Once sat, the waitress was very quick to greet me. She was friendly and helpful when needed. I started my meal with a bean dip, which only comes in one size, large. It was a bit much for just one person and honestly would be for two. I am not one to complain about "too much" food, but with this, I definitely suggest they offer a small version, as they do with queso. In follow up for my meal I went with the lunch Arroz con Queso with Chicken. After 15 minutes, my waitress comes by to ask how everything is and noticed I had not gotten my food yet. She apologizes and runs to the kitchen and returns with my plate. I could tell by her reaction and the luke warm temperature of the food that it had been ready and waiting back there for a few minutes. Ash was the lovely young lady manning the truck while greeting people in line, taking orders and scooping ice cream..all at the same time! I was impressed with Ash's customer service, tenacity, and sharing her college journey and professional goals. I ordered the graham central station and the banana pudding ice creams. Absolutely delicious, super creamy and a flavor carnival in the mouth. If you see Ash and the Bruster's truck, be sure to stop by as well as support her journey to college.
