I don't know who owns this Nekter but there's always something wrong! I love Nekter but it's only this location that has these issues every time I come. Today their blender was broken, meaning no bowls or smoothies only juices. Last time I came in they were completely out of strawberries meaning like half of their menu was compromised. So annoying! I've been to this nekter twice. The first time the juicer was broken which forced me to order a smoothie. The guy put way to much protein in it so it was disgusting and including even drink it. The second time they were out of ginger. A juice place that's out of ingredients and has a broken juicer is absolutely useless as a Juice place. Sooooo disappointed. I stopped at Nekter to get a celery juice for tomorrow morning because I am going to be in a hurry and unable to make mine or stop anywhere. I waited 30 minutes along with several other patrons who were also waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Finally after asking, my celery juice was made. Except now that I've gotten home, it is definitely not JUST celery juice . I drink celery juice every day, so I know what it should taste like...and this is not it. I don't just write this review as a customer that has a bad experience and decided I'd "get back at them by writing a bad review." I write this as a customer who comes multiple times a week. My hope is that management sees this and changes something. The product if fantastic! My fiancé and I love the juices and açaí bowls. However, customer service is consistently THE WORST. We order ahead frequently (10-15 minutes), rarely is our order ready. We try to use the app, it doesn't work half the time. When we try to call, many times no one pics up. I believe they could be great if they would put some emphasis on customer service. Also, super bummed they discontinued the skoops. All in all, getting a juice shouldn't be a 30 minute ordeal when you call ahead 10 minutes. read more

So grateful a friend recommended this place to me. Have been really ill for the past couple days and heard the wellness immunity shot from Nekter is worth a try. Signed up and started ordering. As I ordered I just added one juice to a shot more till I got the end and had to hold myself back. So far I have tried the turmeric shot and the immunity shot. It's not the best tasting but so far so good. Also had the dragon fruit bowl, that was really good considering I lost my taste buds from being sick. So that says a lot. Cant wait to try the rest of my juices. I know they won't do me wrong and I will be back for more. After I'm better I'm looking into trying the cleanse. They seem pretty easy no crazy commitment. This place is so disorganized. It doesn't matter if you order online or not, you will still be waiting for your drink. The real problem is, that the employees never quote an accurate wait time, nor does the app. This causes lots of tension when people are waiting 30+ minutes for a juice and it shows in the overall vibe/energy of the place. Toxic. Go to Dana Park location instead, much better! I finally ended up getting a refund during my last terrible trip here and drove straight to the Dana Park location after waiting 40+ mins inside the store and they still hadn't even started my order after quoting me "10 mins". This gets two stars because I always love everything I get from Nekter, although it is super overpriced. The reason for this review is the service. On my receipt is says the Cashier's name is Macy so I hope that's right. This is the second time I've been here since last week, like I said it's overpriced so I don't come here often, however I had a gift card. The cashier is extremely rude both time I've been here and always has an attitude. Always rolling her eyes and her whole vibe is just rude. It's sucks because I really do enjoy Nekter the couple times I go, just this location the customer service isn't the best. The female employee/casher dropped the rag she was using to wipe the food prep counters with on floor and placed it back on the counter. She also handled several customers after my family at the register, taking their credit card, having the customer sign the screen, and herself touching the screen. Not once was anything wiped between the 4 customers she was serving. We observed one customer not wearing a mask, was served, and not asked to leave the store while waiting for her order. After tending the register for the orders she proceeded to handle fruits and utensils without washing hands or changing her gloves until I asked her to. Obviously she was upset with me because she didn't tell me when my order was ready. I saw it sitting on the counter and inquired about it. She replied, "Yeah, that is your order". My friend and I came in early before a nail appointment after our workout to get a juice. we planned accordingly to have at least 15 minutes to wait for our drinks knowing that sometimes it takes a little long. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our drinks and had several people who walked in after us get their orders and walk out. on top of that, my friend customized a juice with carrots, orange, pineapple and such.... and they blended it! a carrot?? the texture was awful, but we had no more time to wait and walked out very dissatisfied. I come to this locations often and it's always something. I enjoy the selection they have and the prices are cheaper than other local juice bars but its rarely a good experience in the store. We came in on a Sunday morning only 10 minutes after opening. We were the ONLY ONES IN THE STORE and the girl gave us this attitude saying "just so you guys know, it's going to be probably 30-40 minutes wait because we're busy with online orders." I asked why that would take priority over customers in the store and she said "that's just how we do it". What a stupid policy. Because im not lazy and actually came to the store to order, the girls wanted to turn our business away because they are also lazy. I won't ever return here. Absolutely the worst location I've ever been too. Extremely poor customer service, the work ethic of the employee's is horrible, not surprising as they're all high school students. I ordered 1 drink and 1 bowl on the app, 10 minutes later I'm at the the front asking for my order, they say 5 minutes. I see they have 4 tickets, not much work to be honest. After 10 I go and ask again, they say another 5. 40 minutes total waiting and again, I have to ask for my order. And they go into their fridge and get my 1 bowl, then I have to ask for my drink, they hand me a warm, half full cup of who knows what that's been sitting on the counter, then just add ice to it, it was watered down cause it was sitting there so long the ice melted. I highly discourage anyone from visiting this location. HORRIBLE service, I'd expect better when paying that much for a drink and bowl. read more

I stop by every once in a while and have always had a positive experience. This last time I went in, the shop was really busy since it's hot out - no problem. There was ONE employee wearing a green hoodie, wore glasses, and was working the juicing machine that was YELLING at the other employees and was throwing equipment. Me and other customers were looking at each other because it was awkward. I asked another employee if she was always that aggressive and the employee in front of me just gave me a nervous chuckle..... everyone else was their usual polite and friendly selves. read more

They say "it's not that bad because it's just fruit," but I find it a bit discouraging to visit this place when I know for a fact that the blenders are not being cleaned/sanitized, and neither are the strainers/measuring cups for juices being cleaned frequently with soapy water & sanitizer throughout the day. I placed an order though the app at 10am on 10/8/20 and when I got there the doors were locked with a sign on the door saying we will unlock the doors soon. I waited for 40 minutes and the doors were never unlocked. I tried calling multiple times and they didn't answer the phone. My order was placed on the app and paid for over the app and I wasn't able to cancel it without calling so now I'm out $20. If there's an emergency at least put a sign on the door saying why you're closed. Hopefully I'll get my money back. read more

The workers here are usually so nice and helpful, but my friend and I went in the other day and they were very rude about her order. They messed up my friends order, and instead of listening and offering to re-make it, they fought with her for 5 minutes telling her it was fine and that they didn't mess it up, even though she gets it every time and knows how it tastes. Eventually they gave in and made a new one, but still continued to be bitter and rude. Normally love this place and feel super comfortable but the workers were not the greatest. Came here for the first time, the employees were really friendly! Got the berry banana burst. It was really good, but it kinda tasted like there was no added sweetener. My dad tried it, (and he's been here before numerous times and got this same smoothie) and said he remembered it to be creamier and sweeter. Stopped in the San Tan location to get a couple of juices and an açaí mango bowl for my daughter. There were 2 ladies working, one making the drinks and one taking orders. The place was busy with people waiting for their orders, probably 6-8 people ahead of me. The 2 gals were working as fast as they could but it was obvious they were overwhelmed. While I waited for my order, 40 minutes by the way, they must have lost at least a half dozen customers. They never told me when I ordered about how long a wait there was or I would never have placed an order. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had a full meal in the time I wasted waiting for my order. When orders were ready one of the ladies yelled out what it was, but it was totally not understandable what she said probably due to the loud music. Most orders you just had to check to see if yours was ready. When I told my daughter how busy this place was she said the location at Dana Park was always busy too and thought the San Tan location wasn't as busy, wrong. My daughter also wanted a couple of bottle drinks but they were just about out of all those My daughter has the Nekter app on her phone but it wouldn't let her place an online order, not that it would have made a difference especially today. Suggestions: 1. properly staff your location 2. turn the music down. It does t need to bee blarin. You can't even carry on a conversation with someone without shouting 3. have a better system of letting people know their order is ready 4. if you are busy have staff let you know approximate wait time read more

Worst service ever at this location. The manager acts helpless when anything goes wrong on MULTIPLE occasions. 1) I bought and loaded a gift card onto the app. I went to pay and my balanced showed $18, but when I went to pay it reset to $0. The cashier saw this happen and was confused and alerted the manager. He said he couldn't help me, but forwarded the incident on to corporate and copied me on the email. I never heard back from him or corporate even after providing all the info they asked for. $18 eaten. 2) Today the app charged me twice for an order, but when I went to pick it up they only gave me one drink. Later I realized their mistake when I saw two charges on my account t and called them back. The manager said sorry, she can't do anything about it. She said she would forward the issue to corporate. I saw how that went nowhere last time, so I asked her to make it up to me because her store made a mistake of only making and handing over 1 drink. She insisted she can't do anything to compensate me for her worker's mistake. I explained I exercise in that plaza and go to her store multiple times a week with my husband to get smoothies after we workout, spending $15-$20 each time. She said she can't do anything and blamed it on the app for double-charging me. The app is very glitchy, add that to this location's terrible customer service, and I won't be going back to this store and recommend you don't either. In addition, unlike the other locations, my husband's favorite smoothie (PB Nut) is consistently made poorly and he threw them away the last two times even though he paid $9 each time. I went to purchase an acai bowl, without thinking. After I received the bowl, I realized I had not inquired whether or not the ingredients are pasteurized. I went back and asked. Not a single person could answer whether or not any of their items were pasteurized. I told them that I am pregnant and need to know, asking if there was a corporate office I could call or if they had any way of obtaining the information. I was handed a menu and told all the ingredients are healthy. The website does not state any information. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but I will no longer shop her due to uninformed staff. read more
