my gratitude for her kindness and patience. I truly feel like any loved ones here are in excellent hands.

The spouse and I made our annual trip to Springhill Cementry to decorate gravesites of 10 family…read moremembers. When we arrived, we found one headstone broken; I was not a happy camper. At the business I met Gwyn Winstead the manager of operations. She explained they had experienced a horrific ice storm earlier in the year and the ice brought 100-year trees and limbs down on the gravesite resulting in damage. Ms. Gwyn explained the insurance company had recently settled a claim for damages and she assured me the gravesite would be repaired. To carry things a step further she insisted we show her exactly where the gravesite was. After she inspected the headstone and assured us the stone would be repaired, she asked if we'd like a tour of the grounds. Of course, we said yes! Ms. Gwyn was an excellent historian as well as tour guide. She answered many questions and solved mysteries I had wonder about my entire life. Ms. Gwyn commented as we started our tour, she loved her job; halfway through the tour it occurred to me, she was serious. Ms. Gwyn truly loves her job, loves Springhill and ensures the folks resting there are taken care of. The spouse and I have been in discussion for over a year as to where we should choose as a final resting place. We were considering Arkansas or California; neither were appealing. After our tour we almost said at the same time; this is the place. We told Ms. Gwyn our plan and she promptly introduced us to Tonja Hebrank who is a planning advisor. Ms. Tonja was AWESOME! extremely patient, suggested issues to address that never occurred to us. There was no pressure to purchase anything or to upgrade what we wanted. Ms. Gwyn and Ms. Tonja turned what was expected to be a depressing and morbid experience into a very pleasant and lighthearted experience; there were a few tears but there was also a lot of laughing and fellowship. When we left the Springhill business office, we felt good about our decision to be at Springhill, felt good with our purchase and most importantly felt good about the 2 individuals that helped guide us through the process. Ms. Gwyn and Ms. Tonja, these ladies are not pretentious; they love what they do, love serving families and that love radiates from them. To be honest; the entire experience was so pleasant I wouldn't mind doing it all over again!

I spoke with David Thain and he confirmed Terra had the paper work and she would call back. I have followed 5 time( today is 1/17/2022) and left messages but to no avail.
