Custom Medium Craft Bowl 16 Oz
    Shonci H.

We got the Rio bowl and a Custom Craft bowl. We were very pleased with both bowls! My daughter inhaled hers! When I originally walked into TRU bowl, it was busy; there were people in line waiting to be served. I did a to-go order and I walked to the little pick up / to-go counter. The girl who helped me seemed annoyed but I understand she was also busy with other customers. Inside was clean and open; there was seating outside as well.

10/10 -- Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Tru Bowl is an absolute gem. This superfood bar offers a wide variety of options that truly blew me away. I created a custom bowl, and what I loved most is that it's UNLIMITED!!! ou can really make it your own without feeling restricted. That alone makes it a standout. From the welcoming staff to the clean, vibrant atmosphere, the entire experience was just what I needed. And the real cherry on top? The endless healthy options that are actually delicious. This place will absolutely be a summer staple for me!

AMAZING. First, the location was so crisp and clean. I went for an event and they handled the crowd so well. The taste, look and service was not affected at all. Impressive! I got the rio bowl & delicious. 10/10 would purchase again!!

If you're looking for some delicious Acai bowls and or some yummy smoothies in the East Valley look no further and come here! We stopped by on Sunday around 10:45am and this place was busy! We stood in line and watched how the workers made everyone's bowls and everyone was friendly. We ordered one medium Acai bowl and a small Dragon Slayer smoothie. We sat down and waited to be called. Once called, we went up and picked out our toppings as the worker created our bowl. The smoothie was ready not too long after. All the fruits tasted fresh and delicious. Our medium bowl was packed and overfilling with all the goods! Prices are great and reasonable! The inside is cute and there are a few tables inside and out.

What a lovely place for some wholesome, fresh and healthy bowls! Customizations are easy which is an added benefit. Located in a complex so there's ample parking available. Service is quick and friendly. Definitely visiting again whenever I'm in the mood for some pick me up kind of breakfast.

I love Tru Bowl!! To the point where I constantly crave it- it's just that good. This is an açaí bowl building bar- you choose your base and then your toppings- choosing from a wide variety of granolas, nut butters, fruits, and other yummy add ins like cacao nibs and toasted coconut. My favorite bases are the ube and the coconut! This location is always sparkling clean and customer service is always top notch. I am really looking forward to the Mesa and Chandler locations opening (hopefully) soon!

Got Buttah Lova and The Rio Bowl. Both amazing. My daughter was obsessed with the Rio Bowl.

    Both of us got bowls!

We saw this pop up, and we were craving something healthy. The people there were very social and interactive with you. We were completely lost as to how it all worked. They explained it no problem! The cost is based on the cup size, and you get unlimited add-ons. They will even let you taste test some things if you're curious about them! I got acai, Greek yogurt, tru coconut, and mango, I added bananas, pineapples, chia pudding in maple flavor (this tasted extremely good!), peanut butter, vanilla oats, and honey. All that for just $12 (medium), honestly I should have gotten a large for just $3 more. The fruit tasted fresh, and I must have eaten it really fast too, we walked down past the grocery store and back and it was all gone. This bowl was a definite "pick-me-upper". I really enjoyed it and I will be back to try the other menu items There is plenty of parking and the location is just right past the subway

I love smoothie bowls so when I found out about this place I knew I had to try it out. Wow, just wow!! So many options!!! I loved that there were more than a couple of bases to choose from, and they let you sample them! They also had a larger variety of fruit and other toppings compared to other places I have been. This is the best smoothie bowl I have had! Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and very helpful. I will be a repeat customer.

the best smoothie bowl shop! All the base flavors taste soo good and there is an abundance of topping. I really love adding the cashew butter! Always clean and fresh and the workers are so kind and offer samples of the bases! Right near a pretty park too, perfect to grab a bowl and head to the park!

    Rio Bowl

Was just driving by looking for a refreshing smoothie and came here. It's cute inside and has plenty of space to sit in or outside. I ordered the Rio bowl and it was great! The granola, berries and honey was all delicious together. Service was quick I didn't wait long at all for my bowl and the açaí wasn't frozen hard.

As a health food vegan, I am always on the lookout for food like this: whole foods/plant-based, including some oil-free options. Their whole menu reads like a list of my favorite food buzzwords: buckwheat, lentil cauliflower scramble, sunflower seed meat, local fermented sauerkraut, freshly milled Sonoran wheat; tempeh, sourdough, homemade seeded bread, homemade cashew milk, etc. etc. It was legitimately hard to decide what to get. I went with the baked(!) strawberry banana oat buckwheat pancakes. Super tasty, and a generous portion. I also couldn't resist an oil-free sunbutter cookie (with its wacky bluegreen tinge that was apparently from the sunflower seeds) and also loved the cold brew coffee with cashew milk.

It wasn't busy when I stopped by, just one couple dining in, but they had a few bags for takeout so that seems to keep them busy. Ambiance was nice with good amount of seating. I decided to have lunch in the nearby preserve and I enjoyed my food. I ordered the chickn sandwich, buffalo style, with a side of fries. The sandwich was delicious! Loved the flavors and it was filling. I'm glad I got it Buffalo style because the spiciness was great. The fries tasted good but were soft rather than crispy, which is what I prefer. I also got a side of cheez sauce ($2) which was pricey considering the size, and it didn't taste like cheese or anything similar. I would pass on this in the future. I ordered their Brussels sprouts which came with a side of tahini sauce, but they were salty and yummy so the sauce wasn't necessary imo. Overall I love vegan food and I wish there were more restaurants that serve it. This spot is solid and I'd come back to try other menu items and support them.

The setup works especially well for groups since there's plenty of seating and the ordering process keeps things moving even when it's busy. One thing they do very well is efficiency without losing hospitality. They have both a dine-in ordering counter and a dedicated to-go counter, which seems necessary because this place stays packed. Even during busy times, the staff stays friendly, attentive, and organized. You can tell there's real attention paid to each order and that management understands how to run a smooth restaurant operation. The menu has a lot of solid choices whether you want something lighter, comforting, vegetarian, or protein-packed. Hubby liked his ribs, but wouldn't get them again. They were super tender, but a bit fatty. There wasn't as much meat on the ribs as you would think. I got the crab cakes. I switched my side to a loaded baked potato. There was no charge to switch. The crab cakes were really good, There is no filler, but a crispy panko on top. I was disappointed in my baked potato because it was hot or even warm. I also had shell pieces in both of my crab cakes. This is the reason for only 4 stars. They gave us a card, a complimentary box of macaron cookies, & put a message on the board wishing us a happy 33rd anniversary as we left. The service was good, & the food was good. Due to the price we will only come for special occasions. We don't typically spend $180 with tip for a meal regularly.
