I came here for two blue majik smoothies, but they made them so good my niece stole mine and I had to get another one lol. Such sweet and friendly workers! Great atmosphere. This location never disappoints.

Just out here wanting to hype up their avocado toast because me and my sister both agree that it's some of the best avocado toast we've ever had! I was a little skeptical reading the description of their Avocado Smash because they mixed avocado, almond butter, tamari, and lemon juice and I was curious how those flavors together would taste. Its sprinkled with paprika, everything but the bagel seasoning, and tumeric and then has their "Thai Tiger" sauce on top as well. I paid extra for a hardboiled egg as well and this kept me full for the majority of the day and was absolutely delicious. Their Scooter Monkey protein shake is also delicious, and my eyes were bigger than my stomach this morning ordering both. I believe the shake is a meal replacement so it's very filling but very delicious nonetheless. I love coming here whenever I'm in town!

KISS Strawberry (L) & Flu Shot (R). They even write little friendly notes on the drink lids!

Before heading out for a long drive, we wanted some healthy sustenance. When we walked up, we saw people eating avocado toast & a bagel outside of the trendy storefront. Too bad we already ate lunch! Malia greeted us with bright eyes & a big smile. We asked what was popular & what she liked. We got a huge Flu Shot to share & the kiddo got a KISS Strawberry, as she recommended. The flu shot was BEAUTIFUL and soo tasty! The ginger was a bit too strong for me at 1st, but couldn't even taste it after my 3rd sip; the açaí & berries tame it really well. The KISS strawberry was just that - simple. I really enjoyed the surprise of peanut butter in there! The shop is clean, bright & decorative. My lil guy enjoyed sitting at the bar, watching them make the pretty, fancy drinks. Thanks to Malia for a great suggestion & for the friendly, prompt, professional service! Even when the couple came in with their empty plates, Malia quickly offered to take them, then thanked them for coming. Now that's what service with a smile is all about!

Overpriced mediocre drinks. My grandma almost choked on the turmeric shot. The cashew milk was chunky in the coffee. Few real food options. Employees were nice & prompt, and the bathroom was clean. The avocado toast was the highlight.

Delicious juice and smoothie options. We got the special drink that helps prevent the flu and the pistachio drink YES say it-tasty quality - I will come here again and again

I was so excited to see that Kaleidoscope had made its way to Gilbert! (They have a few locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix). Kaleidoscope has a really chill and fresh vibe which makes it the perfect addition to the new neighboring businesses. Their ingredients are so fresh and healthy. To get your healthy kickstart to the day, there are many options to choose from; coffee, smoothies, tonic shots, açaí or pitaya bowls, vegan pastries and more! Today we got the gluten-free banana nut muffin which was delicious. They also have a gluten-free bakery at the back of the shop. Their collagen matcha smoothie has a nice touch of matcha and the coconut meat gives it a nice texture. It's a drink you can sip and chew on. Their lunar vanilla latte has great flavors of vanilla and the floral components. We also met Alex the owner, she's a true entrepreneur with good energy and passion. This is her 7th store, with each site having unique attributes and decor. Excited that Kaleidoscope has set up shop in Gilbert!

They sell books, nicknacks, coffee, and even have a photo booth which was cool. It prints out 2 sets of three pictures for $5. The coffee I tried was the banana pudding coffee with banana milk. It sorta tasted like banana, mostly just a milk forward coffee. Just based on personal preference, it was a bit too sugary sweet for me, not as much of that coffee flavor coming through. The cashier was sweet though and even talked about a TV show with me that she noticed on my shirt, which is always nice and welcoming. Worth checking out.

Everything about it just feels right -- the vibe, the people, and especially the food. You can tell they actually care. The staff is super welcoming and generous, not in a forced way, just genuinely good energy from the second you walk in. Food-wise, they don't miss. The honeycomb with cream cheese inside is insane -- sweet, rich, and something you don't really see anywhere else. The Dubai chocolate latte is a must-try too, super smooth and indulgent without being over the top. The beef samosas are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the chocolate pistachio croissant is easily one of the best pastries I've had in a while. Honestly, every time I go I end up trying something new and it's always solid. You can tell they put real thought into everything they serve. Definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to.

I came across Moka & Co while searching for the best Dubai-style coffee in the area, and I'm so glad I gave it a try. Their Dubai iced coffee is really good--while it didn't quite top the one I had in New York, it definitely ranks as my second favorite. The only downside is the price. A 16 oz drink was $10, which feels a bit steep for a medium-sized coffee. Overall, though, it's a great option if you're craving a Dubai-style iced coffee without leaving Arizona.

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

I stopped in around 6:00 pm to get some work done before a cycling class. The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.
