The dealer I worked for was unable to work on a Range Rover so we needed an import store . We brought our Range Rover here the office is a complete mess , parking is unavailable and the place smelt like an emporium of marujuana . Non the less we explained how my wife's Range Rover had a coolant leak . The lady at the front desk said no issue they could diagnose it and find a solution and if they couldn't find a solution they wouldnt charge for the diagnostic. As we left I met one of the mechanics and explained to the best of my ability what we knew of the coolant leak. Immediately I was apprehensive as he seems iffy and was very apprehensive to do any work on the Range Rover . The lady at front desk said she would call us by next day we heard nothing for two days . Then my wife followed up . Again the mechanic answered and sounded iffy to include he had been watching videos to see if he could fix it(just an idea of skill to watch you tube videos ) Now we speaking of a 100 k plus Range Rover ofcoarse I'm concerned . Non the less the lady then explained they found the issue and had to find a part . And we would know something with in a day. Two more days went by my wife called to check if they had at least been able to find the part and if we should bring the vehicle back in over the weekend as instructed by the front desk lady . The shady mechanic answers was abrupt rude to my wife to wear as she called me crying . My wife told me they still had no answers time line couldn't find parts etc . And how rude this guy had been to her . I called calm and polite as we now have paid for the diagnosis. The mechanic answers the phone aggressively ."Yeah is this the Land Rover guy ?!" I said yes I was calling to get info seems my wife was upset . He began to yell and say that my wife and I have been tying up his phone and they feel pressured and he don't think he wants work on our vehicle . I said well sir we paid for a diagnosis . He continued to yell that he had 3 hours put into the diagnosis and I'm trying to get money from him. I continued to remain calm as he continued to scream and tell me how we won't be happy and he doesn't want to work on our vehicle and we need stop tying up his shop phone. Then went on to say to his front desk lady to refund our money as he hung up on me. Keep in mind in one week I called once my wife called twice . I wouldn't say that is obsessive times to call to check on ones vehicle . And each time was after we hadn't been reached in regards there own instruction and time line. Non the less between the customer service , the cluttered Was of a shop and the aroma of weed everywhere and that the beach ice resort to YouTube videos to fix things and inability to get parts . I would not only not recommend this place being I am in the auto industry and have been since 1998 I will be sure to insure that all the dealers I know are cautious to refer or come to this place . Good end to the story is the same day we got hung up on I was referred by my dealership to a real mechanic shop they found the part and will be fixing the vehicle immediately .

The car has ring marks, hair, holes and visible yellow paint ( the original color ). There facility is filthy. Look at the pictures. You can still see the original yellow paint under the new red paint. I have had three gentleman I know who came over to see my cars. All three professional car people. All of my cars are totally restored, except the Camaro. The paint job is exceptionally poor quality. It has to be redone. The bill to paint was $ 4,300, when I went to pick up the car two years later they handed me a bill for over $ 20k. Scam artist, I even pointed out the yellow paint to Greg Guthre and Donnie Jeffcoat. They forgot to mention my 1965 Dodge Power Wagon they had for 3 years. Nothing was done. I got my attorneys involved and took back my truck. They billed me for FAKE work. I got with my attorneys to sue these two pricks the attorney said both these guys are broke. They are nomads. They are renters and have no assets. Additionally Guthre has a number of bounced checks and judgements against him. I have been collecting cars for over 35 years and have over 30 vehicles. I have a number of people I use to work on my cars. I could call any of my car guys and go to dinner. Not these two conmen. These two pieces of garbage give the car industry a bad rap. Stay away ! I have never cheated anyone out of money. For the record the first notice I received when I went to pick up my car was a 500 percent price increase. No BS, not one email or anything in two years mentioning any additional charges etc etc. They told me if I paid them in cash they would cut the price to $ 10k. I got my car back for my original $ 4,300 the deal and only deal we ever made. It was very easy, my attorney called them out. End of story. You have been warned. Rumor has it Guthre is leaving, 4 places in 5 years.
