Love it! We walked by too many times so finally decided to go in. Dumplings are amazing. Both my us and and I loved them - so yay! We both loved our entrees. Serving size was huge. Medium spicy was not so spicy so we will kick that up to spicy spicy on our next visit. The staff was amazing. Great service - but favorite part - all the chefs took a moment to wave to the baby/toddler who wanted their attention. So genuine- so sweet. Loved people watching through the front windows. Neko has been my family's go to favorite spot since they opened. Unfortunately last night was nowhere near the normal experience. The sushi rolls we ordered were sloppy and loosely rolled without the normal flavor and quality we've come to expect. The Thai noodle dishes were also off the mark, with a Pad Thai dish that was missing its normal veg and peanuts and honestly smelled off.... A bit like feet (more than normal ) and had a cheesy taste. The other dish, Pad Kee Mao was just okay but noodles were very over done. I'm not sure if the normal chefs were there or not but something has changed. We sat in the back room which was redone to fit more people, but the benches along the wall are too tall compared to the chairs on the other side of the tables. The tables are also very close together, losing some of the expected intimacy and making for an uncomfortable experience. The servers persevered through a busy shift and did their best. We'll give Neko one more chance and hopefully they do not disappoint. read more

Came here today an hour before they closed their lunch hours. We usually get nervous going to places before they close as usually most places will rush you or you won't have the best service. Was slightly warm in the restaurant (A/C not working?) was seated by the window, we were menaced by flies during our meal. The Sushi arrived at the table at room temperature and was bland. Our entrees arrived unspectacularly slightly warmer than room temperature and again bland. My first visit to the restaurant considering the on-line reviews was disappointed. We went with big family group, seven of us, including three children. The staff were welcoming and patient and the options were very impressive. Our food was delicious. We got the otoro special, spider roll and rainbow dragon roll. Everything was wonderful! The fish just melted in our mouths. Added to that, the service was exceptional!
