I get the small craft each time and it is profoundly delicious the way I customize it! The size of a small is perfect for me as I would not be able to finish the larger sizes on my own! I'm allergic to acai, but the glorious thing is I get to layer my base with better things for me! I add ube and greek yogurt, and sometimes maple oats. I love granola in it and because I have dietary issues with certain fruits and nuts, I can choose from a large variety of them - fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, mango, and pineapple! Located near the Bashas plaza, is a popular acaii place. What got me to come in was the colorful layers and side options. My husband and I shared a small which was a little over $11. Over all great service. My only complaint was the açaí taste. It's different and had an after taste. Something I found different from other places. I got acai, Greek yogurt, tru coconut, and mango, I added bananas, pineapples, chia pudding in maple flavor (this tasted extremely good!), peanut butter, vanilla oats, and honey. All that for just $12 (medium), honestly I should have gotten a large for just $3 more. I ordered a small Buttah bowl minus the peanut butter and it was very tasty and a large serving for small. My açaí was a little frozen in the middle. My husband ordered the dragon slayer and said it was good. I really wish they would include the calories either on the menus board or at least on the website. They are super friendly and understanding about my food allergies. They took the time to accommodate my food allergies. And it is vegan as well. I am allergic to all types of apples, berries, oranges, nuts, gluten-free, and vegetables. The owner took the time to choose what topping and what flavor and benefits me. I am very satisfied with my lunch. The only thing that I wish they had a tip setting in the system so I could give them a tip properly for the services. As a new customer who values good service, I was disappointed by the way I was treated during two recent visits here. The first time I walked in, I was the only person there as they had just opened and I was met with indifference. No hello no welcome. I placed my order and as she gave me my açaí bowl, I asked where I could get a spoon and a lid and she just gestured to where they were and walked away. The second time I visited, it was very busy and I waited at the register for someone to take my order. They started calling out numbers, which was confusing because I wasn't sure what was going on, but no one provided me with any insight as to what the ordering system was. I ended up turning around and walking out. They were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping me. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, which just means I'll take my money down the road. read more

Finally got to try this spot today (Sunday) and it was PACKED! Long line to the door. We walked in at 12:25pm and got to the front of the line to order at 12:59pm.its a very cute and trendy looking spot. I really like the 3 sizes you can choose from for your bowl and the multiple toppings you can place on it. I've yet to see that any other Acai bowl spots. They had multiple options to choose from including a make your own (which admittedly I should have done), and smoothies. They even have a sea moss bowl, topping, and bag available for solo purchase. I chose the sea moss bowl but asked for no flax seeds and normal granola instead of hemp granola. Once seated and looking further at the menu, I realized I had chosen the wrong bowl and thus had toppings I didn't want (kiwi, blackberries, & coconut). I went to the pick up counter hoping to be able to stop the girl making it before she got to my order, but sadly she was just finishing it. She was soo kind and ended up remaking it! I was so excited and thankful! However when she remade it, she forgot to leave out the coconut. Because they were so busy, and she had been kind enough to even try, I accepted it anyway and just scraped off all the toppings, noticing it also had the flax seeds. The bases with the granola were still good (and very cold!!!) but I definitely was disappointed I didn't get to truly experience the tru bowl. Maybe next time. read more
