I've been a Menchie's fan since the very first one opened in Seattle, so it honestly bums me out to write this. This location just isn't what it used to be. You can really tell something has changed with the new owner. The last few times I've come in, half the machines have been empty with no yogurt at all. Last night there were no bubbles/toppings, several machines were out, and a flavor they were advertising on a big poster wasn't even available. It feels like everything is being done on the cheap now, and it shows in the experience. Menchie's used to be a fun treat and a reliable go-to. Lately it's more disappointing than exciting. What makes it worse is that the other Menchie's by the Auburn mall is the total opposite--always fully stocked with flavors and toppings, and the employees seem better trained and more on top of things. I really hope this location turns things around, because right now it's definitely going downhill, and that's sad for someone who's loved Menchie's for years. read more

Went to 3 different locations, this location being the second one. I got there around 9:20pm on a Friday night it shows online that they close at 10pm but when I arrived I just saw the worker cleaning up and the door was already closed, I called and asked him what time do they close he said 9 and also said he didn't knew why it shows that they close at 10. I wasn't the only one that tried to go in so it's clear that other people thought they close at 10pm as well, after that I went to another location which was open just like the first one making that 2 locations that were actually open at the time that it showed in the map but the location in Lake Tapps was close before the time it appears online it just give vibes like they guy closed before he was supposed to and I would understand 10 minutes before but 40? I just hope they update their times. read more

When we came there were limited flavor options and the workers took almost all of the toppings to be "refilled" when they were clearly all full. The ambiance was sad. Nothing was stocked and it looked unprofessional. We came on a Saturday night and had way higher expectations than what was given. We expected better. read more

We've been going to this Menche's for over four years, but we've noticed over the past 6-months the quality has dropped considerably. The staff members generally look annoyed and are on their phones, even when there's lots of customers. More and more dispensers are out of order as well. Today when we got there to have a mid-day treat we noticed half of the dispensers are out of order, the cold toppings were completely empty and most of the tins themselves removed, and the freezer was completely devoid of any product. By all appearances, either the business is going under or the staff are no longer trying - potentially both. This is the second time in two weeks we've gone there, with the condition of the store being the exact same. The only reason I'm giving it two-stars is when we went last time, what little we were able to have tasted decent. It's currently worth driving further out to find a different location at this point. read more

Menchie's is pretty good. I prefer different froyo but they have a pretty good selection and their fruit and toppings are always fresh. The environment is friendly and it's worth checking out. read more

I was really excited to see a Menchie's going in so close to us for the convenience factor. But it has been anything but convenient. They are often closed 30-40 minutes earlier than they are supposed to be, or have already shut down some of the flavors from what is already a pretty limited selection compared to other locations. I'm going to stick to the Supermall location even with the longer drive. Better selection of flavors and toppings and they're open when they say they will be. read more

I don't recommend this place! I went to get froyo for my little kids. I asked about getting samples so they could decide on their choose. The associate stated "we could do samples, but she would need to stand there and dispense each sample and hand it to my kids. But we could grab a cup and dispense it ourselves and take it with us"employee. I stated I didn't feel comfortable doing this with samples and would go to a different Menchie's. "Stated she was just following rules". Another customer called me a bitch while I was leaving with my 8 year olds. I confronted the individual about the poor language, and gave me a deer in the headlights look. We will not be back, as your associate did nothing. I couldn't give zero stars. read more

This is the best location I've been to out of all the Menchie's. Always really clean and extremely friendly. Nothing special as far as options for flavors go, this is your standard froyo place. I just really enjoy how we are greeted right when we walk in the door and they are always asking if we want to try any samples or if we need any help. Great place to go for any occasion. read more

Oh my goodness! Just moved here from California and my favorite froyo place was yogurtland and menchies was 10X better. The flavors were ALL delicious and they already had samples cups out :) The toppings were nice and organized and they had a ton of them!! I was like a little kid at Disneyland with my sweet tooth. First time ever going was last night after dinner and it was super good! Quite a variety of unique flavors, along with the basics (vanilla & chocolate). They also had a condiment bar... and by that I mean my favorite part of this place! They have so many different toppings to add: gummy bears, peach rings, m&ms, crushed butterfingers, heath bars and lots of other critical toppings to add your frozen yogurt! Not only do they have condiment section but they have a syrup section like: chocolate, caramel, marshmallow syrups... they even had something I've never tried before called "Mochi" ( mix between a marshmallow gummy and jello gummy) which was awesome! They price out your yogurt by weighing it at the end, price is .54 cents and ounce + tax. Me and my girlfriend went last night and each went WAY overboard with toppings and our bill was 16$. Kinda pricey but worth the experience and a good after dinner option! I'll be going back! read more

If you're still cringing at the thought of froyo because of the old Cherry de Pon that used to be here, I dare you to give this place a shot! It's a completely different place with obviously new owners. The employees were super friendly and cheerful, there was a good variety of froyo and toppings, and it was nice and clean inside without the over powering smell of chemicals and cleaners. Seriously, Cherry de Pon WHO?!? My kids are already asking when we can go back and I'm thinking we'll be back sooner rather than later. I'm so glad we don't have to drive to Sumner or down by the mall for froyo anymore! My daughter is enjoying the coloring sheets we brought home while waiting for dinner.
